I'm the founder and CEO of a public proxy provider, we also provide datacenter proxies to our users.
For what projects/services did your company hire SonicFast?
I hired Sonicfast for the hosting and DDoS protection of my website.
What were your goals for this project?
Having less downtime because of cyberattacks.
How did you select this vendor?
It was recommended to me by another customer.

Once we selected SonicFast it was a fairly easy move to them, a lot of support is provided to us when needed.
What was the team composition?
As far as I am aware when we started working with Sonicfast there were 2 people actively involved. I am not sure how many are now working at SonicFast, I am still talking to the same people.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In the year I have been working with SonicFast I saw a lot of improvement, like before the support is still amazing and we have a lot less downtime related toDDoS attacks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?
The support.
Are there any areas for improvement?
While I do not use them a lot for web-development I did hire them once for it and the quality could have been a little better, not everything was made responsive properly.
In the year since Sonicfast joined the team, the company has seen fewer DDoS attacks. The company appreciates the support that the team provides. However, regarding its web development, the website could have been made more responsive.
