How did StarTele Logic perform from a project management standpoint?
Their response time and delivery are fast, and their customer support is remarkable. They’re approachable, easy to work with, and I haven’t faced any challenges with them. Other vendors would get irritated when we contacted them, but StarTele didn’t. They’d even call once a month to ask for any new requirements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They deliver quickly, they’re honest, and they describe everything that they worked on thoroughly. Once they finished the task, they’d send us an invoice. Other vendors expected advanced payments before even starting the work. Overall, we trust each other and have built a relationship with StarTele.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They mainly do mobile application development, so I told them that they should come up with a management information format or a student management system. A few weeks ago, one of their sales representatives told me that they’re going to implement an academic solution very soon and will give us a demo, so they’re improving themselves.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re trustworthy people that deliver before the deadline. In the software industry, I haven’t found anyone else that delivered early.
