Please describe your company and your position there.
Kultasepänliike Suokko is an independet jewelry shop. Our main focus is diamond jewelry and retail. I'm the founder and the owner of this 30-year-old family business.
For what projects/services did your company hire SpurIT, and what were your goals?
We had a very clear task to achieve. We wanted to implement a wedding ring configurator into Shopify. This integration was commissioned to SpurIT.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We sent our query to ten IT companies listed in the Shopify Experts listing. Response time and professionalism of the answers were exceptional. Furthermore, they asked for more info about the project and charged us for analyzing our requirements. Then we knew this company takes its job seriously.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Outlining the task was done meticulously and keeping the goal in mind. Communication throughout the whole project was intense and we were well kept updated on the progress. Towards the end of the project, there were multiple smaller problems that arise and they all were solved extremely well.
We felt we were in good hands with their professional work. Integration of the most complex wedding ring configurator to the Shopify environment and adding extra features like customized features to the collection page and making also possible to use Shopify checkout to pay the configurated rings.
There was created a custom app that is hosted on Amazon Web Services. The app deals with data that comes from the wedding ring configurator's API and this way integrates it seamlessly into Shopify environment. Also Shopify Liquid code was modified in order to achieve the integration. The integration and the added features to the integration triple the value and usability of the original program(wedding ring configurator) for us.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were three people that were communicating with us about the progress and asked for all the necessary information that they needed. One of the three is Customer Success Manager and two of them are Account Managers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have only expectations as this is a start to a new technology-driven sales tech in wedding rings. Our test orders and customers show immediate success.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Everything is really well managed we really felt that we are in good hands. First, we communicated via Shopify Experts messaging tool but after the project really started we changed to emails. Communication was rapid and clear.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Timely, clear, and informative communication of the progress is exceptional to the IT house. And the fact that first they really found out what was the goal of this project and wanted to understand it completely before anything was done. Their level of executing all the features is top-class, and no compromises have been made in the quality of work.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The task has been fulfilled 100 %. How can we complain about anything? So the answer is no.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an IT supervisor at Susparsa. We’re a team of four people, and our company aims to sell clothes via an e-commerce store.
What challenge were you trying to address with SpurIT?
We needed someone to create our website and provide support. We wanted it to be built on Shopify and be linked to our logistics company. Our main goal was to develop an automated delivery process in which clients provide their information on the website, which goes directly to the right logistics company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
SpurIT is developing our website, setting up our Instagram, and building a cross-platform mobile app available for iOS and Android that accepts all types of payments, including PayPal and credit cards. Their team also provided contacts for our marketing efforts.
Our products are available in several languages, including German, English, French, and Russian. It’s also very interactive, and we can make changes to it in-house.
What is the team composition?
There are two people from their team involved in the project.
How did you come to work with SpurIT?
They were referred to us by people working for Shopify. Our founder also received other recommendations from people that were very excited to have worked with SpurIT, and that’s why we chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $20,000–$25,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We just launched the website, and on the first day, we had about 100 views. We’re at a preliminary stage where we can’t provide any metrics yet. However, we’ve gotten generally good feedback.
How did SpurIT perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform well as they’re proactive and willing to offer help at every project stage. They always give us reminders and do well with managing our deadlines. We asked them to deliver it quickly, and they did, which we appreciate. In terms of communication, we use Zoom, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We appreciate that the app links our Shopify platform seamlessly with DHL, UPS, and others. This is impactful for us since it saves us time on our day-to-day work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could perform faster if they had partnerships with other counterparts such as Shopify. These partnerships could accelerate work with their clients.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be audacious enough to ask more of SpurIT. We realized that they could do more than what they proposed. They’re very skilled.

Shopify Feature Development for RV Manufacturer
"They gave me real answers and treated me like a true customer — their goal was to satisfy my needs."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a marketing manager at Forest River, Inc. I oversee 10 divisions of the company. We’re a large, worldwide RV manufacturer. We build RV travel trailers and motorhomes, amongst other products.
What challenge were you trying to address with SpurIT?
We were in the process of creating a new retail e-commerce store. We wanted to build a website where customers could purchase t-shirts, hats, mugs, camping gear, and many different branded products that they could wear out in public. We really wanted to add a feature that would allow customers to visualize the products with customized logos and colors.
We were a two-person team, and we had limited coding experience with custom tools like that. We wanted to give customers a great experience, but we weren’t able to do so unless we hired someone who knew exactly what they were doing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, we had a site that wasn’t performing well because there wasn’t enough marketing around it. We took it over and wanted to completely rebuild it using Shopify. We had an initial discovery meeting with SpurIT where we went a little deeper into what our end goal was. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take.
They developed the custom feature we asked them to. However, there was an oversight on our part, and two additional features were commissioned after the first one. Overall, it was a pretty heftily coded project.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Anastasia (Business Development Manager) and Phillip (Project Manager). Anastasia was our project manager and main point of contact. Phillip was our programmer, and he would jump in when the discussion got a little too technical.
How did you come to work with SpurIT?
We reached out to Shopify to hire an expert, and we got 15–20 inquiries to build the product personalizer. We interviewed all of them, and SpurIT stood out because they communicated in a timely manner and completely understood our end goal. They spoke to us using comprehensible terms, not with programming or very technical terms. They explained and laid it all out on the table for us, and that was awesome.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was right around $5,000. The first feature was around $4,200, and the second and third features were about $1,200 and $300.
What is the status of this engagement?
We hired them in early March 2021. They finished their work in a month’s time, and the site was launched in the middle of April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re only four days into the launch, but it’s been good so far. We did a press release and a soft launch last week. We sent it to a group of 50 people over the weekend, and we’ve been making a lot of noise. A lot of the feedback we’re getting is that the product personalizer tool has helped people choose what they wanted and actually motivated them to purchase items. Oftentimes, you have to lead the horse to the water, and this website does that.
We’ve gotten emails and 10–12 phone calls from RV dealers around the country telling us that they bought something because they were able to add the logo they wanted and actually see it on the product. Based on that, we think this is going to be an impactful tool.
How did SpurIT perform from a project management standpoint?
We have an internal project management system to manage our team. We didn’t use one with SpurIT; we just communicated with them through emails and Zoom calls. We had everything laid out in ClickUp, so it was very clear for any additional team members to follow what we were working on on the website.
Nonetheless, SpurIT did exactly what they said they would, and if anything was held up or delayed, they let us know. We hit some holidays in the timeframe development, but they were very timely. We were almost a full day apart from each other, and they still communicated during our working hours. Time zones weren’t a limitation to getting the project done, which was very impressive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It had to be their communication. When we first started the project, the other people that we got quotes from were very limited in the way they communicated with us. They gave us short, one-sentence replies, while SpurIT was not only quick to respond but also very detailed in their responses. They answered my questions and didn’t deflect them with other questions.
From that, we could tell that they were actually trying to figure out our unique offer. To sum it up, what really thrilled us to work with SpurIT was their communication speed and the way they were able to articulate their answers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It wasn’t on them, but the Shopify theme that we have has a 250-block limit, and we’re going to need more than that. They warned us about it and helped us find a temporary solution, but I wish I hadn’t ignored that because we’ll have to figure out something for the future.
However, at the moment, I wouldn’t say there's anything they could improve upon. There was a bug in the code, and after we informed them, they got back to us as soon as they had an answer. I’ve worked with tons of developers in the past, and SpurIT was phenomenal because they didn’t talk to me in programmer lingo. They gave me real answers and treated me like a true customer — their goal was to satisfy my needs. Therefore, if we have any features that we need to add in the future, we definitely plan to hire SpurIT again.
Any advice for potential customers?
This is universal, but make sure expectations are very clear. Oftentimes, expectations are never set, so before you start any project, the first step is to provide a very clear understanding of the goal and how long it will take to achieve it.
From there, just maintain some form of constant communication where you’re talking at least daily or every two days. We made it clear that we’d be checking in, and that allowed us to find solutions quicker, rather than delaying the process.

Web Design & SEO for Shopify Startup

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the general manager at Loctus-Blockchain, a Shopify startup.
What challenge were you trying to address with SpurIT?
We needed to establish a trustworthy presence online and needed to be better optimized for keywords. We wanted to be better ranked in a Google search and to have a better-looking website for customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
SpurIT designed our website to make it look better and be easier to navigate. They did some coding but not a lot. We worked on a Shopify platform and we chose a certain theme. Their goal was to join those themes together and code a little bit to adjust some features and make them better and more suitable for my product.
They checked the quality of my listings, images, and descriptions related to Google requirements. Their team made some suggestions that I accepted and others I didn’t because of the price.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, a salesperson, a few coders, and a couple of Google Ads specialists who focus on advertising.
How did you come to work with SpurIT?
I was looking for a company that could help with a Shopify platform. I looked at Fiverr for Shopify experts and wasn’t successful. Then I checked the Shopify website and I learned that they can hire experts. I posted my requirements and received 5-6 offers.
One of them was SpurIT. I chose them because their pricing was better for me and they were from Belarus and I’m Russian. We speak the same language. It’s easier to communicate with someone in your native language.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested between $5,000–$6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from October 2020-February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The most important thing was optimization. So far, I don’t have any data on that. Overall, I see that we changed the look of my website. They improved my appearance. The quality of work is decent and fair. I got what I wanted. I had a moderate budget and they were able to meet my needs.
How did SpurIT perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was highly professional and on time. I didn’t have to ask twice ever. They replied promptly and their responses were fully comprehensive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their speed of work and flexibility they had. They listened to me and also brought some ideas. They were able to discuss and brought up really valid points so that I could understand what they were wanting to do.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I would change.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re quite knowledgeable and have good expertise.

E-Commerce Dev for Digital Lab
"They actually cared about the work they delivered and went the extra mile to ensure the work was good."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of project management for a digital lab. We have a lot of enterprise partners and we have our own startups and our partner startups. We focus on high-level strategy to see how we can improve them technologically by finding and building technology products that can move the needle towards their yearly goals.
On a startup level, we have our startups and we own percentage income service. We basically give growth umbrellas to get them on the path of growth. We give them all the resources they need in terms of HR, accounting, technology, product management, design, content management, etc.
What challenge were you trying to address with SpurIT?
We needed help building a Shopify website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built the revamp of our e-commerce and Shopify website; only handling the development. It was a really design heavy website and wasn’t a typical Shopify site. They took the site to extreme levels and went around the rules of Shopify to extend it as much as possible, building a template from scratch for a lot of extra functionalities.
They use apps when necessary. We launched the project in November 2019 but we continued to work with them on fixes and improvements.
What is the team composition?
I directly worked with the project manager, an account manager, and the head of sales.
How did you come to work with SpurIT?
We asked Shopify for a list of Shopify partners that they recommend and SpurIT was on the list. Our main target was someone who could take Shopify to its limits. We wanted to make sure someone is building apps for that platform already and knew the technology resources needed in order to do that.
Looking at SpurIT, they have a lot of apps built-in Shopify that they sell themselves and most of them had really good reviews and ratings.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $350,000–$450,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2019–July 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality and speed of work is good. They have a lot of creative solutions in order to reach the deadlines we had. Accessibility was a requirement for us and we knew it was going to be a learning curve for SpurIT to get up to speed, so our in-house accessibility auditor worked with them.
It’s great because then they had their own accessibility practice and became experts in it. Their company grew in a way that showed they understood the market and built practices based on it.
How did SpurIT perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was good; they were excellent in meeting deadlines. There were some delays here and there, but that’s normal in any software project. There were some hiccups with communication over time, but overall, it was still great. We were shocked that they had a project manager we could speak to rather than the developer. Things were perfect and we felt as if we were speaking directly to the developer.
We saw an improvement in SpurIT across our engagement together. From where we started until the end, we saw a lot of improvements in how they work and how polished their deliverables got over time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing is how they change processes depending on the project and are able to cope with the processes that we asked for. There was a lot of flexibility on their side, they were adaptable, and experts in Shopify.
They saw what we needed and asked for the expectations and deliverables we wanted. They followed the steps accordingly. It was great and I definitely enjoyed working with them.
One thing you don’t easily find in contracting a company is the level of care they had. They actually cared about the work they delivered and went the extra mile to ensure the work was good. They’d have suggestions and we’d take them to make the product better. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In the beginning of the project, we had problems with accessibility but they got much better. By the end of the project, they were experts. They actually have a standalone practice for accessibility now.
We had to change our meeting frequency from once a week to three times a week to make sure they understood everything about our standards to be successful. Because of that, I think they need standardization in the follow-ups and status updates. All the other communication is great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you’re looking for a Shopify website, SpurIT is one of the best choices that you can find in the market in terms of development, but I can’t speak to the design and other things they do on their end. Work with their project manager and head of sales as a team. Make sure you have two points of contact and not just one.

UX/UI Designs for E-Commerce Platform Startup
"SpurIT impresses us most in their ability to grasp any scope of work we give them."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
We are an entrepreneurial group of executive directors working on developing a new business model in the e-com space. Our core business is not the products we provide but the business model we have created.
We have developed a custom e-com user experience where we allow our products to be borrowed and returned as a service. As the CEO my core responsibility is preparing and implementing the company and launch strategy to enter the market and drive growth thereafter.
For what projects/services did your company hire SpurIT?
As every e-com platform that's out there is built and optimised for transacting product sales, we knew we would have to scope and develop our intended market offering based on an e-com platform that fundamentally wasn't designed to do what we need it to do.
Our challenge was to ensure the front end UX was seamless and the financial risk management associated with borrowing products to customers was minimised and the whole process is automated as much as possible. We decided to develop our offering based on the Shopify platform with a custom app developed to run the service.
We did not want to charge customers full payment upfront for the products and then issue a refund when they were returned. That's just an everyday e-com returns process and would mean the customer was charged fully for the products upfront.
We required a custom way to charge the customer for the borrowing service upfront and defer a 2nd payment for the actual products that were borrowed. The 2nd payment is then cancelled as long as the products are returned. We looked at buy now pay later options such as Klarna etc, but fundamentally they just offer e-com shoppers an unsecured credit line.
They are in the business taking the consumer credit risk in return for a % transaction fee for the value of sales their service facilitates across standard e-com websites, so this wasn't going to work for our business model.
We settled on using Shopify's standard payment gateway providers as this offers a standard check out process for the customers pov while we maintain control over the all-important checkout process.
We commissioned a development project to build a custom Shopify app that splits the cart value into a service charge that is billed upfront and defers the 2nd payment for the products until 30 days later. Our returns process is self-serviced by the customer and as long as the products arrive back in our warehouse prior to the 30 days the 2nd payment is auto cancelled, ending the sales cycle.
The whole end-to-end customer journey/ux/ui is slick, automated and simple. As an added bonus, we do not have the restrictions and headaches of integrating a 3rd party buy now pay later provider, nor have to pay their transaction fees on our sales!
What were your goals for this project?
Given our overall business goal was to take a new business model to market, we sought to appoint a trusted development team who were Shopify experts, were capable of grasping the scope of works and had the experience to be able to deliver the overall development project.
How did you select this vendor?
We scoped various RFQ jobs to break the overall development into key milestone phases.
A small pilot job was issued to 6 providers for the purpose of assessment against key criteria, commercial, tech, track record etc. 6 became 3, became 1 throughout our RFQ process which ran a scoring system through to appointment for the remaining RFQ's. Spur IT was outstanding throughout the process and really did leave the completion behind.
Not only from a technical and know-how standpoint but also through their commercial engagement and can-do attitude, even though at the time they did not have knowledge of the bigger development scope!
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The key requirement was to have a proven track record in developing custom Shopify apps, bringing knowledge of the platform architecture and programming languages, namely Liquid, JavaScript/JSON, Shopify Theme and Schema development.
Also, know-how about integrating custom apps within the Shopify platform and adding virtual machines on AWS where the custom app operates from. Working from detailed RFQs that we produced, Spur IT estimates each of the scopes of work and once instructed, project manage the work and from start to our testing and user acceptance.
What was the team composition?
From the start, commercial engagement is handled by a single point of contact within the Sput IT organisation.
Day-to-day we have an extremely helpful account manager who liaises internally with the dev team to turn around very precise estimations for each of our dev projects with detailed delivery timescales and narrative around possible issues that may need to be considered and/or revised scope if needed.
I'm unsure of the number of dev's involved in our projects. For us, the size of the team doesn't matter. What's important to us is great project management, clear and accurate communication and on-time delivery of each project. Spur IT exile in all these areas.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Spur IT quickly built our confidence in their ability. They demonstrated that our project was as important to them as it was to us. They offered sound advise. Are responsive to our needs.
Took time to understand our business goals and put resources in place that work harmoniously to deliver results, being great development work, and a quick turnaround at super competitive rates. We have now completed a number of projects with Spur IT valued at over $10k+ and look forward to many more.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Unlike some vendors who say "we charge you for the actual project work and then we also charge extra to manage our work", with Spur IT you get project management baked into the project. We take a lot of time to prepare detailed documentation for each of the projects so the scope is very well understood upfront.
Spur IT say this is the number of dev hours required to do what you have specified and this is when we can have it done by. Everything else is the value-added service that we enjoy from them.
They effectively deliver on schedule and on budget every time without additional (and billable) unnecessary project management work that some vendors like to throw into pricing up projects. It's refreshingly simple to do business and manage projects with Spur IT.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
SpurIT impresses us most in their ability to grasp any scope of work we give them, offer sound advise to firm this into an actionable costed timeline agreement and then they simply deliver it. Every time without fail and with fuss.
Anything picked up in our user acceptance testing is dealt with by Spur IT in a super-efficient manner. Over a number of projects have earnt the position in our minds as a trusted adviser for our development road map.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We struggle to find any words to suggest how Spur IT can improve their service. Their practices are above expectations for us as a client of theirs.

We are a startup in the travel industry and we were looking to improve our e-commerce. As a e-commerce manager, I was the communication bridge between our business’ needs and Spur It, the development agency.
For what projects/services did your company hire SpurIT, and what were your goals?
We wanted to make sure to build a scalable website solution for the long run. We are a very innovative business and it was key for us to make sure that we could build a solid platform and offer the best experience possible to our users.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The expertise in Shopify.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Spur It knows Shopify, so they know how to take advantage of the latest features. We had daily communication with them, which helped us to understand if there was any blocker that could compromise the deadline.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager (point of contact for us), a technical project manager, an account manager and the development team. We discussed with the project managers our needs and they translated for the developers so they could make them feasible.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
More scalable structure for the long term - so we could become more independent despite the fact of not having any developer in-house.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had a Slack channel where we discussed daily blockers. We also had weekly calls, for the sprint planning, follow up and to request estimations in terms of time for the fevelopment of new tasks. The status of the tasks was always reported via Trello since it was the tool we were using internally.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Expertise in Shopify which allowed us to become more independent when it comes to development. Mote scalable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It was a little challenging to find the project management structure that worked best for all the involved parts, but once we found it, we could become more agile and improved the partnership.

I'm the owner of a furniture manufacturer. We produce lockers, garden/pet/kid's furniture, and a range of other products.
For what projects/services did your company hire SpurIT, and what were your goals?
We have a store that sells only lockers and wanted to create a separate Shopify store to sell mainly garden products.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The main factor for choosing SpurIT was a recommendation from my business partner. I've reached out to them and we had an intro call. After that they conduced an analysis and provided the proposal and we had another meeting. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I really felt that they have the expertise I need for my business so I decided to work with them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
In the beginning, they chose and approved a template for our future Shopify store. Then they created the layouts. The layouts were purely great so we approved them at once. Then the actual development stage came into play. We had some specific requirements for the shipping and product options for the sake of our business seamless work and they managed to incorporate them successfully. After the development stage, they presented the MVP of the store. We left some feedback on that with slight corrections. They listened to us attentively and managed to implement all the features we were asking for in the final version.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Day-to-day we have an extremely helpful account manager Vlad and salesperson Anastasia in touch. We discussed everything via Whatsapp chat with a few calls via Skype. There were a few developers and marketing specialists we did not communicate directly with.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
SpurIT quickly built our confidence in their ability. Even though the site has just been launched we are sure it will work out quite well, still we don't have enough measurable data to roll out some numbers at the moment. I can say that everything looks great in terms of the look and feel of the store!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Their project management was impressive and effective. Account manager Vlad assigned for the project daily updated us with the relevant information about the project and answered all our questions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have the ability to see one step further in everything connected to e-commerce. This was crucial for me while choosing vendor for our project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am a co-owner of www.YogiSecret.com - a monthly subscription box business. We offer monthly boxes with items that are yoga-inspired but also include products that promote sustainability, support local businesses, and reduce single-use plastic usage in our daily lives.
For what projects/services did your company hire SpurIT, and what were your goals?
We have hired SpurIT to completely redo and rebrand our website. We have added new payment plans, a color scheme and imagery, and drastically improved user-experience.
How did you select SpurIT and what were the deciding factors?
SpurIT was recommended to us by someone who used their services. they were really happy with the way SpurIT helped them with their project and it was an important factor in our decision to go with the company. Additionally, upon our first contact, the communication was friendly, timely, and on point.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Initially we have described the project to one of the onboarding managers, she connected us with the leading developer and we had a kick-off call. After that, a project plan with a timeline was delivered which was very helpful to have. After each item was discussed, the project started. We had weekly communication from the team and, if needed something urgently, the manager was always there to help!
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We communicated only with the onboarding manager and a lead developer but I believe we had more people involved in the project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are still working on some things on our end, but after launching the new site, we see an increase in new leads as well as customers being very happy with the new interface. Additionally, after adding more plans, we see that about 2-3 clients a month choose those over the ones we previously had.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
We communicated mostly via emails and the What's app with occasional calls. Everything was delivered in a timely manner with the exception of minor delays which were communicated to us.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have integrity and provided quality work. The website looks spectacular and we cannot be happier!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were minor bugs after we launched which were fixed within 48 hours.
SpurIT's work has tripled the value and usability of the configuration app. As a result, the test orders have been successful. Moreover, the team has managed everything excellently, communicating quickly and clearly with the client.
