I’m a software development manager at ResourceCo Materials Solutions. We work with different institutions to re-manufacture primary resources from construction materials.

We’ve outsourced Sosene Software to help our in-house team improve our platform using an Angular framework and a MySQL database. They develop solutions that allow us to categorize the different points within our system through different reports, which help us understand our clients’ needs. 

Sosene Software’s team also works on the front- and backend of our system to apply necessary screen modifications and integrate new functionalities that help streamline our internal processes. They’ve also built our system to be multi-channel, in that our financial and operational reports are forwarded to our CEO, CFO, and sales managers.

We communicate via Jira and rely on Jira for project management. Sosene Software is keen on delivering transparent progress reports, and they make it a point to discuss any issues or roadblocks with our team to avoid timeline constraints.

I don’t think there’s anything that needs improvement at this point — they’re an adaptable and innovative team that strives to meet our deadlines despite any challenges.

we started with making specific requirements and then Sosene very quickly gave us a development path with design on UI/UX, after a while of fixing bugs, we made it go live with excellent results.

I'm a founder of Little Angel Garden and Little Angel Foreign Language Company Limited. Little Angel Garden supply rare plants in the market such as Haworthia, Lithops, etc. We turn products into works of art with all our passion and enthusiasm… to meet all the needs of our customers.

Before using Sosene's website development service. My shop only has sold the products on e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada, and Fanpage, etc. For approaching many customer, I have hired Sosene to develop an e-commerce website and CMS for my shop.

Project manager organized a kick-off meeting for my project in order to introduce members to my project team. We determined milestone to release the product properly together. This product has been developed by technologic stack such as woocommerce, wordpress, PHP. And CMS system has developed by NodeJS, PostpreSQL, etc. Additionally, Sosene integrated third-parties into the system.

It helps me improve my e-commerce strategy in way of approaching customer. They delivered the project on time with quality of work as my wish.

The PM arranged a weekly meeting on Monday morning. I'm really impressed by it. It's professional management. We often post any massages related to issues and request onto Slack and Jira smoothly. They help us manage tasks easily, communication is very very clear.

I was very impressed with their team's professionalism, assistance, and quality of work from PM to developers.

No! I think they should maintain a small team with high-quality. I think so.

I'm a founder at Dong Duong Investment Company Limited. We deal in computer accessories and equipment products.

We need to develop an e-commerce web application so that our customers can make purchases on it. The website is required to integrate with e-commerce platforms (eg: Tiki, Shopee, etc.), shipping applications (eg: GHN, Grab, Best Express, etc.), and payment gateway (Zalo, Momo, etc.).

After the project has completed the first phase as committed, the number of customers making a purchase on our website is increasing.

To facilitate the exchange of information between the two parties, Sosene has provided tools to us for managing project such as Slack, Jira, and Teams. This has enabled us to keep track of project progress and avoids time-consuming back and forth communication. We love using Jira for their project management.

I must claim they are an expert in eCommerce website application development. They have a lot of development experience before that. They have guided and helped our IT team a lot with new technologies.

We were fully satisfied with the kind of quality delivery from SOSENE SOFTWARE that has made us market leaders in some of the area and keeps the position that suits us.

Their team leaders had the capability of even facing the end customer confidently to explain the delivery, and push back on unreasonable demands made by the end customer with communication apps such as email, slack, jira, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am extremely happy to describe the proactiveness of the team to keep all the business-critical applications up and running with minimal downtime. It's based on the experience with the outsourcing developed solution. They lined up our Administration Team who were having quite some quick Applications requirement development with external integration devices/tools.

They are flexible with the delivery options and are okay to adapt to scope changes within reasonable limits, as long as the end customer was the one insisting on them. And they had a set of technical offerings which were unique, and thus very useful.

They should improve on delivery timelines a little bit - sometimes the deadlines would extend.

I'm a founder of Sen Beauty Shop. My shop is providing the imported cosmetic products in Vietnam. We have expanded our scale by distributing many retail channels and cosmetics chains nationwide.

After releasing our website, we had many orders from web up to 60%. Very good for us.

We would recommend Sosene to improve sometimes the communication skills of the developers. Some of them struggle to provide information to advance in the planning of our project.
