What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the website hasn't created significant enquiry, this is more due to my need to invest and focus on the necessary mechanisms to drive engagement. With the updates and revisions to the website along with investment in Google Ad services, I am seeing an immediate increase in enquiry. I have had several clients comment on how professional and well laid out the website is (even in the old version)

Our relationship is quite fluid due to my random business hours, sporadic focus and differing timezone restrictions. With this in mind, I have always fournd Connor (and the broader team) to be responsive, easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Connor and the team have my best interests at heart, and we enjoy a positive working relationship. The timezone differences was the major concern for me initially however this has never prevented us from being able to meet and getting the various pieces of work completed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Startemup could have done differently?

When we set out on developing the initial website, we used an online project management tool. I feel that this wasn't utilised fully to see the process through and perhaps was a bit excessive for a customer and project of my size. That being said, I think a more robust process for managing projects or change variations could be employed (as oposed to email thread)

I started working with Startemup last year to handle taking on branding and marketing my new company Rockbusters. I have been in a niche industry where we handle small and large rock and concrete demolition projects. I needed everything to be started from the ground up. 

This included rebuilding my website, handling all my online communication including social media and email marketing and paid ads. I am now getting leads for projects every week. My branding and website look amazing and I don't have to worry about any of my marketing.

• Startemup has improved my social followings, and traction to my website. I am now also getting multiple leads every week for new demolition projects and for my expanding grout. I see sales now from my ads as well. I now have a dashboard where I can see which sales came in from google ads, or organic search and how much we spend every month.

They answer my emails and questions within the day, and if I ever have a concern they make time for me when I need it. They got my website built in half the time it took my last agency. I receive a social media calendar before every month that I can review before anything gets posted to. Scheduling a call with them is easy and I can book something with them within the week, and they are easy to get a hold of.

They put a lot of care into my company, and truly cared if I was satisfied with the results. They really take the time to be transparent and open with communication. Since starting together I felt like they were invested in seeing my success. They also take a close look at what we spend on ads and measuring my leads giving me confidence in spending my money.

I would love to have reports sent to my email every week as well as the dashboard so I can see the trends with our spending and marketing easier.
