Our client came to us for support in updating their existing Magento extension so that it would be compatible with the latest versions of Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce. They also had some need to update the design of the extension. 

The primary deliverable was a successful installation of the extension on a website using the latest version of the Magento eCommerce platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were in close contact with the development team throughout the project and had updates on progress which were also shared directly with the client. Development and testing proceeded according to the expected project timeline.

We worked with a business analyst and a technical project manager who in turn managed the developer on the project. The project was delivered on time. The team was responsive to our needs consistently, and in many cases proactively.
