Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is a fresh breeze in Pakistan’s e-commerce industry. It’s an e-commerce marketplace where vendors can sell and customers can buy different local products. I am the owner of the company and website

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Tasklancers LLC, and what were your goals?

We have a very large inventory of over 40,000 products. We had to find the right e-commerce solution that would be able to manage our inventory, order management process and other important back office functions like sales tracking.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Tasklancers built the entire website from start to end. This is a custom built e-commerce website with all sort of integrations for shipping, payments, tracking, inventory, etc.

We sent out an RFP listing what we needed. Based on the responses we got, the timeline, the budget, we interviewed a few companies and then selected the one that we felt had the most experience and had the best understanding of what are looking for.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We’ve worked with one software architect and two developers from Tasklancers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've become much more efficient now that the entire back office is automated and accounted for. Orders come in, they are tracked and marked and we don't have to manually manage the process. We know how many orders we are getting,

We communicate via email and FaceTime and rely on Github for project management. Our team has a stringent programming methodology, and we appreciate tasklancers dedication to adapting to those. Their team consistently showed up with insightful ideas and well-defined deliverables — we can’t thank them enough for this agile approach.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our team and theirs is very closely knitted. They've become a trusted partner and are the helping hand we needed. We don't think we could ever get where we are today without them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. We are 100% happy with their services.
