Storytelling with emphasis on tech and lifestyle
Over the last 24 months, we have completely revolutionized LUEX's to content marketing content and how information is distributed. We moved away from a traditional magazine style format for distribution in order to integrate content elements that are more engaging than ever before right on the category and product pages!
The goal was to not only showcase products but also give customers an inside look into what goes on at each location through engaging storytelling using podcasts, whitepapers, infographics, guides, and of course, highly relevant blog articles.
Traditional website copy has been stripped to a minimum and wherever possible, we replaced it with engaging content to help customers make informed decisions without hitting them with the same, boring information again and again.

Content that lead to a 2,000,000 investment
We linked up with the Melalie crew at a startup expo to chat about a branding concept and stories for their newly launched Melalie App. Provided with a vision, no team, and even less time, as the company's launch was well behind schedule, we kicked into gear to drum up a content strategy and user stories that built the foundation of what is now one of Indonesia's most popular motorbike rental apps.
In addition our team worked on scripts for videos and engaging copy to not only educate but inform users on how to use the app. A lot of effort went into the story of AYU, a fictional character that would travel with Melalie and share her experience on social media. The idea was to give users a glimpse of what it would be like to travel with vehicles rented through the Melalie App.
We laid the foundation for their storytelling efforts and executed the handover to their in-house team of marketer.
Now when people rent motorcycles or cars from Indonesia's most popular ridesharing app from the comfort of their own home or favorite coffee shop -you know who did all the creative work for it...Exactly, us.

Content marketing for the European market
Contracted through our pals at GBG Europe, we're working with Spyder HQ over in Colorado on ramping up their content marketing and storytelling efforts for the European markets. We're using a combination of email marketing campaigns, paid ads, content creation, and visual storytelling to showboat what the Spyder brand is all about.
In addition to pumping out more Euro-friendly content, we're emphasizing using team riders and ambassadors in most of our storytelling to solidify the brand's positioning as one of the most iconic skiing brands on the market. And in the process of doing so, we're going all out on the visuals for products and the way we want the brand to interact with its customer base.
We are also ramping up the translation business to communicate with amigos in Spain more efficiently or tell "den Freunden" in Germany all about the latest collection in their respective language.
Something that has been in the works for a while now is streamlining content marketing efforts across the GBG brand to ensure consistency in the brand's communication with its audience.
Our goal is to produce one consistent way of storytelling for each market, utilizing an integrated content marketing approach that globally aligns with Spyder's values.

We wanted to create professional content in English for a customer's website and social media channels. As we don't have content writers in English and because we needed content on a professional level we hired Sunny Creates.

We reviewed Sunny Creates portfolio and the work he already did and compared the content and style with other verndors. After first meetings and due to his own style and professional writing, it felt like a perfect match.

First, we had a kick-off meeting with Sunny Creates, our customer and ourselves. After meeting each other, Sunny Creates did a face-to-face questionnaire with the customer to get all the needed information about their business and relevant target group. In a follow-up meeting we defined what content and for wich channels was needed from Sunny Creates.
After first pieces of content were created, our customer and ourselves reviewed it to generate a feedback round. After this alingment the rest of the content was finalized with the inputs from our side. The deadlines were communicated from the beginning and Sunny Creates always delivered on-time.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We always worked with Sunny Creates directly who was responsible for the content. The communication was stright forward and very fast as there were not too many people involved.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
With the professional content on the website we could increase the customer's Google ranking. In parallel, the social media content is on a professional level now and we received very good feedback from users. For our customer such content was crutial to differentiate from their competitors.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective. We had defined a project manager from our side who always aligned between Sunny Creates and our customer. The communication with Sunny Creates was fast and he always delivered on time. Every 2 weeks we had a meeting to align on the current status and next steps forward.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Sunny Creates did a lot of research in the beginning to get to know the customer's business and the target group well. This was crutial for the content afterwards. It was impressive how fast they dived into new topics and asked the right questions to get all information needed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As English is not our mother tongue, sometimes it was hard to understand specific words within the writing. But as soon as we mentioned this, Sunny Creates explained the content in an easier way for us in the review-sessions.
