Over the 5 years of cooperation, a huge amount of work has been done. SoloWay updated and improved the functionality of the CRM system - there is no similar solution on the market. The process of managing E-Sign applications has also been optimized. The created builder allows managers to effectively create new forms that work effectively with the entire system and are incredibly flexible. Forms include all the necessary data validation for merchants, forms significantly speed up onboarding.

They started with a design sprint and detailed work by a business analyst to take into account possible industry specifics, detailed elaboration of the UX, careful work on the UI, and the selection of a technical approach. As a result, we have a web application that allows energy auditors to calculate indicators correctly in real-time, receive a ready-made certificate, and sign it.

Now, we have a novel and unique web platform. Based on the data, real-time tips and recommendations are generated to ensure high energy efficiency. An auditor has to generate the correct certificate the first time, and the service allows users to do this conveniently and correctly. All calculations are performed automatically according to the algorithms specified by law. There is no need to manually enter numbers into spreadsheets, create calculation models, or worry about making mistakes.

The main product consists of two main parts: a Backend API written in GoLang and a Frontend Client App built on React JS, which communicates with the API using GraphQL. The administrative part is developed using Ruby on Rails + Avo. Specialists were involved in the development of the Backend API as well as the administrative part of the product, including writing automated unit and integration tests.

• An administrative part of the product was created from scratch using RoR + Avo, which includes displaying a lot of statistical data on customer usage of the product and managing content for certain sections of the product. The benefit is additional resources in developing new rules for new customers and making changes to existing ones.

bvblogic team created 3 different level types, a system of character skins, AI for bots, and mechanics for daily awards. A very important element (in my opinion) is that I came to the team with references and asked for help in choosing a specific setting-up and elements for it. (A setting is a specific style of level in the game, for example a city).

The designer picked up the right Assets that fit my vision and put them into an approximate picture, with it the final design of the future game has already been made. From the selected assets designer also created a distinctive logo: one picture was able to capture the essence of the game.

1 Senior game developer, who uses Unity 3d, 1 UI/UX Designer, PM and DevOps.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main goal was to finish the game development in time because we had a strict deadline when we needed to release this game. Unity developer and UX/UI designer did a fantastic job, our product is on the market and hundreds of users have already downloaded it.

Communication and management were handled by the Project Manager. The development process was divided into 1-week sprints. Also, after finishing the general scope we got the list of improvements from the client's technical expert and created the backlog. This backlog included 3 stages of making improvements. For being on the same page we used Skype and Trello.

The way the team is able to adapt to the needs of the client, their flexibility in work (they use Agile and Scrum, also Waterfall) and the use of modern approaches to work in the IT field. I would like to note that the company also took over the purchase of the necessary assets, which were suitable for my chosen setting.
