I’m the co-founder of Dukanji AB, a B2C Swedish marketplace.
What challenge were you trying to address with Source A Network AB?
We needed their team's development expertise.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our MVP is a custom e-commerce platform that enables vendors to sell their products online. Source A Network AB has built this from the ground up based on our design and functionality requirements, which we've relayed to their team's UX designer during the discovery phase.
Source A Network AB has developed the platform within two months and presented it for our team's approval. We've also worked with their team in identifying efficient marketing solutions to get the word out about our MVP. Upon finalizing those strategies, they've helped us with digital marketing and social media management.
We've already launched the MVP's first version to gauge its public demand and efficacy. Source A Network AB currently supports us by integrating site upgrades and conducting site maintenance when necessary. Additionally, their development efforts for our iOS- and Android-friendly mobile app are underway.

I'm the CEO of this online education platform. Our platform allow Instructors to create and publish their courses through our platform. It also allows them to provide private lessons directly with students.
For what projects/services did your company hire Source A Network AB, and what were your goals?
Since the start of the Corona pandemic, there has been a great need for distance education, and from here the idea came to us to create an e-learning platform, and provide it with the necessary educational materials and features. therefore we hired Source A Network AB to build the platform and help us achieve our vision since they have the experience which we are looking for.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
A friend recommended them to us. Then we had a meeting where we discussed the requirements, the vision, and whether they could turn these ideas into a web application. and based on their portfolio, past projects and good reputation we decided to processed with them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We explained our idea and what we want, we had two meetings to set goals. They analyzed the users' journey. Accordingly, they developed a work plan and divided the project into several phases. Their advisors also helped us improve the business plan and business model. After analyzing the data, they create a user experience and then turn it into an easy-to-use and elegant user interface.
Then the project was built using the PHP using Laravel framework together with JavaScript and front-end using HTML and CSS. meanwhile their mobile development team was working on our mobile application for both Android and iPhone. A very smart payment solution was implemented. During the programming process, many updates were made, which they gladly responded quickly to make the new updates.
Upon completion, we were given a month to fully experience the features and to test the project. They also helped us with digital and social media marketing.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Throughout the project, six individuals contributed to the effort. We had a full complement of resources applied to the team. This included a program manager, designer, front end developers, back-end developers, Quality Assurance.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After running the platform, everyone liked the work done, we got what we asked for and they literally turned our idea into reality and they improved it too. Fantastic result!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Project management is excellent. It’s the first time I’ve seen a software development company meet a deadline. I’m very impressed. They’ve stuck to the plan and are doing everything on schedule and even a little bit ahead. We have weekly meetings which include everyone on their end as well as the key people from my end.
We get together for 30–60 minutes for a status update. They’ll give us a presentation on where they’re at. Our team lets them know any changes that need to be made. It works well. We have extra meetings that might take several hours as needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Source A goes above and beyond their technical expertise to deliver what we need. They're a team of positive, hard-working people. The scalability of their processes impressed us. We could throw them 1k worth of work or 1M and they'd be able to tackle it. No job too large or small.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I don’t have any areas for improvement based on my knowledge and experience with them. The project was successful.

Stöd.me is a crowdfunding platform to support local NGOs, initiative, entrepreneurs, inventors and creative people in Sweden. The Project financed by EU Local development funds. and I was the CoFounder of this project.
For what projects/services did your company hire Source A Network AB, and what were your goals?
We had the idea to create a crowdfunding platform in Sweden to support local initiatives, projects and organizations. This project required a professional team with sufficient experience and ability to implement the required ideas with secure and scalable technology.
We had previously worked with this company on a previous project, they have the required experience and competence. In addition to their affordable services. So we wanted to develop this project with the support of their team.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have hired them before for a previous project and they were great! they have the experience required, their team is professional and their services cost is reasonable.

We had kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objective. from their their UX team start to analyses the user journey to create an easy to use and great user experience. then from there they made the mock-ups and the wireframes for the project. When the everything seemed clear and the user journey was good and easy, a team of their designers designed the user interfaces and then developed the platform based on pure PHP using Yii freamwork 2 with JavaScript.
Then they have implemented all the Swedish payment getaways including a very sophisticated payment mechanism that freezes and hold donors' funds and keeps them in their bank accounts until the project reaches the required target of funds. And then their software automatically collects the money or returns it without losing any commission in the event that the project financing fails.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A Project manager was our main contact through out the process. there were also a business developer, UX/UI designer and 2 full stack developers and A/B tester. we had regular meetings once every week to discuss the process and share our thoughts and ideas.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
When the development finished. we have run a test period of the project and everything was good and people loved the idea, the platform and its design and the ease of use. and now we are expanding the platform to make it available and public to everyone in Sweden.

Initially, we held a number of meetings to fully understand the project, its needs and requirements. And then they drew a complete plan for the project, including the users' journey. They divided the project into a number of stages. When they started working, we followed up with them once every week and sometimes when needed we had extra meetings to discuss an features or an task. We were mainly following up with them through Jira and Slack.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I would say that the personality of their company was what sets them apart from other agencies the most. They were clearly down-to-earth and professional people with great care about what they do and how they were doing it. They are interested in solving challenges and are really good at following through on that, which has only reinforced our decision to work with them in the first place.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, they did exactly what they set out to do.

I’m the CEO of an ISP in Sweden.
What challenge were you trying to address with Source A Network AB?
We hired them to develop our management system.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, Source A Network AB developed a web-based management system that allows us to manage orders, provide customer support, send notifications to clients, and process invoices. Now, they’re building a native mobile application for Android that customers can use to see their invoices and pay them. Additionally, Source A Network AB has also provided digital marketing services, including SEO.
At the start of the project, they sent us files for the functional requirements, and we filled them out with all the details about the system we wanted to create. Then, they sent us back the details on the cost so we’d approve it. Once we had a deal, we began our work together. First, they worked closely with our technical department for about two months to better understand our needs. After this, they worked on a prototype for another two months.
Thanks to their excellent delivery and process on the management system, we later tasked them with handling all the programming matters on behalf of our company.
What is the team composition?
I’m in contact with their manager, CTO, and another person. They have a team that conducts our technical department, but I follow up just with them. Overall, I think there are around five people assigned to our project.
How did you come to work with Source A Network AB?
I knew them personally, so I knew they were a good company. We liked all their projects, so we hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
The first project cost us around $12,000, and the update for it was about $6,000. In total, we’ve spent nearly $18,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership began in June 2018, and the original system took about six months to complete. After that, we’ve had several small tasks for them. We didn’t have much work for them in 2019–2020, but we’ve decided to continue our development work with Source A Network AB this year. They handle all our technical aspects.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In our first project, their team worked very quickly and developed something really nice for us. We had a system in place before, but it wasn’t very professional. On the other hand, Source A Network AB’s work felt complete. They considered the entire project from a design and architectural standpoint and cared greatly about UX design and code quality.
Moreover, we’ve been very satisfied with their system. They even built it in a way for us to add what we want without having to go back and ask them for edits. The end product is very functional, responsive, and dynamic, but we can also count on them for technical support throughout the year.
On one occasion, we made an update on our servers and our technical department didn’t inform Source A Network AB, so we had a minor issue there. However, they fixed it very quickly.
How did Source A Network AB perform from a project management standpoint?
They were helpful and very accurate with timelines during development. We had some delays, but they were because we would ask for changes or updates during our discussions, so it would understandably take extra time. Overall, they delivered as promised and were very open and helpful with our updates.
For project management, they have their own system that we can log into. We communicate either by phone, email, or through their system. We also have weekly update meetings, where we have interesting discussions regarding how to make our service more efficient for our and our customers’ needs.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They describe themselves as premium technical service providers, and they literally provide premium services. In terms of delivery, working with them has been quite different from several companies we’ve worked with. Source A Network AB not only delivers an application but rather a fully completed project that takes design and functionality into consideration. You’re getting what you pay for, maybe even cheaper than their competitors.
Are there any areas they could improve?
II haven’t had any issues with them, so nothing comes to mind. Source A Network AB follows up and does their best all the time. In general terms, they’re perfect.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Source A Network AB is one of the best. Working with them is easy, and I totally recommend them to anyone. They have a consultation team that really understands your needs, vision, and what you want from the application; they handle the rest. Also, they have a creative team that inspires you with their ideas and tools. Just from the free consultation stage, you get great advice from them.
Additionally, they also find ways to provide added value with suggestions that can improve your product. They’re experts, and they definitely know what they’re doing. Their team will easily understand your job and give you advice, even on marketing and branding. Overall, we’re very happy with them.
