What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The plug-in is better than the one before it. I’m working on SEO and content now. There are a lot of things I need to do in order to improve my rankings on Google. The site was done by the end of December 2019, so it hasn’t been out for a long time. I think it’ll take me at least a couple of months to start getting clients.
How did SolidBrain perform from a project management standpoint?
I liked SolidBrain, and I’m definitely going to use them more in the future. My contact worked late hours, and I could talk to him whenever I wanted. We had a good connection through Skype, WhatsApp, and Upwork. The communication was really good in general, even on weekends.
I liked that they didn’t raise the price significantly when we had problems. The problems required probably about $50 more, which was fine for me. We could always advance through communication.
Since I had all the information about the plug-in, I had the leading role in this project. But, my contact at SolidBrain organized everything. He created the steps, and we advanced through that.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed by their low price, along with their communication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In the end, SolidBrain achieved our goals. I’m happy and I’m satisfied. I still have contact with them for support.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
It’s really important to have briefings before starting to work on anything. I asked them for some additional things, and it was a bit messy. I would recommend that clients brainstorm everything before giving SolidBrain the job. They always work in the morning, so briefings should be before they finish work the day before.
