We required a digital marketing agency to promote our services globally and bring in quality leads that can be converted into clients. We had a target to acquire at least 2 to 3 clients from each of the verticals over a period of 1 year.

Tasks Leader Virtual Assistant Company were handling our Social Media accounts mainly Facebook & Instagram. For email marketing, they integrated the MailChimp account with the HubSpot so that we can also monitor the leads that are coming in.

We worked with an accounts manager, a social media marketer, an SEO specialist, and an email marketer.

We received timely deliverables of the posters, banners, blogs, and all other marketing collateral that were necessary for the smooth running of our business.

We conducted in-person meetings 2 to 3 times a month. Sometimes we also got connected over zoom calls.

So, we wanted someone to work in parallel with us in shaping the in house content wherein I as an independent consultant was helped by task leaders in researching and curating several content pieces in the shape of articles, press releases, blogs, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Budget and credibility. Their work portfolio was very impressive.

It was simple. The project kicked off with figuring out the basics for content curated towards our niche, following which we went through a couple of rounds of brainstorming ideas to final development.

2, mostly at research and one at executive level

The content was well appreciated and triggered a good deal of organic traffic.

It's was a seamless process. I think the understanding was developed quite fast

Tasks Leader was very detail-oriented and I liked the fact they never complained about going over things for more than two occasions.
