We needed social media and influencer marketing services. We couldn’t do these things in-house because we didn’t have a large marketing department, so Sudace Digital provided solutions for us.

Sudace Digital manages our social platforms and creates content for our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels. We’re looking to attain greater brand awareness and engagement through these efforts. The main challenge was for Sudacé Digital to handle our social media accounts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we signed a contract with Sudacé Digital, we agreed that they would handle our social media accounts. They are responsible for designing posts and promoting them with the goal of securing sales leads and increasing our engagement. Their social media services involves promoting our website and mobile application. Each post is made from scratch, and the team undergoes design and approval stages to accomplish them. Sometimes, they also create stop motion videos. After that, they usually boost our posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
They also maximize our social media organic reach through their strategies. At the end of each month, they show us the metrics they have on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Tiktok. That includes the profile of our target audience which covers our external clients’ group age, gender, location, and other details that they’re interested in.

Sudacé Digital has been very professional, and we're very satisfied with their work, specifically their design and stop motion videos.

Heba communicates directly with us, and whenever we need something such as receipts, we reach out to her. Sometimes, we contact Mohannad directly. We use phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp as our means of communication. We find that WhatsApp has been very efficient because we also approve the team’s proposed posts there. That way, many people can also participate in the conversation. We also appreciate Sudacé Digital’s wealth of creative ideas whenever we have focus group meetings.

The KPIs and metrics they have provided to us have been very impressive. It’s also amazing that they do market research for their clients even before their engagement starts. They’ve also studied my business before formulating the best strategies to reach our goal. Their ability to carefully plan first is their key strength.

Our organization is a newly established government entity, and I am the marketing manager. We haven’t started offering our services yet; we will be starting in June and will launch our IT platform for the immigration ecosystem in Jordan.
What challenge were you trying to address with Sudacé Digital Agency?
We are trying to build an audience through our social media channels and to create awareness campaigns for our role in Jordan and how the platform will help people in Jordan.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Sudacé Digital Agency has a creative team that helped us with this project. We began with the branding for our entity and building our identity. We did the logo and everything to do with branding. They provided us with three or four options which were great. We made some amendments, but it was a collaboration between us.
For social media, they are managing our official social media pages. We give them the subjects for the content that we need to cover in the next period, and they prepare the copywriting for the content. We are now preparing for a digital advertising campaign for our platform which will be launched in June. We are hoping to launch the campaign in May, so we are preparing the videos, presentations, links, keywords, and everything related to the campaigns.

I have an account manager and there are two other people I am in contact with. I don’t know how many people have been working on the project. I have a good relationship with the manager so if there are any problems, I can contact him directly.

Sometimes there were some delays especially during the pandemic, but all in all, they work within the deadlines.
They are very responsive. We communicate through email and WhatsApp. We also use Google Sheets as well, but we don’t use any project management tools.

They are willing to do anything to help us, and they don’t say no to anything. Even if we are delayed with payments, they still keep working and I like that. They aren’t looking for money; they are looking to build a relationship.

They have to hire a quality manager. There were some mistakes in the design and things needed to be changed, but they were minimal changes.
