I run a consultancy & coaching practice for business owners & executives.

For what projects/services did your company hire SpreadFunnel?

What I needed when we first started to work together was someone to take care of all the technical aspects ( as I’m not really tech-savvy ) and scale my practice into building an online presence, relying less on word of mouth business.

He created my website, tweaked & edited my videos, built my funnel and we had an amazing time in the process. We’re working on scaling my processes too: we’ve just set up auto-billing for my clients’ installments - making my life easier, not having to chase payments.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for bringing on Roland was to build an online presence, growing beyond word of mouth in reach, without worrying about the technicalities behind the scenes and scaling processes to match the growth.

How did you select SpreadFunnel?

SpreadFunnel prepared a very comprehensive and persuasive plan of action, detailed funnel breakdown and opportunities based on analyses of my business. I felt that the expertise, professionalism & passion during our initial conversations indicated that I was in good hands - and it turns out I was and am.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After an in-depth analysis of my business, competitors and the market & industry, a development and Marketing Plan was developed, detailing all the prerequisites to achieving our goal of growing beyond word of mouth and starting to build an online persona.

The scope included the building of my website, the structure & functionalities of my funnel, meticulous tracking setup for ongoing performance and optimization, copy and creatives (photo & video) as well as the second part of private group building, management & community building, email list management & email marketing, social media marketing including PPC ads but also organic tactics.

What was the team composition?

Roland, formerly a freelancer founded SpreadFunnel Marketing - a budding Digital Marketing Agency to transition and scale beyond the capacity of freelance.

He lead a team of 2 alongside him, two copywriters to efficiently handle the high volume of copy across all channels while keeping in line with his core strategy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I now have a tight-knit, pre-qualified community of almost 500 active members and clients lined up at capacity for my practice with new mentees signing up fairly regularly whenever I some capacity frees up in my schedule.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

On my side it was only myself and Roland handled communication effectively and professionally in my experience. He always explained everything in non-technical terms, was and is easy to get a hold of and made sure deliverables between us moved smoothly with gentle reminders for both sides.

His vocabulary is very specific and conversation always feels goal-oriented in intent and productive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by the versatility and breadth of knowledge & complimentary skillsets utilized all the while the depth of expertise was just as profound - one didn't compromise the other.

I got world-class service within the constraints of the project in how my website was built. My funnel & marketing planned and there was time and space for top-tier photo-video editing every step of the way. Felt like a Swiss army knife for business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Move to North America! We always found an overlap time-zone-wise, but for the times when I felt like I could use some advice or help and Roland was asleep, i felt his absence.

Though as the agency grows this will become even less of a concern - not that it realistically ever was a real issue, but 24/7 of SpreadFunnel services is something I'd sign up for.
