Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the co-founder of a data translation and modernization SaaS platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with Spinta Digital?
We hired Spinta Digital to help us with our digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Spinta Digital spearheads our digital marketing strategy. Their team creates custom video, blog, and other written content to post online using the company and product information we provide. Their team manages our social media accounts on Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram — they post content and respond to direct messages.
Spinta Digital also manages our lead generation campaigns. Using market information, their team targets potential leads to convert. They contact those leads via LinkedIn and usually follow up the first connection with an email. From there, Spinta Digital serves as a liaison between my company and the lead, setting up meetings between our two parties.
What is the team composition?
I work with two teammates from Spinta Digital, including a digital marketing manager and a lead generation campaign manager.
How did you come to work with Spinta Digital?
Another partner we’re working with on global project strategy referred us to Spinta Digital.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with Spinta Digital in April 2021 and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s clear their content appeals to our target audience because marketing is going so well. Our online reach has expanded a lot since starting work with Spinta Digital; we’re getting work requests from South Africa, Europe, and Japan.
The lead generation took about three months to show results, but we have a lot of traction. We’re at the industry average for lead conversion and generation metrics.
How did Spinta Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Spinta Digital has good project management; they deliver within time and budget. Spinta Digital’s team uses Asana for project management, and we use our CRM to follow along with the project results.
I manage some parts of the project more closely than others. For example, we have daily meetings for lead generation campaign management. We then have a weekly meeting to discuss our marketing campaigns and a monthly meeting to summarize all the actions taken during that month.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Spinta Digital is really creative — their marketing strategies are really making a difference for our company. We have a very complicated technology product, and they’re able to present it straightforwardly and creatively to our customers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Initially, we had some issues with our lead generation's ROI, but Spinta Digital refocused their campaign's target audience and it improved. However, I think their audience targeting could use further refinement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If potential customers want to get into digital marketing, I’d recommend Spinta Digital — they are supportive and straightforward. Also, if customers want to work with them on lead generation and management, it’s important to ensure the Spinta Digital team understands the services and products offered so they can run campaigns with a positive ROI.
The client’s online reach has expanded — they now have clients from across the globe because of Spinta Digital’s work. Spinta Digital delivers on time and within budget; they have daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings. The team is creative and presents complex products in an approachable way.
