Please describe your company and your position there.

TeraPlast Group is the largest polymer processor in Eastern Europe. I'm working here as a Solution Specialist. My current position is related to the online field - websites, online marketing, and online advertising.

For what projects/services did your company hire Supreme, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a new version of our website, a fresh one. the biggest challenges were: to recreate every website page in the new page builder (Oxygen Builder), for connect the website to our CRM, for integrate the stock chart almost in real time through an API, and to create a very fluent user journey through our product pages - we have a very complex product structure.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They have worked on another old project from our group. We received the project and started the discussions with Supreme. My team was new to that project. From the very beginning, we saw the compatibilly and the flexibility of Supreme's team. Everything was simple, clear, and cost-efficient. More than that, we always appreciate their pro-activity for discover the best solution for our needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting for this project to set up our needs and goals. After this step, everything was translated to our working tool - their CRM. We have split the requests between design and development tasks. We have worked closely with Supreme's dedicated project manager to accomplish the design stage with all the mockups agreed upon by our team.

After this step is completed, we have moved to our staging website to move forward with development features. If a project phase was completed we have moved to the next one. When the project has reached the final stage, we have made with them a final QA to make sure that everything is in accord with our initial requests. The final step was the website deployment.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Every proposed objective was fulfilled by the new website version launching. Today, we have a more fast and more secure website, a flexible and scalable platform for our clients with a very nice google page insight score. Also, the website's new technology (Oxygen Builder) is impressive

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

One of the most valuable things about Supreme's team is the response time. So, if I encountered an issue I was able to discuss with their project manager. They were always connected with us to find right solution.

• skype - for general discussions
• whatsapp - for urgent issues

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most valuable thing that we have received from the Supreme' team is that we found a partner, not a simple vendor. Almost every team can give a solution, but not too many are capable to stay involved in the project from the very beginning to the end of a stage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I recommend they to change their CRM with another solution, but this can be just a personal judgment.

I worked with two IT specialists.

They did the main updates very fast and the website is running very good.

If we have website issues they go back to us very fast and they solve the problems in the same hour.
