I'm an animal breeding consulting and my company has customs all over Spain.
For what projects/services did your company hire Squaads, and what were your goals?
We needed to improve the flow of information with our clients and implement a software for the management of technical data. We decided to develop a software platform that improves our efficiency and that of our clients.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found Squaads because both companys are located in the same technology park
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They designed and developed a Javascript-based business management solution. We started with a complete definition of our business, including all problems or difficulties we had when managing animals. They got a full insight of our work. Then, the whole project was divided in 2 week sprints, allowing the whole development process to be more flexible and error tolerant.
On each sprint, they chose several functulaities to be focused on. They started each spirnt designing mock-ups to test how they can solve some requirements and make us happier.
After we approved their design, they developed that solution. Finally, we tested the developed functionalities to check if it were aligned with the mock-ups and whether the developed solution really suited us. The resultant application was an Angular frontend with a Nodejs backend
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 4 people in the core team, including a product owner and project manager, a designer and 2 developers. Other resources would come and go depending on the project needs
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have significantly reduced the time spent communicating with each client and managing data. We have reduced the number of errors and have attracted several new customers thanks to REdil

It has been very easy and fun to work with Squaads. They weekly met deadlines. We were in contact daily through Slack. In addition, we knew the progress of the project through Notice
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are really close and willing to solve any problem.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The quality of the work is great but at times progress has been too slow.
Squaads made a data software platform that improved the client's technical data management flow, improving the efficiency of the firm. They got a full insight into their work, including all the difficulties with managing animals. The software helped them reduce errors and attract new customers.
