Success is our craft

Success Craft is a professional Salesforce outsourcing team organized in a company, doing business as a Salesforce offshore development center in Belarus. Founded in 2015, our team has grown from a small company of 5 individuals to the organization of 60+ employees (and growing) that it is today.

The main goal of our company is to help our customers achieve maximum success and efficiency in the areas of sales, maintenance, analysis, and communication with their clients, customers, and vendors, through their use of the Salesforce platform.

We offer a full range of end-to-end Salesforce outsourcing solutions, product development, and various Salesforce consulting services, from task to deployment, from our highly skilled, trained, and certified Salesforce.com developers, QA engineers, project managers, all of whom are constantly led and supported by our certified SFDC Technical Architects.

Our deep specialization in Salesforce provides a multitude of advantages, as do our dedication to successful long-term partnerships, our comparatively low overhead, and our "no confusion, no hassle" all-inclusive pricing structures. A responsible approach to our duties, as well as the desire to exceed customer expectations, lie at the heart of our dedication to our customers. This allows us to continually implement various projects while still gaining and maintaining the trust of our customers and clients, which can be observed by our outstanding track-record of success and our current and former clients’ references and testimonials to that effect.

Feedback summary:

Though the review is still underway, Success Craft was a capable, flexible partner who remained dedicated throughout the entire process. They were communicative, present, and always happy to answer questions or address concerns.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the manager of technical products for an enterprise platform.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Success Craft?

Typically, we build our integrations in-house, but we decided to work with an outside agency on our Salesforce integration.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We built out our own technology for an application that needed to be framed in Salesforce. They took that into consideration as they worked on the integration, and they worked within our infrastructure.

What is the team composition?

We worked mainly with an excellent project manager and a dedicated engineer.

How did you come to work with Success Craft?

My tech lead and director of engineering were responsible for the search process, but we ultimately chose Success Craft because of their preparedness at our initial meetings. They made us feel confident that they understood our goals, and they made useful recommendations. I felt they could be a good partner and were the best solution for what we wanted to achieve.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started working on the project around April 2018. The integration was completed in August 2018, but they worked with us closely through October or November 2018 for our security review.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in review with Salesforce, so I don’t have any concrete evidence of their impact yet.

How did Success Craft perform from a project management standpoint?

They were fabulous, and our project manager was on every call and email. She always updated us and passed information on to the engineering team. We were always in the loop and were totally confident in their abilities. Our dedicated engineer made every effort to recommend best practices or different approaches. There were never any issues or language barriers, and we knew they were always working on the right things.

They were very flexible. Even though our engineer wasn’t used to Slack, he joined our channels and communicated directly with our engineering team. They were happy to accommodate us, and using our structures made it easier for them to work on our API.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I knew they wouldn’t just finish the work and disappear. They really care about our success and our successful completion of Salesforce’s security review. I knew they would be present, answer my questions, and help us navigate through the process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Anything that could have changed usually stemmed from a lack of clarity on our side. I don’t have any concerns or suggestions for improvements.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you want to achieve. They do best when you provide detailed expectations. Tell them exactly what you want, and they’ll deliver.

Feedback summary:

Success Craft’s unique, in-depth expertise in Salesforce has tackled every technical challenge and ensured satisfied customers. Responsive and communicative, they easily manage time differences and meet deadlines to a high degree of quality and satisfaction.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a product manager at Cognism, an outbound lead generation and automation company. We help businesses find opportunities by putting them in touch with new leads or by identifying opportunities from existing records that they might have in their CRM. We have a standalone platform through which users can filter a database of B2B company and individual records to generate targeted prospect lists that match their customer persona. Users can then send automated outbound campaigns to the people on those lists.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Success Craft?

We wanted to integrate the data generation part of our standalone platform native into Salesforce. We needed a partner to build the application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Success Craft developed and manages our Salesforce integration. They first built our MVP. The application is now live and they’re building out features and functionality. As the feature set grows on the standalone platform, we will continue to build those into the Salesforce app.

The software allows users to enter their search criteria for their ideal next customer and generate contact information for all the records that match that criteria in our database. We push those contacts directly into a CRM in Salesforce where users can build them into their workflows or action them however they need.

What is the team composition?

We have a lead on the commercial side for billing and HR inquiries as well as a main developer and a QA person for testing. Our developer’s supervisor, the CTO, also sometimes advises.

How did you come to work with Success Craft?

We found them on Upwork. We searched using criteria such as years of experience working with Salesforce, number of successful projects completed, English speaking, etc. They best matched all of our criteria.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $50,000 and $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018 and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We currently have 15 or 20 different customers with around 100 users. Essentially, we identify new business for our users. Every month, every user is provided with hundreds to thousands of contacts with verified details that fit their exact customer persona. That’s where the success is measured.

How did Success Craft perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly on Skype and manage the development work on Jira. We have a three-hour time difference but have communicated successfully. They’re always quick to respond. We often adhere to a strict schedule of deadlines. They’ve always met them comfortably, with a high degree of quality and satisfaction on our side.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing has been the depth of Success Craft’s expertise within Salesforce. We’ve had dozens of times at which we faced a technical problem or had a goal to achieve for which the solution in terms of implementation came fully from their side. They understand all the facets and caveats of the software, which allows them to achieve complicated tasks. Because they know the Salesforce environment inside and out, they’ve never failed to achieve whatever we’ve tried to do. They’ve come up with solutions we never would have thought of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Nothing beyond standard good business practice like being prepared on your side and checking in regularly.
