Strats & Roadmaps is very responsive to our needs. They use Jira to carry out tasks and follow an agile/scrum method. We have monthly and quarterly status meetings with detailed reports showcasing progress or changes needed. They've delivered everything we've set out to do. Happy so far.

They've taken time to really learn about our business. They are transparent with results and look for ways to improve. Every recommendation so far has been exactly what we've needed to grow long-term, such as:

1. migrating our contact & sales data from an Excel spreadsheet to Hubspot, 
2. developing a content matrix to target our ideal customer
3. launching an automated sales outreach campaign.
