Salesforce CRM & Dev Support for PR Firm
"They’re knowledgeable and offer great rates compared to others I’ve seen in the industry."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Public Media Solutions, an SEO and PR company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Techila Global Services?
Up until now, I’ve been managing my business through Excel Sheets and email, but I was getting a lot of inquiries and was missing deals with clients. Due to COVID-19, everything was going online and I didn’t have a good system in place to handle this shift. I needed a partner to build a system for me.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve done multiple projects with them. The first project was for a Salesforce CRM. When I was happy with their work on that, we then moved into building the whole coding tool with them. They built it so that if someone requests the code on our site, I can automatically provide it to them.
They’ve helped me convert my current workflow to the system. While doing that, I was able to find a lot of flaws in my process, so they’ve helped organize the system so the sales cycle is managed better. The leads are now organized by geography and region.
We’re also planning to launch a whole e-commerce platform. On the website, they’re going to build it so users can place an inquiry and receive a quote right away without needing to call or email me.
What is the team composition?
There are three developers working on the project, as well as a project manager. There was an architect involved initially to convert my business requirements to the actual system requirements, too.
How did you come to work with Techila Global Services?
I did a Google search and reached out to a few companies. Techila Global Services was the most knowledgeable. They’re a big company, but not too big, and I knew they’d be able to give me more of their focus.
I felt Harshal (Delivery Head) and Mark (Partner) were knowledgeable and they gave me some use cases about how I should use a CRM for my business. They also had good reviews on Clutch and other companies were quite expensive compared to them, as well.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2020 and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve not only done what I told them to do, but they’ve also made recommendations. The system is live but we’re still working together. They continue to give me a lot of ideas and I’ve been building it with them.
Before, I used to jot notes on a paper and there was no way to track how many leads were coming in the pipeline. Now, people can reach out through the website instead of email or phone calls, so everything is tracked. I now have a whole view of the pipeline, the leads listed, leads closing, and other details related to the sales process.
How did Techila Global Services perform from a project management standpoint?
They found me a U.S. coordinator since my US-based salespeople required someone to speak a local language. We have daily scrum calls and, every week, we have a meeting to talk about the pipeline, where we’re winning, where we’re losing, and how we correct that.
They’re proactive to resolve issues and use ClickUp. There has only been a challenge on my end where we add more requirements at the last minute, which can cause a delay — it isn't their fault. They give an estimate of how many hours the work will take and set a budget, then they don’t start it until I approve it. They’re very transparent.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re knowledgeable and offer great rates compared to others I’ve seen in the industry. Their CEO has been really great. Their project managers also know Salesforce in and out. They have more than 500 customers to date, so they have enough knowledge to tell me what I need. We’re very happy with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They trained me and a couple of our salespeople so we could train the rest of the staff, but it would have been nice to have some onsite training.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know what you want but utilize them for things that can be done even better. Sometimes they can tell you things to do better.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Enterprise Business Analyst for international manufacturing company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Techila Global Services, and what were your goals?
We merged with another company. Both companies had separate Salesforce orgs. We had to mrege them so that the consolidated company could operate on a single Salesforce instance.
How did you select Techila Global Services and what were the deciding factors?
I had worked with Techila on other projects. Every project they are involved with succeeds. We would not consider any other consulting firm for mission-critical projects like this.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Scope: Combine data and metadata from separate Salesforce orgs into one.
Key Deliverables:
- Data definitions.
- Data migration.
- Trigger consolidation.
- Process consolidation.
- Unit testing.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We engaged the help of 3 senior Salesforce developers and 2 Salesforce developers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The consolidated platform went live on budget and on schedule. We experienced very few post-production issues, and they were all quickly resolved by the Techila team.
The company continues to save nearly $500,000 every year in license fees. Processes are now uniform across all business units. Big success!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Techila personnel are always available and accountable. They are very experienced with Agile project methodology. We scrummed remotely using Skype.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Techila personnel do whatever it takes to get the job done. They provided timely and valuable feedback during every phase of the project. The database migrator they developed to consolidate the data was very impressive.
It accommodated all parent/child relations and document attachments. It was fully automated and produced a detailed audit trail meeting regulatory requirements. When it was time to go live, the data migrator ran quickly and correctly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not at all. Techila personnel are consummate professionals. I have utilized their talents in many projects for several companies, and will do so again whenever the need arises.
The work from Techila Global Services continues to impress the client, helping them massively streamline and organize their sales cycle and lead-tracking efforts. The team is highly skilled, bringing years of expertise and industry experience to the project at a cost-conscious price.
