I`m Vice President of Water Supply & Urban Drainage in Central & South Europe in DHI – the consulting company that provides clients with technologyand services in the field of broadly understood water management.
For what projects/services did your company hire S'SENSE, and what were your goals?
We wanted to bring some freshness to our brand, which is why we decided to hire S`SENSE. We went through the entire process of internal rebranding and we are still actively cooperating within a branding care.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for a graphic designer to cooperate with, but when we found the S`SENSE brand studio and receive their offer for a cooperation, we decided to change something more than graphics. After the first meeting, we knew that, it would be a longer cooperation. They offer stood out from the competition in many ways.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
First, we met at the workshop where S’SENSE got to know our company, marketing materials, websites, and the way we cooperate. Then we worked on the new branding, discussing each proposal together. After that, we developed new marketing materials and discussed the strategy of their use.
Currently, we create materials on an ongoing basis and monitor changes taking place on the market.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked mainly with brand designer and graphic designer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Thanks to the changes proposed by SENSE and new marketing materials, we managed to gather 333 people at the webinars we organized in 2021 from only 180 which we have in 2020. The entire rebranding made our activities consistent. We know how to prepare materials and we want to be more visible on the market thanks to this.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
At the beginning, we had regular meetings to prepare for the entire process, and now we are in constant contact by e-mail and phone.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
SENSE is a completely different company from everyone we have worked with and we were looking for. They look at the entire process very broadly, and I like how they are constantly proposing something new. They are not only graphics, but they create the brand anew.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
If they will continue to develop, expanding their skills and hiring new talented people, they will surely be very successful.

We are awarded interior design company form Poland. I am managing director of this cmompany.
For what projects/services did your company hire S'SENSE, and what were your goals?
We were convinced that the image of our company, that we have created does not suit the target group of customers we wanted to reach. We didn't know what should we do, so we contacted them for Advice. After first meeting, he convinced us, that he should be right guy for this job.

They started from brand environment audit. Later we have created brand strategy and it's description. Next was complete nwe logo and key visual with brand visual materials. Next they have created complete new webpage for our brand. In the meantime we have strategical workshops on dedicated topic.

We worked mainly with the owner and Juliusz (graphics designer).
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The number of valuable customers who call our company and sign contract has increased significantly. We stopped receiving phone calls from clients who could not become our clients for financial reasons.
Thanks to the new branding, we were also able to increase the rates for our services and find clients for them. We have also decided to hire new employees, who significantly supported us in our business.

We always knew what we are currently working on and what we will be doing in the next step. We felt at ease with this project. This project did not require too much time on our side.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The opportunity to look at our business from a broad perspective and suggest solutions that allowed to attract customers at much higher rates. We are impressed with their knowledge, experience, and ability to run the project step by step, so that we felt well taken care of.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The speed optimalization of our website is stll on progress, so they should think about it durung the development. I would also suggest that the topics of strategic workshops should be better thought out and agreed with the management of our company.
The client has seen an increase in the number of people who attended their webinars in 2021. A dynamic partner, S'SENSE is always on the lookout for new ways to further elevate the client's brand and boost their online presence. Their holistic approach to marketing makes them stand out.
