Please describe your company and your position there.
Adfolk is a marketing agency that helps eCommerce businesses reach their marketing and revenue goals through native and programmatic advertising across the North American and APAC region. I am the Senior Deliverability Manager
For what projects/services did your company hire Swift Digital?
We experienced exponential growth during the pandemic for our eCommerce advertising expertise. Growing so rapidly, finding staff, servicing existing client, we were reaching a point where we had to turn away potential clients. We didn't want to do that, as that was an opportunity to increase revenue. With lockdowns still in place, we needed a way to service new clients without it affecting our existing one.
In order to service everyone, we wanted to introduce online workshops with transitioning to in person workshops once lock downs had eased. We needed to get this up and running pretty quick, and therefore needed a software that could handle the event side, email communication, simple to use.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Once of our staff members had previously used the email automation software previously in a government role and spoke highly of Swift. Although we were seeking to utilise the EventsDesk platform feature. Criteria we were seeking, was an all in one platform. We didn't want to think about connecting multiple pieces of software for the event, email, reporting etc as we needed this project up and running.
Having a dedicated account manager with access to support was definitely a deciding factor. Knowing that this software was new to us, provided that re assurance we needed, along knowing that our data was secure and kept onshore.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
During the pandemic, we were experiencing exponential growth as more and more eCommerce businesses sought our services to help them further establish their brand and reach their customers via digital advertising. Growing so rapidly we couldn't hire staff quick enough nor had the time to lose a team member to recruit. We were. seeking another way o add value to our clients whilst still generating revenue for our agencies, and introducing online workshops made sense to us, which could be transitioned to in person once restrictions were lifted.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked along side with an account manager Darren who was our main point of contact who was overseen by Senior Deliverability Manager Kimberly. We did have to speak to support a few time which were always helpful (forgot their name)
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our online workshops were a complete success. Not only were we able to stabilise our account manages workload, the strategy sessions increased revenue by 15% and 5 workshop clients are now full time clients on a monthly retainer model. We also noticed an average email open rate of 30%
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The process was pretty seamless—from the sales call to the full walk-through of the software. Swift grasped our idea pretty quickly as we presented what we wanted to do with mini milestones that we had given ourself.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The fact that we had never heard about this software before, but it just suited our needs 100% We were quite impressed with the team and their knowledge of the event space. There were a few factors that we had not considered, and with Kimberlys knowledge we implemented those minor changes.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
in regards to the software, we would like a few more branded templates created in the initial stage- just so we have more flexibility for the future. We are looking at hosting in person event soon and the events component doesn't have a seat assigned function so that's just something we will need to look into and do manually.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a Corporate Marketing Consultant.
For what projects/services did your company hire Swift Digital?
We were working with a Christian College to attract attendees to an open day.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The ability to run an end - to end event, price, customer support and Australian - based if possible.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We needed to design and build an event and invitations. Where registrants can register to attend the open day, check in on the actual day and express their interest in what displays they wanted to attend on the day. We had a short 3-month time frame to implement a fully functioning even for our client. The Swift team had everything up and running with the brief we provided, and then it was up to us to enter the key dates and information.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
- Meredith M -Account Manager
- Poochee Y -Marketing Automation Expert
- Thi V -Customer Success Manager
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had 200 people register for the open day and 170 attended on the day.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had 1 live software demonstration, 2 Zoom meetings, which included all of our brief requirements, setting up the event landing page, marketing automation and general use. They communicated every step of the way and their support team was incredible. They also followed up with us after the event was complete.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their passion and willingness to help have made the event a success. Their software can be a little technical, but the support team was always happy to online chat and send detailed screenshots.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We did find the email automation a little technical to begin with, but once you get the hang of it, it was fine.
