Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Gigs Adda, an artist marketplace.
What challenge were you trying to address with Techfys?
I hired Techfys to provide web development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Techfys developed my website from scratch using opensource technologies and HTML. They also handled the design phase. Their team built it to enable posts to notify users and communication between artists and clients. Most of the features they implemented are on the backend of the site. They handled upgrades and maintenance, too.
What is the team composition?
There were between 4–5 people working on the project. I worked directly with the project manager, developers, and one QA tester.
How did you come to work with Techfys?
We chose them because they were a startup, had good resources in India, and their quality was good.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $4,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–June 2019.

The feedback on their work has been excellent. Their team delivered exactly what I asked of them and it was excellent.

We had a weekly meeting with the project manager about the status of the work and delivery updates. Their team followed protocols and milestones to finish the work on time. They also provided daily reports.

Are there any areas they could improve?
It’d help them if they grew their skillset to cover more technologies.
The website earned positive feedback and the quality met all expectations. The final delivery from Techfys was on time and adhered to all milestones. Though expanding their skill set could only benefit the team further, they demonstrated great technical expertise.
