I am the Digital and brand marketing manager for my company. We have been helping Australians invest in prperty for 25 years - helping them retire comfortbaly. I am responsible for anything Marketing within the company.

Create a website within 15 days. Due to the simplicity of the website we required a quicker build than usual and they came to the party. 100%

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I wanted to test the agency on the ne project and continue on if conclusive - to help me with a variety of other web projects. I like the fact that they are very diversified in their skillset.

We would like first to get a website built in such a way that we are able to make basic amends if we need to afterwards (WORDPRESS). We'd like minimum plugins... aware it often affects the performance. After the website is built we would like to call on someone that is able to assist with:

• Website maintenance for best performance (hosting and security will be managed here onsite by our existing agency)
• Google Analytics for our other 4 websites (ensure goals are set and create reporting for easy weekly reporting to Management) We already have Existing Google Analytics account, just need spolishing.
• Assist if we need help with designing a new page or website (or something is broken). FOR NOW, the first project is below. please estimate # of hours and cost for this only for now. Including create a Google Analytics section to asses performance once live.

The website style we like is below: https://liveatsummerstone.com.au/ The sections we envisage will be:

• Home PAGE
• Use 1 shorter clip on loop.
• Land for sale page. We will simplify this page to just show the masterplan of development and we would make a button that says ‘Download Pricelist’. This will show in a separate window that we can update weekly.

Adam - contract manager and Justine was the Project Manager, our point of contact for the entire project. They were hands on.

The team worked together to deliver the project on the day we requested it. no delays. they kept us up to date every day or every other day. They provided us solutions along the way such as the hosting and SSL domains.

Always on contact. veryd etailed in tasks being executed. very responsive when I had questions or concerns. Always there to assist. Nothing was too hard to accommodate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their will to satisfy our needs. Working very well under pressure and being very forthcoming with information on outcome and challenges. The overall experience was truly outstanding. all the way to manual of videos for us to be able to manage the backend once project is handed over. Also makign sure that the site would have the best performance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

very minor. perhaps the images used onthe site would not need to be as big initially - but this was fixed. Same goes with the site speed which was also fixed straight away. I have nothing bad to say about the agency.

The VP of Sales was our main point of contact. Our dedicated web services team and marketing team was our day to day contact. There's also other staff available to us.

They finished site implementation faster and better than other teams we have worked with. They don't waste their time and their team is always asking for more work.

Their web and marketing team are in our Slack channel and communicates with us on a day to day basis. They're also available to get on calls during US business hours.

Customer service is top notch. Someone is always available.

Syntactics can improve their training to be more aligned with Silicon Valley best practices.

We hired Syntactics to help with tasks related to our video production systems. Tasks include updating our blog posts on our website, converting videos into the proper format for each social media site, optimizing all of our videos on YouTube and Facebook for the best performance, updating and creating thumbnails as needed, and uploading videos to various social media sites.

Our goals included creating a video production system to constantly create, post, and update content. This impacts our business because we reach a greater audience with video marketing by providing value across a wide range of different platforms.

We selected Syntactics Inc due to their great reviews and follow- up. The team at Syntactics is always willing to take on new projects and easily adjusts to changes and new tasks.

Our video process begins by creating the video at our firm and then passing the video off to Syntactics to edit and post to the various platforms. The videos have to be converted to the proper size and time frame depending on the social media site and what the platform allows to be posted. Then, certain logos and subtitles must be added. After posting, the video must be optimized accordingly to perform well.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

I work directly with Syntactics and we communicate back and forth as necessary. The communication is direct and we work through any concerns together. Everything has been very easy to work through and there are few to none in regards to problems.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have over 100K subscribers on YouTube. This would not be possible without the help from everyone involved in the video process. Our number one source of revenue is from the clients we receive that see our videos online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Amazing! We normally just communicate through email and there have been no issues. If needed, a video tutorial will be made for how to exactly complete a certain task. Everything has been very straightforward and easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team member we work with is always willing to take on new projects. His communication is superb. There are never any issues that cause major problems. It feels like a friendship as well as a business- work relationship.
