I’m the CEO at Altigee, an outsourcing firm. We provide our clients with access to remote engineers in Ukraine.
What challenge were you trying to address with StaffingPartner?
We needed recruitment services for our company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
StaffingPartner provides recruitment services for us; we engage them when we don’t have enough resources at our departments and need extra hands. They look for people for us, do the pre-screening part, apply our filters to their recruitment techniques, and pass only relevant candidates.
We give them job descriptions with the details of what skills we’re looking for. On top of the recruitment, sometimes we don’t have enough resources to do the technical interviews. For example, if we’re looking for an iOS engineer and don’t have an experienced iOS engineer who can interview from our side, we will ask StaffingPartner to do this for us.

As a software development company, we are in constant need of highly-qualified IT talents for new projects.
At first, we tried building an in-house recruiting department, but it wasn't a perfect solution for us due to the uneven workload during the month: some days recruiters had no open vacancies to work on at all, and when a new project had started, they had 20+ positions to fill at once, so we had to turn to a recruitment agency anyway.
That's when we finally found StaffingPartner as the best staffing company for us.

Before we selected StaffingPartner, we tried a few different recruiting companies. But the agencies weren't able to recruit the relevant specialists in such a short time as StaffingPartner did.

Sometimes we have up to 30 positions to fill for a project at once, and it was really impressive how StaffingPartner managed to find all the relevant IT people within 1 month.
As for the service package, the StaffingPartner team helped us to create proper vacancies, conducted the interviews, provided us with 6-10 candidates for each position within 2 weeks, and then consulted us on the offering process. Besides, they offer a 2-month "guarantee period" for a specialist, but we only used this option once, and they replaced the developer for free within 1 week.

I'm not sure how many resources worked with us, because we mostly communicated with 1 manager regarding all the issues, which is very convenient. There was no micromanagement at all needed from our end.
