Internship recruitment for an IT giant
Microsoft is one of the largest IT companies in the world. In 2017 they were looking to recruit a group of students for their internship program in Hungary.
When recruitment in Hungary proved to be difficult, Microsoft decided to establish cooperation with Talent Place and base the recruitment campaign on the crowdstaffing method.

Volume recruitment for a global bank
Credit Agricole Bank Polska is part of an international banking group with nearly 400 bank branches located in all major cities across Poland.
To ensure the development of Contact Center structures, Credit Agricole recruits up to 250 new candidates monthly.

International recruitment for a technology company
Trans.eu Group S.A. is a technology company that has been developing one of the most important logistics platforms in Europe since 2004.
The company's recruitment team in Poland faced the challenge of running recruitment for teams in Germany and the Netherlands. And it quickly turned out that without knowing the local labor market and directly reaching the candidates, the project would be difficult to implement.

ABB is a technology leader who has been supporting the digital transformation of the industry for several years. For over 25 years, ABB has also been present in Poland, being recognized as one of the most innovative organizations in the country.

Simultaneous recruitment in multiple locations
Since 2011 JIVR is a producer and manufacturer of urban electric bikes. The company distributes its products mostly to Western European countries and supports residents of big cities in moving around and commuting without a car.
One of JIVR's main sales channels in 2018 and 2019 was the network of ambassadors in ten European cities, including Berlin, Brussels, and London.

Recruiting IT specialists for the banking industry
BNP Paribas is a universal bank with a global reach, which provides services to retail customers and other segments including Wealth Management, microbusinesses, SMEs and corporate banking.
The recruitment need consisted of many IT professionals with experience in various areas: there were 9 different IT roles to fill. Talent Place provided 70 recommendations, from which the company hired 10 IT specialists.
Now Talent Place provides IT recruitment services for a universal bank. The team of recruiters from Talent Place conducts sourcing, interviews potential candidates, and prepares recommendations for every role.

Acquisition of candidates with language skills
Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with more than 80,000 employees in more than 70 countries. They use advanced technologies and take an innovative approach to help build a sustainable energy future.
The company’s goal was to diversify the sources of new candidates and due to that Shell started the cooperation with Talent Place. In the first project, Talent Place provided 150 recommendations of german-speaking candidates within 3 months. In 2018 Talent Place became the main partner for recruitment for junior roles and since 2019 has been conducting recruitment for the high organisation levels.
Talent Place now supports internal recruitment efforts at Shell, hiring new candidates with language skills for a business centre.

Recruting support for a fintech services company
Affirm is a technology company, which allows consumers to pay over time for online or in-store shopping.
TalentPlace initially worked on the recruitment of 3 Software Engineering roles at various levels (junior-senior). Talent Place supported Affirm in sourcing candidates with the adequate experience and skills crucial for the development of the team. The team has discussed the available position and performed an interview to source three developers at different levels. In this project, 2 candidates out of the 3 roles were hired and the cooperation extended to 8 more IT roles to recruit.

RPO service for a US-based technology company
Project44 received funding for the development of the company and thus decided to expand its teams in Poland and the Netherlands. For this purpose, new employees were recruited to the Talent Aquisition team.
– We were in the process of expanding our internal team but due to the notice periods of new hires in Poland we needed temporary support. Talent Place provided us with two full time IT recruiters for a period of three months, so we did not have to delay any of the ongoing recruitment processes – says Amanda Egan, Talent Acquisition Manager at project44.
During the collaboration:
- IT Recruiter made 8 IT hires between March 2021 and August 2021: 2 for the position of Senior Software Developer, 1 Frontend Engineering Consultant, 1 Frontend Software Engineer, 1 DevOps Engineer, 1 Software Engineer, 1 Software Developer in Test and 1 Associate Python Developer.

Good results are the outcome of partnership and close cooperation. Recruiters were given access to internal tools and databases, therefore their actions could be adjusted to the company’s needs from the very beginning.
Currently project44 has a team of 4 recruiters including three specialized in IT and one specialized in language recruitment. Each of them was introduced to the organization’s operations, values and culture.
Substitution for the absence of the recruiter
As part of the service project44 was able to select individuals from the community who met the company’s expectations. Replacement was also guaranteed in the event of the absence of any of the recruiters. Recruiters contracted with Talent Place worked under the client’s supervision and brand.

Employing an experienced Senior Backend Engineer
The company was in the early stages of developing a cutting edge product for the travel technology market. They have a clear goal and path forward but must overcome unique technical challenges to execute the plan. Therefore, the company turned to Talent Place for support in recruiting a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of the company’s network infrastructure.
His responsibilities include direct day-to-day communication with management, as well as the design, development and implementation of core network components using dispersed technology to shake up the multi-billion dollar travel industry.

Employment within 2 weeks of starting the project
The project was planned in two stages – the first included sourcing, selection, initial interviews and finally recommendation of the best candidates to the client. The second stage consists of interviews between company representatives and candidates. The Talent Place team, consisting of a Client Success Manager and a recruiter, found four people who fit the profile and recommended them to the client for the second stage. The client invited two of them for interviews and made the decision to hire one of the selected candidates.

I’m the HR Specialist & Influence Marketing Specialist at MTA Group. We hired Talent Place to support our team in finding high-quality candidates for the position of SEO Specialist.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We wanted a partner who will reach new candidates and specialists that were hard to find using traditional ways of recruitment. We work together on a daily basis. Talent Place provided us with the already verified candidates and recommended only the best ones with the highest qualifications. Also, they kept candidates engaged during the whole process.

The team consisted of 1 Client Success Manager and 1 recruiter.

The Talent Place team provided us with 3 recommendations of which we finally decided to hire two persons. The process of searching for suitable candidates therefore went very quickly. The recruitment project was closed within one month.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a dedicated Client Success Manager from Talent Place, who contacted us on an ongoing basis, provided all information about the project, managed the recruitment process, interviewed the candidates, sent recommendations and finally made an offer to the candidates. The workflow between our teams was on a high level. Talent Place demonstrated great flexibility in improving our cooperation and searching for candidates with the expected skills and experience.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We are impressed by their ability to reach good quality candidates in a short period of time. We were looking for one person to join the team, but finally we decided to hire two. Moreover, we decided to continue our cooperation with Talent Place on a new recruitment project.
