We expressed a need for platform enhancements in terms of design perspective for our users and improvements in functionality.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Tech-This by referral. We were impressed by our communication before our partnership started, their technological capabilities along with business knowledge were extremely deep.

We needed to add more sections to our platform in terms of finding translators and billing them through our platform. Also, we were seeking our corporate site WordPress development.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people - 1 QA, 1 Designer, and 2 Developers ( WordPress and React ).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to meet the deadlines of launching our platform. Their work led to increase in customers retention rate and overall ROI.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was really as we expected it to be. We used Jira for task management and Confluence for artifact keeping. They used Agile methodologies during our cooperation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I`d like to emphasize how smooth and seamless our cooperation was. We didn't feel that we were a separate team, but rather, it felt like we were communicating with our own employees.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None, for now, keep up the pace.
