The designer we originally used in the UK used Stalwart for part of the building work

Sid and Mitesh were extremely helpful to work with. They work not just reactive to our requirements but proactive in suggesting appropriate solutions and features. They helped with the decision making process by showing us previous examples of completed work and so we knew what the outcomes would be before they were completed.

They were always on hand to lend an opinion and help where possible, had a great understanding of the field and suggested the best and most cost-effective ways to achieve our desired outcomes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy to communicate and workflow worked seemlessly. They set up a slack account for us to share information easily.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personal service approach and attention to detail were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was unfortunate that one member of the team had a sad bereavement in his family and so perhaps this slowed the completion of the process down just a little, but ultimately, this is an unusual occurence and they still completed the work as quickly as possible.

We hired stalwart to redesign the front page improving the user experience. After the preview they adjust all we asked. The new version was fresh and tech. The communication was very good, answering all doubts and providing extra information and help. I highly recommend Stalwart and we Will hire them again.

They contacted us while we were in the process of selecting a Shopify expert and through a couple of mails and analysis of their work and reviews we knew they Will be a good match.

The team first got into knowing the brand Style and background. They perfectly got It and proceed to organise, simplify and make more attractive and efficient our front page

We worked with the team, finally through the director Mitesh which was always listening to us and filtering to the team to implement

The user friendly and easy navigation for mobile new version

The project manager was always there. We communicate through mail, as we don't have much availability for calls, on their side they were more than glad to be on zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skills are totally pro. The genuine interest and patience to guide us even with links to tutorial screenshots to manage the new version.

We're totally satisfied with their work, skills, customer attention, and delivery times.

We are an e-commerce company selling high quality brow products to beauty professionals world wide. As the Marketing Manager I'm in charge of Branding, Strategy, Marketing channels and all other marketing related activities.

We did a total rebranding and restyling of our brand. Stalwart helped us with the development of the revamp of our website. They implemented the new design, but also helped with optimizing the user experience with e-commerce KPI's like AOV en CR in mind.

My main contacts for this project are Mitesh and Sid. Highly skilled professionals to work with.

Of course a webshop is never finished, but for now we are super happy with the results. We are still measuring the outcome, since its launched recently.

We communicate over Slack. In terms of budget / timelines we make confirm everything over mail. If needed we hop on a call to discuss details. Briefings, scope of work overview etc. are all shared in projects overviews in Google Docs.

They managed to deliver everything while having a really tight schedule.

More clarity about deliverables on both sides per project.

I'm the founder and CEO of CitiBin. We design and manufacture enclosures for trash, recycling, and package delivery.

The initial developer of our Shopify site was good but not great, so when they rolled off, there were many remaining issues with functionality and design. A primary goal was to have a configurator in the shop that enabled users to customize their unit by color, size, features.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Stalwart was highly recommended by a fellow business owner, who said that they are easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Revamp existing Shopify site to make it more intuitive to visitors, as well as SEO friendly. We coordinated work with Stalwart through Slack.

E-comm sales have increased 195% since working with Stalwart.

Everyone from Stalwart is responsive, even during off-hours. Often if we find an issue before signing off for the day, it will be corrected by the next morning. We communicate by Slack and consider Stalwart a part of our extended team.

Complete creation of our site on Shopify. The site needed to:

• Provide education for consumers about our products
• Enable E-Commerce for consumers
• Enable E-Commerce for wholesalers

Possibly more communicative on timeline prior to being contacted by myself to check in. But overall good.
