Using a sprint-based model, bvblogic consistently develops new administrative features to expand a platform’s functionality. The close collaboration includes consistent feedback for improvement.
Surpassing expectations, bvblogic facilitated a seamless workflow and collaboration replete with excellent communication and feedback. The team produced much better deliverables than past vendors had created. Their high caliber deliverables are currently available on the market.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CTO of a data analytics platform for companies who sell their products through Amazon. We are based in Seattle and have two full-time employees.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
We're a startup, and our biggest problem is developing lots of software and quickly pushing new features through. We reached out to bvblogic to help us accelerate our development pipeline and accomplish all our pending work items as soon as possible.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
bvblogic has tackled many administrative features for us, along with backend and frontend development. Most of their tasks are in the service of our platform. They've worked very closely both with myself and our team using a sprint-based model. We continuously give them new functionalities to develop. Each one takes a few weeks to complete. During development, we provide consistent feedback on their work.
What is the team composition?
We typically interface with both a project manager and a developer, which has proved very useful.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
I met one of their business development managers at an event in Seattle. I had a pressing need for a development team. Our first phone call went well, and we built a strong working relationship before even signing a contract. They provided high-quality code samples. Reading reviews on their Clutch profile made me feel confident about working together. They're an offshore company, I hadn't heard of them before, and they didn't come through a recommendation. They overcame all those hurdles to earn my trust.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent in the $20,000 range.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working together since May 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We've shipped many deliverables bvblogic created to production. These products are currently live on the market. That's an important metric for us. We've worked with teams who never produced work we could actually launch. bvblogic's work has been high enough quality for us to proudly ship to our customers. They’re easy to set up and integrate, and we're happy about the results.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
Overall, they've been great communicators. We've worked together quite well. We set up daily calls that range from quick check-ins to lengthy discussions. We've been able to communicate back and forth effectively. I can send them any work item request I need, and they'll provide feedback to improve it. We've quickly resolved any miscommunications or misunderstandings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our collaboration was even better than I expected. bvblogic is a talented development partner. They’re pleasant to work with and offer excellent value. I especially appreciated their willingness to take our feedback. Overall communication has been seamless.

bvblogic built and tested a food ordering app, developing versions for both iOS and Android devices using React Native. They integrated payment options and a donations counter.
The app’s functionality is outstanding, allowing it to gain substantial downloads on both platforms. bvblogic excels at managing expectations and overcoming obstacles. Despite a language gap, their expertise makes them a preferred vendor for digital solutions.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work as a project manager for multiple companies. My role is to connect a client with a subcontractor to accomplish what they need.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
One of my clients was looking for a reliable contractor to implement their idea and create an app that works. The app would allow students to buy cheaper leftover foods from restaurants. The goal was to push the first version of the app before the new educational year started in September 2017.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The customer provided us with mock-ups of the app, and we passed them on to bvblogic. These contained the visual representation of the app’s UI, which helped us create all the user stories and use cases in Jira. It is a location-based service application that shows the restaurants that are the closest to the user. They can also search based on favorites and preferences.
We selected React Native because the technology allows a mobile application to be developed using just one developer for both iOS and Android. bvblogic had a high-level React Native developer who integrated a lot of third-party services, including connections to all the restaurants and different payment options.
They have overcome several challenges in building the app. First, even though we used React Native, it was still difficult to make the UI look the same for both iOS and Android. Second, we sometimes had issues integrating location-based services. Our customers were manually creating restaurants on the backend, which we would then attach to the server and display to users. Sometimes, if our customer didn’t create the entry correctly, the application would not load the correct information. Also, for each meal purchased on the app, a certain amount is donated to charity. A counter displays individual donations, but it was failing at some point. Fortunately, the bvblogic team fixed it quickly.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with a developer and a QA engineer.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
We were referred to them. They provided clear and detailed estimations of the project before they began; contractors rarely do this.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent $10,000–$50,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them on this project in June 2017, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
bvblogic has met my customer’s expectations for delivery and functionality. They implemented all the features and functions correctly, so the app doesn’t freeze or slow down. My client launched the app last fall. It is now gaining market traction, with a lot of downloads from both the App Store and Play Store. So far, we have not received any user complaints.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
They never go over their estimates, which is extraordinary. They break down tasks well, allowing us to receive the product within the set timeline. They are always on time for scheduled meetings, and they are always available for urgent matters.
Communication has been great. While they use technical language, they make every effort to explain it to me in a way that I will understand, which I really appreciate. If I understand it, then I can explain it to my customer.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed with their communication, timeliness, clear estimates, and delivery within budget. I absolutely love working with them. Their products always work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their knowledge of the English language, which would let them speak directly to the customers and explain technical details when needed. Currently, I write it all down and then translate it for my customer. Given that it isn’t an obstacle—they do their job according to expectations—I can live with it. They’ve never failed me.

bvblogic is a long-standing partner for anything development related. They assign different resources as needed, mainly helping ramp up the speed of delivery, and also assist with coming up with new products.
Their responsiveness, commitment to continuous improvement, and affordable prices are highlights of their work. bvblogic is also more than willing to assist with research for startup ideas, taking the initiative to provide quotations on vague concept projects. This kind of involvement is irreplaceable.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of IT Project Northern Europe. We help startups with product and software development, as well as some business development.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
I needed a development partner that was dedicated to the success of my clients’ products as well as the startups that I’m part of.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve been a partner company for a long time. They help me whenever I need to increase the development speed on some projects, and also assist with creating products. We’ve formed a tight partnership, as it’s hard to find product teams that can really deliver.
They have a skilled team, which allows their account managers to pick who’s best suited according to the expertise we require. We’ve mostly used Python, Node.js, and database specialists, and frontend development in different technologies.
The latest project was a four-part undertaking for creating mobile applications, involving server work and frontend development.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with the team they assign per project, which bvblogic micromanages.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
Years ago, they weren’t actively approaching companies, but one of their managers at the time was a friend of mine. I was curious about their work and liked their approach, so I gave them a small trial project. It went well and we’ve continued working together since.
How much have you invested with them?
I spend over $10,000 on them per month. The project for the mobile apps cost a little more than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2014 and the collaboration is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of the projects they’ve been recently working on was challenging because it was an unknown field. It wasn’t just coding; there was a lot of investigation and deeper engineering required. They had to plan a technical solution that included mathematics, cryptocurrencies, and more. Since nobody knew anything about it other than an idea and a vision for the MVP, they did a quick investigation of it for me.
Additionally, they always ask their clients to provide in-depth input for improving their business processes. They listen attentively and adjust accordingly. For example, the document flow and the progress checking routines have improved year by year.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very flexible and willing to provide estimates for startup projects where nothing is clear and it seems almost impossible to give an estimate. Their input and participation in the ideation process allow them to do this.
They’re quite responsive. I can call in the middle of the night with a server crash and our team lead will get to work. They also answer within 10–15 minutes on Slack, using the dedicated channel they have for me. Their communication is a plus.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are product oriented and flexible with customer requirements.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Quite often, it takes some time to get new resources. Naturally, hiring talented people is a long process, so this isn’t a complaint. I just wish they could grow faster.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’m bringing new customers to them quite often. They do well.

bvblogic completes backend development and API integration for a range of internal projects and client services.
Several projects succeeded because of bvblogic's ability to mobilize large, specialized teams on a short deadline. The agency's extensive industry knowledge and broad technical capability have made them a trusted, reliable partner.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a technology company that works on innovation projects. We offer frontend and backend solutions, including custom platforms to integrate user analytics and behavioral tracking.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
We have relationships with a few providers that lend us external resources from time to time. We needed a technology provider for a project.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They mainly provided backend development for multiple projects, including both our own internal projects and services we provide to our clients. They also performed the API integrations. It was a very successful project.
Their team has strong in-depth specializations in different technologies. For the backend, technologists require independent engineering work with different frameworks.
What is the team composition?
We work with around 50-100 people.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
We found them on Upwork.
How much have you invested with them?
Between $10,000-$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2014, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They have provided us with specific resources on very short notice. It would be very hard for us to cover that internally or go into the market and hire someone. We’ve been working with them more than any other provider, which says something about quality of their services. They’re very helpful, and we’d love to continue working with them.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
Overall, they’re good, and they are definitely improving. Right now, we’re very happy with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their deep understanding of technology and the breadth of their team’s skillset are excellent.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their project management and administration of paperwork and requests.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear and straightforward with requirements and timelines. Provide all the necessary information. At the beginning, clear communication is important.

bvblogic built and continues to update a financial portal that consolidates Excel-based data, thus giving users options for displaying and comparing datasets and exporting them in various formats.
The tool improves internal analyses and reporting, decreases data-processing time, and simplifies administration processes in general. bvblogic managed the project well despite some hiccups driven by miscommunication.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of digital for a business and finance consulting agency. We provide consulting services for financial institutions with our main focus being former USSR countries, but we’re expanding to the Middle East, northern Africa, and Saharan Africa. We issue small and medium-sized loans to entrepreneurs and businesses.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
Our internal IT and design team is small, so when several projects arose that differed from past projects, we decided to outsource most of that work. The most important of these projects was a financial portal.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had large spreadsheets for each region in which we operated and we wanted one profile to consolidate this data and make it more easily accessible. After bvblogic compared the data, systems, frames, etc., they created the platform. The final product is a profile that consolidates the data and gives options for displaying the data and exporting it in different formats. The first version is complete, but we’re still making improvements. If things continue to go well, we won’t need to take on this project internally. Ideally, we’d like to make the platform accessible to our clients and add value for our clients by giving them a chance to be part of the project.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
I found them on Upwork. We looked at their freelancer profile. I contacted one specific developer from bvblogic. They weren’t advertised as a company; we found this out later on, but it didn’t make any difference. The main distinguishing factor was cost, but I liked their past work and their reviews and comments were good.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2016 and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, the tool is used mainly for internal purposes—specifically by our auditors in analyzing trends and performing due diligence. This helps us to create more robust reports and save time on data processing. Plus, it provides better transparency about what we are doing. We have gone from using Excel sheets to having a tool for a due diligence process.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
Overall, the interaction on this complex project has been smooth and the project has been managed well on their end.
On my end, I prioritize tasks using a shared Excel tracking sheet. After we discuss a task via Skype and I get a time estimate back from them, I check with my management about proceeding. Once I give bvblogic the go-ahead, they give me a set end date, new functions appear on a demo server, and they eventually roll the finalized upgrade out to the live server.
We needed a collaborative initiative to build something user-friendly, clear, and easy. There was a lot of interaction in giving bvblogic the right requirements. One big value for me is the communication was straight to the point; that made the relationship stronger.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were a few delays—due, in large part, to small English misunderstandings or items I didn’t explain fully. However, for a small project, they were nearly perfect.

bvblogic is helping a startup build a CORE API for the MVP version of their currencies exchange platform. They help chose tech stacks, advise on systems design, and assist with information architecture.
Although the platform is still in its MVP stage, it has received positive feedback from clients and investors. The bvblogic team integrates seamlessly with the in-house staff, provides solid advice, and adapts to new requirements. Flexible and reliable, they work extra hours to deliver results.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
We are building a financial technology startup called 24exchange v2.0. The goal is to build an easy, fast, safe way to exchange money online. Our first experiment with fiat and digital currency exchange, which launched in 2014, was a very popular platform for purchasing and selling Bitcoin.
What is your position?
I am the founder and CEO.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire bvblogic?
We needed top-notch professionals to develop the most important part of our system. The 247exchange platform is built on the combination of a powerful RESTful API and a variety of other client applications. Figuratively speaking, the back-end server is the core of the application since the CORE API handles almost all its business logic. The 247exchange platform was built using API-first design and microservice architecture.
What were your goals for this project?
We primarily needed to find a dedicated team that could build the CORE API. In addition, we wanted advice about technical details, help with selecting the most appropriate tech stack, and assistance in building a bulletproof DB server and the rest of the information architecture.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
I had a pleasant experience working with bvblogic while we were building the first iteration of our platform. They were professional, flexible, and affordable. They also took a personalized approach to any issues that arose, on both the development and project management sides. When it was time for me to choose the CORE development team, I knew that they would give me honest, solid advice.
Describe the project in detail.
bvblogic advised me on the system design, helped me choose a tech stack, and helped to construct the DBS architecture. The MVP-ready development environment version of the platform was launched a month ago. Now, we’re working to enhance its functionality and optimize API methods. We built a stable MVP a few weeks ago, and are now working to enhance its functionality, refine the UI, and build the front-end application. We plan to launch the finished product early in 2018.
What was the team composition?
Three developers from bvblogic are working on the project full-time. They also provide a project manager to coordinate the work. All levels of the agency, from the developers to the CTO, are always available to offer input and advice. We use an agile development approach, although we interpret some parts rather freely.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?
The demo version of the platform, powered by the CORE API that bvblogic developed, is currently live and capable of processing payments. Our clientele greatly appreciates the platform, and I have received interesting funding offers from venture capital firms and angel investors. I definitely consider the platform a success.
How effective was the project management?
Their project management was very efficient. We use Jira and Slack, wikis, and Google Docs for various purposes The bvblogic team adapts to everything as quickly as my other teams, which allows us to work in synergy. They meet every important deadline and take on extra work hours. I can’t even remember the last time that I asked someone to work extra hours; the team can see when it’s necessary. bvblogic has truly become part of our team!
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The bvblogic team instantly adapts to every workflow enhancement that we make. For a startup, this is priceless. I also respect how devoted everyone at bvlogic is and how much they care about their work. Everybody works weekend and nights when necessary. That’s the way my firm functions, so I’m glad that I found a development team with the same attitude.
What tips or recommendations do you have?
To bvblogic, I would only request that they continue doing what they do. I have nothing more to say except "keep it up!”

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a digital marketing agency that has been in business for 15 years. We work with clients from Russia, Scandinavia, and other countries outside of our location in Estonia. My name is Arvo Juhkov, and I’m the founder and CEO of the company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
We create solutions that can help companies increase turnover, including an e-commerce system. We needed development help for it, so we contacted bvblogic.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve worked with bvblogic on 3 projects so far. I keep in touch with their project manager and our 4 main programmers, but I know that there are more people involved in the background.
One of the systems that bvblogic has worked on is an e-commerce platform for a Finnish electronics vendor. They have different locations in Scandinavia and Russia and are a large company overall.
Our second project with bvblogic was for the UK embassy. We created a web page and registration system designed for an upcoming seminar.
Another project was for a large taxi company in Estonia. They helped us develop a billing system which automatically outputs data for order numbers and payment information, as well as issuing locations for the cars in the fleet. The system allows the company to review the number of orders over a period of time, earnings, costs, and so on.
The team at bvblogic has used different PHP frameworks and WordPress templates for our projects. I’ve liked their work style and reaction time so far. They will always get in touch with me quickly if I have a problem, even during their holidays, which differ from the ones in Estonia.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
I got in touch with their principal and discussed a possible collaboration. He showed me a portfolio, and we started working together. We also use other partners and have our own developers as well, but we use bvblogic on our bigger projects.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with bvblogic around a year ago.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or impact of the engagement?
Our clients have been very satisfied with bvblogic’s work. Our Finnish client has requested additional pages for their e-shop, and they can take and deliver orders more easily in general. They communicate directly with bvblogic, not only with our team. We trust bvblogic to work with our clients and have no reservations in this area.
The taxi company is able to see statistical information more easily and can attract new clients more effectively using that information for taxi locations and other operational data. They are a large Estonian company and have recommended us to other companies as well, so the collaboration has been successful for us.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
They have very fast reaction times. If I send them a question or give some feedback, their response is typically good.
What did you find most impressive about bvblogic?
They have a large team, and they can provide a multitude of services beyond web programming like mobile-app development. Being able to order different services from the same place is good for me since I don’t have to stay in touch with a number of companies.
Are there any areas bvblogic could improve?
I’ve worked with other external companies that used tracking systems that took screenshots of programmers’ desktops, allowing me to see what they were doing and how much time was being spent. It’s possible that bvblogic has a system like this, but we haven’t used it.

bvblogic came on board after a series of failed development partnerships to maintain and upgrade an existing website. They overhauled an appointment booking tool and developed an order tracking system.
bvblogic’s streamlining of the booking system nearly eliminated customer service calls, reducing staffing needs. Their intuitive project management system allowed for an easy flow of information. bvblogic was an honest and transparent development partner.

client over the phone. Below is an edited

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We offer custom menswear with online and offline showrooms in Singapore and the UK. People sign up online, come into the showroom, and are measured. We then have their measurement profiles so they can go and reorder online when necessary. I’m one of the founders.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
We had a Ruby on Rails and WordPress developer before who did everything. We then parted ways with that person, so we needed someone else. We got in touch with a UK development house that ended up not doing a very good job, so we needed somebody else that do maintenance and upgrades of legacy systems, as well as handle building a suite of new systems that we had planned.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, we had a booking tool that was relatively basic. We overhauled the booking tool, making it a lot more flexible and useful to our needs. We did a lot of upgrades to the WordPress website. In the end, we started with the development of an entire order management system that administers measurements and tracks orders along the process, and that is where we’re at right now. We just deployed that, working on upgrades to certain areas. It’s an open hourly agreement that we have with them now. We have one WordPress developer and a Ruby developer on standby doing work on a daily basis for us almost at full capacity. And then as needed, we take in frontend capabilities as well.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
They were referred to us through a middleman, but we had so many before that we failed with. They had the Ruby capabilities, they were located in Eastern Europe, which was important to us because of time zone and price, and they seemed to know what they’re doing. So we started working with them. The referral was helpful in that there was no need for a test; we just threw them in the water, and they started on it. We saw what came out, and it was good.
How much have you invested with bvblogic?
It’s been $30,000-$35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them around June 2016. The project is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
It’s hard to say, but the impact of these systems is key for us. The booking part is super crucial. Before that, there was a customer service person who spent half her day answering customer calls to schedule and reschedule. The capabilities that we had were so limited. But those customer service calls have been reduced to a very low number now. In terms of order management, we’re still migrating into that system, but the impact of that will also be quite significant. Once everything is rolled out, I think it’ll easily save us one full-time person.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
We set up milestones and a project plan. It’s a relatively agile way we’re applying with them: we throw out specs, they review it, they come back with questions, and they start working on it. We have daily calls to align ourselves and test what’s out there. It’s not a massive project plan. We are using tracking tools as simply as possible. They have access to Basecamp and all these tools, but we’re resorting to Google Docs at the moment. It just happened like that, but it works very well for us.
What did you find most impressive about bvblogic?
They’re quite keen on doing a good job. When you work with third parties, oftentimes they overestimate their time and everything takes so much longer. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off at all by them. It seems like they’re charging us for a very fair amount of hours. If we think something is excessive, they’re willing to talk about it with us with them going back to their developers and asking why it took this much time. We agree on a new process in case something like that would happen again. It’s very fair from both sides. From that, we’ll have enough trust that we’re not going to challenge everything and start endless discussions. It’s a very friendly way of working together.
Are there any areas bvblogic could improve?
The problem with any outsource development house is that the talent leads, the superstars, aren’t going to work in an agency forever. We were lucky enough to have one of these superstars on the team, but unfortunately, they get sold out by companies with deeper pockets. Finding and attracting replacement superstars is tricky, but that’s not unique to bvblogic; that problem is an industry-wide issue.

bvblogic developed a solution to streamline ad targeting and e-commerce services in an easy-to-use site. Using PHP and Wordpress, the team delivered a complex interface and database.
bvblogic offered the expertise of a large firm and personal attention of a small firm. Despite some minor language issues, bvblogic offered worked passionately to deliver the best possible result.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My company is a consultancy firm to startup companies. I’m the senior consultant.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with bvblogic?
We were trying to develop a backend business solution for a client that tied into our WordPress site. The project was a geotargeted e-commerce platform that needed additional data intelligence and a reorganization of the database combined with a frontend interface that made it easier for our client’s clients to interact with the solution and buy geotargeting ad services and e-commerce services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The initial phase was a 2-fold analysis on our database and current structure and also on the interface that was needed. We’re not quite finished with the database part of the project; we hope to be done by May. bvblogic is helping us work backwards to figure out what the best user experience is. They have provided an amazing interface for us. The WordPress side uses a lot of PHP, which they’ll match to our platform. The team bvblogic provided us was 5 resources that included 2 developers, 1 frontend developer, 1 account manager, and the project manager.
How did you come to work with bvblogic?
I met one of their managers through an outsourcing site. We talked on Skype and he was fantastic. He spoke good English and I felt very comfortable with his demeanor and felt I could trust him. I’ve since been introduced to other people at bvblogic and every person feels the same way. They’ve got great energy and they’re very trustworthy. They work very hard to get things right and they’re very communicative. I’ve had other outsourced relationships where the communication hasn’t been good.
How much have you invested with bvblogic?
We have spent between $2,000 and $3,000 so far with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in November 2016, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
My client is so pleased that they plan to work with bvblogic themselves on another project. If the process is an indicator of what the final results are going to be, we’re very excited. I think it’s important to communicate often and that’s what I advised my client to do. When crossing different languages, it’s good to be clear what you’re expecting. They’ve always been able to understand what we’re looking for. I feel like we’re in good hands. They seem like a big firm but we’re getting personalized treatment.
How did bvblogic perform from a project management standpoint?
I communicate mainly with the account manager through email, Skype, and shared documents. They communicate with our client using Slack. I have communication periodically with the other members of the team, who are also very organized. bvblogic will push the client to make sure they’re not missing deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about bvblogic?
They have the passion and the energy to execute well. They also have depth of expertise, which is really nice. I’ve worked with other firms that are 1 or 2 people but for this particular client that runs e-commerce platforms, there are so many different needs which bvblogic is able to handle. Their team acts like a small, nimble team but their company has a lot of resources to offer. It’s nice to be able to get things done with one agency.
Are there any areas bvblogic could improve?
Clients should be clear about any expectations they have about their project. bvblogic continues to get better in terms of American dialogue. Sometimes it would be helpful if they had a super strong English speaker at the account management level.
