For what projects/services did your company hire Soft-Boost, and what were your goals?

We hired Soft-Boost for website development, API into and deployment for our project. Our goal was to create a modern, fast, responsive, and SEO optimized website for our project

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our company has cooperated with Soft-Boost for a couple of projects before. And we know their approach for a similar project and we also have great communication between our companies.

This project was divided into a list of milestones:

1- Agreen requirements and setup environment

2- Prototyping/designing including brand identity

3-Developing and manually testing/fixing

4- Deploying Technologies which we used: Front-end: React Back-end: Node.js Other: MongoDB, Figma, CSS3, Nest.js

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

For website development, Soft-Boost assigned 1 frontend and 1 backend developer, and 1 PM. All of them were professionals with great expertise. Communication with this team went through without any problems. They could offer solutions to any problem.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

These guys can easily fix each bug that we found. Their attention to detail allows us to complete tasks in a shorter time span.

For this project we've used Agile methodology to control all dev processes. For communication and task control/tracking we've used Slack and Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best parts of cooperation are the number of bugs and simplicity. I don’t know how they do it, but they’ve worked hard to reduce the number of bugs to a minimum. Simplicity- they show enthusiasm and take the initiative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think there is no limit to perfection, but we are fully satisfied.

Our goal was to re-brand the design for our boxes and wrappers to create a more cohesive and unique brand representation.

How did you select this vendor?

I had a chance to interact with the company's co-founder in several in-person networking events where I got a chance to learn about their services and qualifications.

Work was performed in a very agile collaborative style with constant feedback loops and incremental deliverables. Overall the result was achieved in the promised timeframe with very few needed revisions.

I worked directly with the graphic designer that was available at all times.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved a cohesive brand look by creating a custom color palette and graphic images that were implemented toward the new packaging design.

We had daily feedback loops with the designer via online chat where we could express our suggestions and receive new ideations. It was a very convenient and friendly experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered on their promises and cared about client satisfaction regarding the final result. Meticulous attention to all the details and professional approach to every phase of the project. Very competitive prices for the quality provided.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.
