Someone posted a false review about my business on local. we hire SumoDrive for removal

What were your goals for this project?

We hired Sumon and his firm to assist us with Local SEO and Online biz reputations help.

How did you select this vendor?

I found SumoDrive on GOOGLE.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

One unfair Glassdoor review was hurting our recruitment efforts, Sumon took care of it. Two Google reviews were false, clearly written by a competitor and The both negative posts were removed within the time frame promised.

What was the team composition?

I'm very pleased with the excellent support from Sumon's team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mr. Sumon was very knowledgeable and professional. As promised, he called me back the next day after Sumon and his team had a chance to review the yelp postings. Mr. Sumon helps me with delete the fake Yelp review. also, He took his time and explained to me the search results. He assured me that the posting that disturbed me was so far down on the that it was unlikely anyone would locate it. He also told me that my web presence was exceedingly positive in comparison to the vast majority of people.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed with his honesty. Instead of alarming me with the hope of making a quick dollar.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their online presence.
