Florentyna is a leading trading company on the Polish market of household appliances. For 30 years of our existence we have gained the position of a reliable partner in business. My position at the company is International E-commerce Manager.

First, we went through the basics, which were the configuration of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and re-marketing tags and pixels. The same goes with Facebook Ads. SPACE ADS handled everything flawlessly. They have very good knowledge about the technical aspects of the configurations with Google Tools. Later on, they started to set advertising account (google ads & facebook ads) according to their point of view, optimizing ongoing campaigns, etc., and consult with is in general.

I worked with Rafał, Monika, Konrad, Paulina and Justyna. Each of them had needed skill set for the task. Overall, a great team.

The PPC campaigns were generating satisfying returns. SEO has increased our web visibility significantly. All of that was seen in the increase in revenue and conversion rate.

The communication between both teams was phenomenal. Wouldn't change a thing there.

The care and attitude they had toward the client. They really cared about the success of our business, and they were super professional.

Increase the returns even higher, if possible.

I’m the eCommerce and Logistics Director at BIG STAR, a luxury Polish brand that provides denim and non-denim apparel to over 200 stores across Europe with e-store bigstar.pl

As far as paid traffic, we wanted a multi-angle campaign that used Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) as well as advertisements on Facebook Ads with Instagram for which we needed ongoing CRO. For organic traffic, we hired SPACE ADS for newsletters, SEO, automated push notifications, and content marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

One thing: business growth. We have a strong in-store presence, but to scale up we wanted to capture online traffic at a great ROAS.

How did you select Space Ads?

SPACE ADS seemed flexible and really listened to me when I first started talking to them. I knew right away that they weren’t like previous agencies I had worked with. I felt like the process was about me and MY needs, not just trying to sell me a package.

There were 2 main parts to this. First, I needed the tech stuff handled like installing and configuring Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and remarketing tags and pixels. SPACE ADS handled that flawlessly. They have a great handle of technology and can explain things in very understandable terms.

Beyond that, there was the general consulting. I felt like they really had my best interest in heart and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. In fact, with their strategies and advice I actually avoided paying much more than I would have!

What was the team composition?

From SPACE ADS I mainly worked with Rafał, Monika, Konrad, Paulina and Justyna. I noticed they had great teamwork and their skillsets really meshed well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our return on ad-spent was phenomenal. In the end, this was the only metric that mattered to me. And the results were there! Would definitely do it all over again.

Fantastic. They were very responsive and we mainly used email, but sometimes kept up-to-date via slack or phone calls as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are really partnership-oriented. I feel like they are the marketing department of my business. They were on-time, friendly, open to advice, and most importantly, they were absolutely key in bringing me sales, customers and results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Only one very minor one: Slow down with the new ideas! I suppose that’s a good problem to have though. Too much good stuff too fast.

I'm the owner/director of a UK based supplement company shipping globally.

PPC on supplements is extremely challenging. You've got the normal problems you face with PPC, but those are compounded by the myriad rules on both the adverts and landing pages for health related products. We don't have a huge in-house staff so we needed specialists to help with this.

How did you select SPACE ADS and what were the deciding factors?

I follow various closed Facebook groups on SEO and Rafał got recommended in a thread there by a guy who himself had a good rep. I got in touch with him, the thing that really stood out was the interest he showed in us, the questions he asked.

He really understood what we were about before even suggesting a plan. There's no comparison between that and the boilerplate 'Powerpoint with the name at the top tweaked' style pitches you get from other agencies.

Space set up on-going Facebook and Google ad campaigns for multiple landing pages and target audiences in different geographies. Built-up data on what was working and what wasn't, dropped what wasn't, and developed positive ROI before ramping up.

We have worked with three of the team, they have all been excellent. Rafał himself, Aleksandra who has produced a lot of quality creative and specializes in Facebook, and Aleksander who works in Google PPC.

We are making real progress. We are honing down into the working campaigns, I've personally learned a lot about this process from the Space team.

We use a Slack channel for comms, and inevitably email too. Project management is professional and organised but yet informal enough so you get to know the personalities involved. I really enjoy working with Space.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are not a massive account, and we are definitely not the easiest. Yet I still feel valued by the Space team. What makes Space Ads different is that they still give a fantastic level of service to their smaller clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's always easy in retrospect, and supplements is extremely tough due to the additional rules involved. Looking back at the original Facebook campaign, we should have spent more time deliberating and tweaking everything before we even loaded it into Facebook's Business Manager.

The owner of the agency made a factual analysis of my store and then presented in a convincing way what can be done to improve the results he didn't promise unrealistic results, he honestly talked about all the difficulties. He presented step by step how he would implement the strategy and what results in it should bring. In hindsight, I can admit that all the declarations came true.

Space Ads agency comprehensively handled my Facebook marketing campaign. They integrated my online store "Chlup.pl" with my social media profile, created a products catalog, advert templates, and chose the right target group. Space Ads monitored the effects of the implemented campaign on an ongoing basis, making appropriate adjustments.

I've worked with two persons (project managers) and CEO Space Ads.

During the cooperation, I realistically experienced even several times increase of sales in my online store "Chlup.pl". As a result, I can afford to expand my business. The ads attracted regular customers and positively influenced the expansion of the base of people watching my social media profiles.

As part of the cooperation, we kept in touch via email and phone to discuss strategy and results. In addition, every week I received a report that included the most important data on the engagement of potential consumers on my Facebook profile.
