We hired Techlexity to use React Native to create a mobile app for customers and technicians. Both iOS and Android smartphones may download the software. They provided hosting and maintenance after delivering the software, however we choose to employ an internal staff instead. 

The main functions of the app include a system for tracking technicians and one for alerting clients to the status of their services. Additionally, the app offers scheduling options, service and vehicle options, backend profile building tools, and a message system for contractors.

Three members of the Techlexity team—Deep (Team Lead), Vishva (Android & React Native Developer), and Nirmal (Senior Software Developer)—worked with us on this project. Our primary point of contact was Deep.

We explained to our development partners our general goals and the ideal application flow through a series of fruitful discovery meetings. Our application has improved continuously as a result of this cooperative effort. In order to properly communicate our entire vision to the developers, our main focus has been to describe the specific flow needs of both the application and its backend, accompanied by supporting images.

We started the project's initial phase in October 2022 with the expectation that it would be finished in 3–4 months, allowing us to go online. However, we ran across a number of problems during testing, including design errors, which forced us to push back the project's launch date to April 2023. 

With our development partners, we later entered into further agreements for additional improvements and continuous support. Even though we extended the project's timetable and purchased more hours, we recently saw a substantial reduction in the degree of support, despite the team's history of great performance when actively working on the project.

Our current level of cooperation in project management is satisfactory. For collaboration and communication, our development partners use Google Docs, email, and Zoho Projects. While working with technical papers within email threads, which frequently proved difficult, we have seen areas for improvement in terms of communication efficiency. We decided to switch the team over to our internal ClickUp instance to solve this problem. We have seen a considerable increase in the efficiency and clarity of our workflow since making this adjustment, enabling more effective cooperation.

Working with the CEO has been a very great experience since they have shown tremendous dedication to the project and active engagement. Their participation and cooperation have made a substantial contribution to our partnership's overall success. 

Additionally, we have discovered that the development team performs exceptionally well, especially when they can focus on a narrow range of activities. When the crew is restrained and given precise instructions, they routinely produce work that is excellent. Their technical knowledge and commitment have been important in helping our project produce the results we were hoping for.

The MVP was developed successfully and up to my standard the team has already met the deadline and also elevated in a number of ways to make the product more optimized in terms of speeds specifically they have optimized the video loading in my product

Our project management tools were Jira and Flowdock. The assigned project manager was the strongest one I’ve ever worked within the last 20 years. She was phenomenal, doing her best to meet my expectations. I had no problems with the management aspect.

I previously mentioned their excellent project management style, but ultimately, Techlexity delivered what I had asked them to build. Their team is tech-savvy, meeting all of the requirements. I am delighted with their Techlexity's work.

Some of the communications we had with the tech lead could’ve been better. If I report an issue, I expect that the person would go in and not go into all the work that they have to do. I understand that it takes time to investigate it, so I don’t need to be told that. I expect a tech lead to go beyond the core specifications and fill in the gaps. That would be my only critique.

To create the user interface and integrate it with our mobile banking platform, we engaged Techlexity. We initially had a vision for the app's design and intended functionality, however we subsequently made certain adjustments. The app's backend technology and all necessary APIs were delivered to Techlexity by us. They created the interphase and the integration on the basis of that. The hybrid app development framework was used by Techlexity to create the app, which is compatible with Android and iOS devices. The core system was created internally by our team.

The first success metric is a decrease in costs, which allowed us to lower our initial budget projections; the second success metric is an increase in subscribers; previously, because we didn't have a mobile app, we had a lower number of users, but that has changed as a result of the partnership.

Although this is outside the scope of the study, Techlexity may have started by making more precise suggestions. They responded with the recommended best practices but not with specific feature recommendations when we provided the original requests. Given their level of expertise, we anticipated a more focused proposal from them.
