Taazaa created a mobile application for homeowners that takes a thorough view of the electricity utilization and suggests ways to decrease consumption. We created a UGC platform and content curation tool for transforming the digital screens into interactive hubs. The main idea behind the concept was to adopt a digital strategy for brand promotions through dynamic content.

We created an IoT application for smart lighting and energy conservation by establishing scalable communications among Amazon's IoT platform and smart sensors. The control of the application includes web-services and data visualization that are saved in Amazon DynamoDB.
Our application contains industry-specific visualizations for aggregating sensor data that brings enhanced reporting. The controls remain in the hands of the users through intuitive dashboards containing control switches.

We created a mobile app for precisely tracking the expenses and mileage for our fleet management client. It was a simple yet robust solution that used web SaaS technologies and GPS for accurately pinpointing the route and calculate the expenses. With its deployment, the client was able to undergo significant time saving and better RoI. Our solution provides mileage tracking, fuel economy, IRS-compliant reports, automatic daily backup to the cloud, mobile widgets with one-tap start/stop. Ecommerce Portal With ERP Integration
Our client was new to eCommerce and needed to integrate sales and manufacturing under a single offering. For this, a custom web-based portal for selling the product was developed. We also developed a custom middleware for interacting with Sage ERP. Also needed was a CMS (Content Management System) that could enable the client to manage the product listings efficiently.
We customized the WooCommerce plugin and WordPress CMS so that client could have all the requested features. We created webhooks and custom API for the eCommerce website to be well integrated with Sage ERP. We wrote custom API and webhooks’ for integration with Sage ERP.
The final eCommerce portal is fully feature packed that offers excellent aesthetics and high usability.

NEMT Dispatch Software
The client — a NEMT fleet owner, needed to automate the process of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation with the objectives of imparting better management and boosting passengers' experience. Specifically, we had to build the ability to find the most optimal routes and vehicles for the management of high demands.
We built the solution from scratch using data science for route optimization, automated scheduling, and dispatching. It takes real-time traffic data for the dispatch plans and finds routes that avoid delays. Drivers are provided mobile apps that provide route plans to be followed, ETA, and the order of pick-ups and drops.
Booking creation, dispatching, and vehicle tracking could be accessed by dispatchers from a unified dashboard. Users, too, can book, track, or cancel the ride very easily. With Taazaa's solution, the NEMT dispatch process becomes very efficient with zero resource wastage.

Property Management Software For Small And Mid-Sized Landlords
Taazaa developed a web-based application to ease the property management for small to mid-sized landlords. As per the client's requirements, the application was made feature-rich for rent payments, online lease signing, tenant screening and management, and maintenance requests. We worked closely with independent landlords and renters to design an application they would actually use.
The software has helped boost renters' experience by integrating contemporary UX techniques and a well-laid system of API integrations. We made its web-based interface a Rich Internet Application (RIA). For streamlining testing and development, AngularJS 7 was used as a front-end web framework. MySQL was deployed for secure and authenticated access to the individual database.

We did UX design for a large-scale web application which was Remote patient monitoring system, and we hired Taazaa to do it's front-end/Backend implmenetation. The scope of work was around 12 major user stories identified during design process which covered all the features of the system. After having requirement gathering, They started doing the front-end with React JS, and in parallel, the backend developer started writing APIs - The project was divided into 6 sprints, Each sprint was two weeks long.
At the end of every sprint, they were doing deployment on a staging server where QA person was testing and raising tickets in JIRA. The last 3 to 4 weeks were allocated for bug fixing and final testing We were able to deliver the project within 4 months deadline Technlogies used: ReactJS - NodeJS

Taazaa Inc. has been with us from the ground up. Initially, they helped us build an MVP-style product with the freedom to execute the vision we were providing to them. We have now defined our requirements, and they were able to shift their scope into our needs. In terms of technology, our software is built in .NET Framework.
The main features of the custom software they built for us are collecting rent online, signing documents, managing maintenance tickets, and communicating with tenants. Many of those features are entirely native to the app, and the others are third-party integrations — it’s a mix between native items and third-party API connections.

Initially we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project but I was also made aware that there were 2 frontend and 2 backend developers, as well as a designer and 2 QA resources are working behind the scene.

When we launched our new website, we got good response form the audience and orders are flowing. As the idea is new, we continue to ask feedbacks from our customers and we continue to here positive feedbacks on usability, flow and look of the site.

The project manager that we have assigned was easy to communicate with and provide us frequent updates and quick to response on the feedbacks we provide.
We connected on Team on daily basis by creating a group with point of contact and the resources working on the project and connected on Zoom every week to get the update on the status. In the whole project, we never get any delay in the deadline as the team made sure to release each sprint as per the decided time.

I was blown away by the knowledge that this vendor had about website design, user experience, and optimization. We learned much more than we thought possible, and we appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful while we came up to speed.

They were recommended to us by another company. There were three possible vendors, but they could not match Taazaa on price or quality of work. This project was make or break for us so we had to choose a result-driven partner who was equally committed to meeting deadlines.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Taazaa designed, developed, configured, and launched the second version of our software. The project began with their System Architect and Project Manager meeting with our CEO.
Goals and objectives were set and never missed. Daily touch bases were conducted and overall project updates were performed on a weekly basis. Each team member took ownership in Innago making our new software rollout seamless.
What was the team composition?
The project team had ten people. The Project Manager was our main point of contact and gave updates to the Innago team on a daily basis. Additionally, there was a System Architect, six Web Developers, and two Quality Assurance Engineers.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our software was developed and launched earlier than expected. Project completion was a major achievement for our team and our investors. After this project we decided to keep Taazaa on full time for ongoing projects. Since we have been able to release each new feature on Innago at least two weeks ahead of time.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was very impressive, especially compared to other vendors. Again the Project Manager touched based with us on a daily basis to relay delays, change in team members, etc. This caused zero down time between our team and the Taazaa team.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
From the CEO to the newest team member I never felt our work was outsourced. The team took ownership in every aspect of the project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, I just wish we found them sooner.
Thanks to the assistance provided by the Taazaa team, the company successfully delivered Phase 1 of the project on time. The company credits the skills of the team's developers as well as their leadership team's availability for the success of the partnership so far.
