SparxIT’s communication is very good. We have weekly meetings through Skype and communicate via Slack. Additionally, we manage the project via Bitrix24 and Trello. Throughout the development process, we had regular progress reports, and we always got a positive response from them on our feedback.

SparxIT is very collaborative. From the start, they’ve understood our requirements and delivered accordingly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if SparxIT provided complimentary service packages for mobile applications, for example. Additionally, they could be more flexible on their financial estimations.

When we approached them, we provided them with a basic wireframe that helped them understand our project better. I suggest doing the same, plus having a clear budget in mind.

I’m the president and CEO of Math You Can See, LLC. We create math manipulatives to help students understand various math concepts. We have two children’s books on the market and manufacture flashcards and games.

We needed help developing a math tutoring platform. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

SparxIT is building our math tutoring platform. The app is available on the web, Android, and iOS, allowing tutors to do lessons through laptops, PCs, tablets, or cellphones. 

First, I’ve explained to SparxIT that the app is only for online tutoring, and I’m looking to provide maximum platform options to the tutors. The solution has camera capabilities, allowing the tutor and tutee to see each other. It also has a whiteboard, file sharing, and time scheduling functions. 

Additionally, the app has a discussion forum where users can exchange ideas and meet up. All the payments are handled via the website, and students can pay ahead of time. Tutors create an account to display their expertise, educational background, licenses, and other information, and students can rate the tutor’s profile.

The app hasn’t launched yet, but we’re looking to release it soon. It’s available in English, as I expect most tutees are US-based.

SparxIT has done an excellent job. They’re personable, and I appreciate how they meet with me weekly. That allows me to compare their current progress against their last week’s work. I can see what’s being done with the app in real-time. 

Initially, I’ve been hesitant to work with a company based in India. Nonetheless, they’ve been transparent and helped ease my concern. They email frequently, send messages through Skype, and video meet with me weekly. 

The project has ended up costing more than I expected. Nonetheless, I’ve spent a fraction of what another vendor has quoted me for the project. Overall, I feel that the cost makes sense, considering that engineers aren’t cheap and we’ve been working together for over six months.

SparxIT is very personable — that’s a major feature that I find attractive about their team. They have the technical expertise, but on top of that, Richard has been friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They stay in touch and keep me updated.

I’m a Technical Specialist at Matt’s Flights. Our company offers free and premium subscriptions for hand-picked flight deal notifications on a weekly basis. We provide international and domestic deals that depart from the United States or Canada.

For what projects/services did your company hire SparxIT, and what were your goals?

We hired SparxIT to build and deploy a mobile app to reach a wider client base. We want our users to gain access to exclusive deals on flights originating from the US or Canada without hassles. Once we explained our requirements, we gave them a few references for clarity. They have been working on our project since then, and the progress speaks for itself.

SparxIT has already worked on our website in the past with great results. We got in touch through the same contact as our previous project, who set us up for a meeting the very next day. The project coordinator was familiar with our project and assigned a senior app specialist to the project. James, our Project Manager, went through every detail to ensure we were on the same page: the scope of work, budget, team specifics – everything. The project is underway as I write this, but we’re really happy with the progress they’ve made – we want to target iOS users, so our app is being made on Xcode using Swift.

Our website has been really successful since its launch, receiving a steady flow of sign-ups and premium clients. We have similar expectations with our app since we started this project after a positive response to the website and numerous queries about an app version. The designs we’ve been through are really promising, and the app functionalities (that are completed) are working just the way we want them.

They divided the project into phases and delivered regular reports on the progress, complications, and implementation of actionable feedback. Skype was the primary mode of communication for meetings and calls. They also kept in touch through email.

The highly professional manner in which they have fulfilled all our expectations. We’ve collaborated with other agencies in the past, but none were as prompt in delivery as SparxIT. They have proven their dependability at every stage of the process, from design to technical implementation.

I’m the product manager at a bookstore located in Kolkata.

What challenge were you trying to address with SparxIT?

Our customers were looking for an online medium through which they could order books. We didn’t have an in-house development team, so we sought SparxIT for support.

SparxIT developed a website where our customers could register, order specific books, and then read the digital copies of those books from our online library. We had already established an e-commerce website prior to this engagement, but this new platform was targeted toward our members who wanted to order e-books instead of physical copies. An interactive, user-friendly interface and a fast loading time were also our primary goals for this website, so SparxIT made sure that these were present in the final deliverable. 

Once the website was finished, SparxIT started working on an iOS and Android application. We provided a prototype which they are now in the process of implementing.

Our primary contact is the project manager, and I’ve also interacted with a project coordinator, a UI/UX designer, and two developers.

SparxIT was recommended by one of our friends. We saw that they had experience in creating B2B and B2C websites, and we were able to verify the positive experiences of their past customers, so we decided to engage them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in July 2021, and the website was completed in October 2021. They’ve since started working on the mobile app development project.

SparxIT has delivered according to our expectations. The online library is working properly and has received positive reviews from our customers. We’re still in the testing phase for the mobile app, but so far, the interface is coming together well.

We were expecting the web development to take around three months, but their team completed it in two and a half months. We anticipate that the mobile app will take longer to develop, but that’s only because we’ve decided to add e-commerce functionalities on top of the main online library feature.

Our experience with SparxIT has been so positive. In fact, this is the reason we decided to pursue the development of a mobile app with them. When we asked our partners, we received a positive response on creating a website on Shopify. It has been a long time since we had to call them for any updates on the website.

Most of all, we could manage the website easily in terms of viewing or creating customers’ data. An interactive UI/UX was one of the most commendable parts of the website. We mentioned it specifically in our requirements and they have worked on it as well as possible.

Ever since the deployment, we have seen crucial insights on Google analytics for this website. We are getting good traffic on all of its pages. We are happy with the design and most particularly the customization options.

They used agile methodology to manage our project. We received the project in small chunks of code for dedicated functionalities. We used communications tools like Skype and WhatsApp for regular communication. Meetings would usually be help on Bitrix and Zoom. The project was completed two weeks before the estimated deadline.

A comprehensive understanding of the technology trends, a liberal approach in project management, and analytical discussions were some of the most impressive things we realized while working with them.

We were satisfied with all of their deliverables, but for better associations, we would want them to use platforms like Telegram as well. That would be all.

Only a person fake name called Richard who was Indian with another genuine name was contacting me online. Then a fake named person called Steven. Again this guy was time waster THE BIGGEST BLUFF I have seen.

They advertise in UK and USA, trying to give fake impression they are Western or of similar capabilities. the phone numbers in USA we absolutely fake.

They had zero absolutely no expertise in telemedicine. I told them this and was planned to do an alternative service. Every time he comes with an excuse that the representative had been sick, then takes a few month says i am discussion with my team. 

EVERYTHING is fake his name is a western name but he told me his original name is something different. I have lost huge time on this postponement some after the other which are FAKE, not existing. I have doubts if the reviews from such a company here are genuine. indeed they are not present in UK land and they pretend are a uk .co.uk

services fraudulently were sold to me. They are advertising as be in USA but actually are in India.

Nothing existed for this person only that big mouth BLUFF they stole nearly 500 USD from me and postponed fake promises as “ I was sick” etc for nearly 1 year.

Extremely brave bluff, if you say can send a shuffle digitally for me to the MARS they per my experience will say WE HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DOING THIS IN THE PAST.

On the next day, after reviewing our requirements, we received a quote from their team with a complete process structure and their inputs on the project. We found everything very comprehensive. This is Sandy Gilbert. I am the Business Head at Ezi Ride. I have been among the earliest members of the team who started working on this project. We would see all client-side and third-party interactions. I along with our CTO finalized Sparx IT Solutions for handling this project and converting our plans and ideas into a real taxi booking app.

Though we have hired them a couple of times for different tasks and projects related to this product, the primary project was developing a taxi booking app for us. We would have our list of features and requirements. The Android app has been developed using Java whereas the iOS app has been developed using Swift 3.0. Material design was utilized for creating the front-end. MySQL was included as a database. From product design, development to logo design, everything they worked on, was seeming quite satisfactory to us. Since this product was to be used by anyone who wants to take a ride and drivers, we wanted the product to feature elements being a navigator for them. The deliverables matched all of our requirements.

To discuss the fundamentals of the project, a group call was arranged with the project manager. After the project was onboarded, we had a conversation with their tech lead and project manager. A team of six mobile app developers including their Team Lead was deployed on our project. They have been supportive when it comes to maintenance and upgrading the application.

Their project management style is impressive. They take every single project seriously and make sure that it does affect their sustainable identity. Whenever we got the chance to interact with their leadership, it seemed that they always wanted to ensure maximum satisfaction of their clients which is, of course, a good thing. They followed an agile approach for building our product and kept us updated timely. Though they were available on many platforms i.e. Slack, Skype, WhatsApp, Gmail, etc., we preferred Slack for any communication. We also had Skype groups for basic queries or discussions but primarily it was Slack. There were dedicated timelines for each segment for developing the project which were fulfilled every time. Perhaps, this is the reason the project was delivered before our estimated timeline.

Though we had a good experience working with them, I can point out a few things that seemed most impressive to me. First of all, they were available every time we asked them. They kept their approach for communication very professional yet simplistic where we got answers to any queries. They always did unprecedented things that boosted our productivity. I would like to give them a special compliment for their logo which we adopted as an official hallmark of the product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not only our mobile application but also our website has been developed by them. So, we surely expected them to be more kind before finalizing the costs for future projects. They did provide us complimentary services options, but it could be more than that I guess.
