We are seeking to build our enrollment of young singers, which declined during COVID. In 26 years we have successfully relied on word of mouth, but this year we determined to give digital marketing/advertising a try.

Our campaign seeks to reach parents interested in enrolling their children in our choir. Stackmatix has created digital ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram using a diverse array of targeting criteria and messaging themes, fine tuning our spend as they measure response rates.
They also created a landing page with Calendly integration so we can easily schedule follow up conversations with our leads.

We're working with their co-founder and managing partner, as well as an account manager.

We're now in the ramp-up phase of the campaign, but we are seeing a steady and increasing flow of leads. It is too early to determine the ultimate ROI, but the campaign seems on pace to meet or exceed its desired outcomes.

During the design phase of the campaign we met (online) frequently and exchanged a great deal of information via email.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I would say two key elements stand out. First, how quickly they "got" our organization and its needs, as well as the likely drivers of acquiring new choristers. Second, we're a small non-profit, but their responsiveness and proactive outreach make us feel like a big account.

Our biggest challenge has been building a sustainable and efficient marketing campaign, finding the right leads, and optimizing conversion. As a small company, we're lacking an in-house marketing department, so we reached out to Stackmatix to help us with our digital strategy.
