I work at a litigation firm of 10 attorneys and staff. I am one of the attorneys at the firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire Solzorro?

We hired Solzorro to rebuild our network and domain from the ground up. At the time we needed major upgrades to our server, domain, and ongoing IT support. Solzorro set up our domain, updated, our servers and overhauled our entire system and made it so much more reliable, secure, and accessible.

What were your goals for this project?

Security, reliability, and accessibility were our goals.

How did you select Solzorro?

I was familiar with Mr. Dan, the Senior Engineer at Solzorro and asked him to take a look at our then existing system to give us a recommendation. He reviewed our then existing network and gave us various levels of recommendations and his estimates of costs and time when the services could be completed.

He established our domain, reworked our network, replaced our server and updated all of our workstations (about 20). He set up back-ups and redundancy back-up.

He set up our UPS and made us much more able to deal with any internet outages or system problems. He assisted in securing our email server and providing programs to make our email more secure. He supports our office IT on a ongoing basis doing everything from simple printer driver set ups to migrating our email providers and updating security and other software networkwide from workstation to servers.

What was the team composition?

At the time his team consisted of himself and several part-time employees. He has provided ongoing IT support for our growing firm and he now has himself along with 3 full time employees and several specialists that he calls in when needed to complete special projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Dan is great about communicating any changes and anticipating timelines and any problems that could result from changes and updates to the the network. When there are planned changes to workstations Dan shows up with his people early ready to address any incidents that arise.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and Solzorro's team was perfect. Each of Solzorro's employees is personable and knowledgeable.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about Solzorro's team is their responsiveness and thoroughness. They respond quickly and we have not had an IT issue yet that they cannot solve.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing I would change about Solzorro, so long as they continue to provide the same level of service at the same speed and with the personable employees, then I wouldn't change a thing.

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a podiatry practice with seven different locations. We have a lot of people and physicians that travel from office to office with lots of desktops and laptops. I am a Project Manager for the practice and work very closely with the IT company.

We needed a company that could help manage the overall security of our company. We needed a company that was trustworthy and reliable for all network devices, server set ups, and due today needs.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to have all of our offices interconnected and to meet and exceed HIPAA security requirements.

How did you select Solzorro?

After looking at many companies throughout the valley, we selected Solzorro because we felt they were the most trustworthy and fair option. Dan and Austin were exceptionally helpful throughout the process with answering questions and being able to talk openly about our needs.

We used a previous IT company that helped us get most of our offices up and running and were with them for quite some time. We began to feel that the way that company operated was unethical and was just there to get a company from point A to B. Solzorro, once they stepped in, began the process of going through our entire network and found many instances where we could improve. They have been able to increase our security and provide options that have helped us move forward without question.

What was the team composition?

Hi, as the project manager, help with the day-to-day questions that staff have in regards to computer issues. Solzorro handles everything from there upwards. If I have questions that I cannot answer or help with, I am able to either email or call Solzorro and they are able to help almost immediately.They have been the best IT team that I have personally worked with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the Project Manager, I am pretty text savvy. Solzorro has given me the ability to remote into my clinics to be able to help when needed. This saves me time beyond belief, it also saves them additional work. The day today uses of our system have become easier and more trustworthy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is very easy.The easy communication between Solzorro and the company has made working with them incredibly easy. They are very personable which helps a lot.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

One of the drawing factors to this company was how ethical they are. They are not in it just for the money, but are in it to truly help their clients. You are able to see this within minutes of working with them. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you receive the help that you need and deserve.

We are a general contractor in the construction industry servicing all of Utah. My position is sr. commercial estimator and Project Manager. I deal with various software programs and server needs.

Solzorro provides and services our tech needs. They provided and installed our local server and connected all our PC's to function flawlessly. They also help some of our less tech-savvy employees with software, email, and password problems. They go the extra mile to help each person link their mobile devices to the software an email we use.

Getting our technology to work seamlessly will save time and cost on our day to day processes.

We have tried several other tech service companies. We chose Solzorro because of their professionalism, prompt service, and personal touch.

Usually, our needs are met with one of their people. During the major install, they had three guys working at a time

All our project needs have been their highest priority. we have never had to call and ask when they would be back to finish.

If our workflow needed to be interrupted they worked with us to minimize the impact.

The most impressive thing about this company was their prompt service and personal touch to our needs.

I have not noticed any areas for improvement. Solzorro has solved every problem we have given them.

We have sensitive information that requires high security. They built our system to maintain this security yet allow staff to complete work efficiently both on and off-site.

Solzorro was referred to us and after completing initial requests with speed and integrity, we entered into a contract

The projects they do for us are constant and varied. They maintain our servers and help with software implementation. They set up new workstations and ensure high levels of security

All their technicians are competent and super helpful

Many times they work through the weekend just to make sure we are ready to go again on Monday.
