Over the 5 years of cooperation, a huge amount of work has been done. SoloWay updated and improved the functionality of the CRM system - there is no similar solution on the market. The process of managing E-Sign applications has also been optimized. The created builder allows managers to effectively create new forms that work effectively with the entire system and are incredibly flexible. Forms include all the necessary data validation for merchants, forms significantly speed up onboarding.

Now, we have a novel and unique web platform. Based on the data, real-time tips and recommendations are generated to ensure high energy efficiency. An auditor has to generate the correct certificate the first time, and the service allows users to do this conveniently and correctly. All calculations are performed automatically according to the algorithms specified by law. There is no need to manually enter numbers into spreadsheets, create calculation models, or worry about making mistakes.

We needed to develop mobile hyper-casual games - these are games without a specific plot, with the easiest control in the format tap-to-play and free-to-play, these games can be quickly played after downloading, usually without any tutorial or instructions.

To choose a reliable web/mobile development and design partner, to receive quality game dev consultancy and to release the multiple games on time and within budget.

Describe the project in detail.
bvblogic team created 3 different level types, a system of character skins, AI for bots, and mechanics for daily awards. A very important element (in my opinion) is that I came to the team with references and asked for help in choosing a specific setting-up and elements for it. (A setting is a specific style of level in the game, for example a city).
The designer picked up the right Assets that fit my vision and put them into an approximate picture, with it the final design of the future game has already been made. From the selected assets designer also created a distinctive logo: one picture was able to capture the essence of the game.
What was the team composition?
1 Senior game developer, who uses Unity 3d, 1 UI/UX Designer, PM and DevOps.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our main goal was to finish the game development in time because we had a strict deadline when we needed to release this game. Unity developer and UX/UI designer did a fantastic job, our product is on the market and hundreds of users have already downloaded it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication and management were handled by the Project Manager. The development process was divided into 1-week sprints. Also, after finishing the general scope we got the list of improvements from the client's technical expert and created the backlog. This backlog included 3 stages of making improvements. For being on the same page we used Skype and Trello.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The way the team is able to adapt to the needs of the client, their flexibility in work (they use Agile and Scrum, also Waterfall) and the use of modern approaches to work in the IT field. I would like to note that the company also took over the purchase of the necessary assets, which were suitable for my chosen setting.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We didn’t see any of those. Everything was great, we are very pleased with the work they’ve done. We hope to create many more new games with the bvblogic team. We will undoubtedly recommend them to our partners and clients for the development needs.

After the first call and introduction, the bvblogic team suggested writing Technical Documentation for the project, as the customer's vision had to be properly and, most importantly, accurately presented to the development team. The TD was followed by an estimation, which we passed on to the client for approval.
The estimation included back-end development on PHP/Laravel technologies, design and testing of the app, and Project Management. The client accepted the estimation and the bvblogic team started the development process. At the final stage, the client received the tracking system, which was fully operational and sustainable.
