We have a small content writing firm that needed an upgrade. I am one of the founders of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Stepforadder Technologies?

We were facing flak with footfalls and visibility. We had tried a couple of things within the setup but it did not pan out as expected. We connected with Stepforadder Technologies to help us redesign the website and optimize it with the help of the right keywords and search parameters.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for the project was to gain traction with the audience i.e. mainly small and medium sized companies. We needed to get noticed to get the work done within a short time frame and with the maximum result.

How did you select this vendor?

We have read about Stepforadder on Clutch and LinkedIn. We connected with Yogesh for the work and spoke about our requirements at length. He understood our requirement and was very helpful in drawing up a project map work to execute our requirements with limited budget and within a month.

They helped us redo the design of the website, added plugins where needed and ensured that we started having regular blogs with the right keywords. We were lacking in our approach towards the right keywords and he, along with his team, gave us a direction to achieve that. He helped us with everything from theme selection to digital marketing of our services, etc.

What was the team composition?

The team was not very big. We have a dedicated web developer and a digital marketing specialist. The project was overlooked by Yogesh personally to ensure that we got all the requirements right.

The project was well executed by the team at Stepforadder. We got instant visibility on Google SERP and also were contacted for projects by clients within a week of launching.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was very well managed and the team ensured that they gave us regular updates regarding our workflow. We were kept in loop for all the work that being done and the deadlines were met on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive aspect of working with Stepforadder was the personal touch they gave to our website. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was working fine from start till end and they continued to support us and checked upon our website even after the project ended.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I do not have any areas of improvement that I can suggest personally. They were extremely supportive of the timelines and work requirement that we wanted.

To have a turnkey platform for all of our customers.

We selected them due to there skill set and understanding of our project. There pricing was very in line also.

To have a highly functioning, professional website.

They listed every service of mine in detail, and were very cooperative and uploaded tons of great stock images for my website.

What was the team composition?

I don’t know exactly how many people built my website because I mainly spoke to Yogesh the whole time. And he does a great job keeping his team on top of things.

They finished the website in about 3 months and it was beautiful and cost-effective. I received lots of compliments on it and landed clients from it.

Yogesh does an amazing job planning out the project with you step by step, executing his plans, then keeping you updated on a day to day basis with new things added to your project!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It’s hard to find a reputable, trustworthy, cost-effective, talented company to build your website or apps. Normally there is always one thing missing, but with Yogesh and his company they do everything perfectly!
