I am the Key Account Business Partner leading the business for Asia Pacific market in the Training & Development industry.

We were growing our brand awareness and lead generation online, and we engaged Stridec for SEO services to boost our online search rankings. We aimed to be on Google Page 1 for a number of our keywords that we specialise in.

We looked for at least 3 vendors and we were deciding between quality (and professional know how) of someone who knew what they were doing to build on the online awarness and lead generation in Singapore & Asia Pacific market.

Our engagement started off with deciding on a focused set of 15 keywords - to be spread out over the course of 10 months. We wanted to get incoming leads from our website through this focus. We received traction within the first 4 months and then decided to ramp up the traction by compressing the balance 6 months into 3 months, doubling the effort. Alva and his team delivered.

We were generally looking at 1-3 inbound website leads per month. After implementing the SEO, we saw an increase to an average of 4-5 inbound leads per month.

They are great at monthly reporting. Alva was also very responsive over email, usually within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very professional and made an effort to do prior research, analysis, and recommendations. Very great initiative to propose what was good/not so good within our industry's target audience - serving both our scope and budget. Value for money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are great at what they do - SEO - online search rankings. Would be good to see a recommendation on direct lead generation.

I am the Founder of the company. My Company specialist in branding and digital strategy. We emphasis on great design and digital strategy to build a strong brand for our clients.

It has overall helped us to improve our organic search online. Bringing in more genuine and relevant leads.

Easyprint Technologies provides printing and corporate gift solutions to companies in Singapore. I am in charge of the sales and marketing strategies for Easyprint Technologies.

We wanted to increase the effectiveness of our PPC campaigns, and also to establish 1st page google rankings via SEO. 4

We found Stridec Worldwide on Google 1st page, was intrigued by how they can rank so high but have not much content on their site, as we always thought that content hugely matters in Google rankings. We scheduled a meet-up and were sold.

We gave them our target: to be ranked organically in first page of Google for our niche products: lanyards, canvas bags, notebooks and corporate gifts. After analysing the shortfalls in our website, and devising an effective SEO strategy against our competitors, they provided substantial high ranking backlinks, landing pages that converted well, and contributed great articles for SEO.

Since implementing SEO, our monthly organic traffic has grown steadily from almost zero to thousands, and a percentage of this traffic has converted into actual sales. Offering new products during the COVID situation has also proved effective, as our products were ranked highly on Google for these new products

Alva responds almost instantly to any queries we have. There is also a monthly report to track the progress of our SEO/PPC efforts, and we can see a steady growth, just as he had promised at the start of the project.

Alva is able to answer all of my questions, be it SEO or PPC or branding related questions. The ability to provide statistics to track results has made it easier for us to understand the results our marketing efforts.
