The job is to take our existing firmware and improve the code management, code confidence, and then begin to add new features being driven by business requirements. The system uses the older NRF51 platform and an older SDK so experience with these tools is required. Deliverables include:

• Setup a reproducible and consistent version controlled firmware development environment.
• Review all existing firmware and flowchart the system.
• Review all existing firmware and identify areas that may be most likely to introduce incorrect logic or bugs in the system.
• Add automated or manual testing processes around all core functions that can be executed before every new firmware release to improve confidence in firmware release.
• Qantifiably improve firmware to minimize power consumption to hit targeted operating conditions.
• Improve firmware to add over-the-air update capabilities and proper device partitioning to maximize space.
• Improve firmware by adding non-volatile memory storage partition and features across hard system reboots.

• Consistent build process was able to be setup on 3 computers.
• Releases went from individual developers computer to a github tagged release.
• Firmware release test cases went from 0 to 50.
• Power use went from 10mA to 25uA.
• Proper partioning enabled non-volitale variable storage and added 25kb of application flash.
• Went from no OTA capability to having OTA capability.

They were very accurate with their time estimates and delivered on or ahead of schedule. They would respond within business hours to most conversations and readily jumped on a call or virtual meeting if items needed to be cleared up.

May times they would initiate the call if clarity was required to ensure they had the correct requirements before doing work. They worked with us as an extension of our team very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed immediately with how Teja was able to get my attention and drive the conversation in order to get my business initially. When I get contacted by development firms constantly, he was somehow able to get it done and so I felt good that this may be a cultural component of Srushty and that the rest of the team would also have skills to drive projects to completion.

Fortunately this was a correct assumption and I am impressed with how proactive the Srushty team is in ensuring they have the correct requirements, setting proper expectations, and then delivering on and validating those expectations with me as the customer.

I was also impressed with how quickly they acted as part of our team, engaging in technical conversations and asking thoughtful questions about what we have already done or tried to quickly come up to speed our our technology, the choices behind our technology, and how the system is suppose to work. They were productive quickly with a fairly complex and somewhat outdated technology stack.

Finally, I was impressed with out the whole team was committed to our success from the top down and that the CEO was willing to meet with us early and often and even came to town to make an in person visit to understand how their team could help us be successful in other ways including hardware engineering, mechanical engineering, prototype manufacturing, and production manufacturing and kitting.

No, I have no complaints or issues with anything Srushty executed on. It takes a little bit of practice to say the name correctly as American, but even the company name and logo has a thoughtful backstory. They are not just your run of the mill development firm.

To improve overall project stability and ensure on-time delivery, addressing the root causes of team turnover and implementing strategic resource planning measures are recommended.   • Registration is only for End-Users not for Super Admin. Super Admin will be added to backend by Srushty. 
  • Device onboarding with simple DIY installation guidance on web portal 
  • Device Onboarding: We installation/onboarding can be done by the end user. The Wetflix device will have an AP, where user will connect with the device over WIFI and configure the device with WIFI, username and device details. 
  • On Installation of device User as to select Connection type WIFI/GSM 
  • User as to annrove the Device from the User dashboard 
  • Device data will be updated on the User dashboard of Tank and device details. 
  • Device live status will be updated periodically (Every 30 min in the morning and every 60 min in the night) with other device details.
