Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the marketing specialist of migration agency provided migration consultancy for people who would like to relocate to Australia. I am the only one marketing specialist in this company, so I am covering different marketing communications improving performance of business on international market to stand up from competitors and grow migration business and personal brand of my boss.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studio Quatro, and what were your goals?

Old website was crated approximately 5 years before I set up on my position in this company. Website was working but did have modern and user friendly interface. Moreover my boss has started development with one Russian developer, with was not succeed at all (developer disappear after payment). So "modernization" of website was my first and main goal for the first time, included brand new website with new structure, functionality, design and optimisation

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had to find a quality result with affordable price (small business can't afford huge budget) who can do everything in the same package: design, development and decision maker (from creating structure to launch) and also maintenance in case of future changes also for me was important to set and meet deadlines, reply me quickly and manage workflow of our cooperation. I was paying attention on communication skills, because English is not my first language.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

1. Before we sign contract, we had a couple of online meetings with David, where he firstly ask me all my necessities and expectations , secondly he suggested me a new structure and technic solutions for my needs. Honestly I was impressed of this proactivity.
2. After quotation and signing contract I have received prototypes and first mock ups of future website, I changed them a lillte bit, mostly me and my boss were satisfied.
3. Website design was the most long and complicated process to me, but Studio Quatro knows what to do with our kind of clients and we received the perfect design after one single video meeting with them.
4. Then everything were smoothly: we prepare content working together, approved project result, delegate accesses to hosting and domain. As David said, it just took a couple of hours to see our new website online

I've been working with David (1) and his position was as Director of Studio Quatro

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In 6 month of launching website number of users was increased 2 times and bounce rate was reduced in 20%, now I can update our blog much faster even if I have to do it in 2 languages Our Clients highlight that our company looks more professional and solid, it let us attract more doubling customers, increase prices and even team ( in 2 times) during this pandemic time (considering that Australian borders closed it seems unreal but it is true!)

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used Trello add Google meet as working tools. In general we didn't need to have personal communications (just 2-3 times), everything was solving remotely which is a BIG good sign for me. we had some delays but because of me

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was looking for good quality for affordable price and get what I have expected. Currently I am still working with Studio Quatro on our new project - online school. They are very patient and professional

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, I am happy with everything. I think they should increase prices, because now we (as clients) are more than happy to increase our budget knowing what we're going to receive from their high professional experience
