I am the CEO of a boutique digital marketing agency in Portsmouth, NH. Our primary areas of expertise include multi-platform pay per click advertising management, complex email marketing automation, real-time reporting on campaign efficacy/ROI, and website/landing page design/development.

Social Thrive has been our trusted partner since 2015 for social media content, strategy, and management as well as well-researched and timely web and email content/copywriting.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed to spin-off and launch a re-brand of a well-established pest control company's mosquito and tick services. The company required new social media channels as well as a comprehensive messaging strategy for both the original and new brand across multiple social channels.
How did you select Social Thrive?
We had worked with Social Thrive on several joint projects with great success including a 27-location assisted living company, a 7-location self-storage company, and a multi-national designer, importer, and wholesale distributor of amusement toys, novelties, giftware, and incentive merchandise. Their track record spoke for itself and we didn't even need to shop.

Social Thrive was responsible for creating monthly content calendars for 2 brands, with 2 social media channels each, and 3 posts each week. Additionally, they produced quarterly blog posts, email blasts, and on-site photo/video visits for content.

We had direct access to Social Thrive's ownership, a dedicated account manager, and content specialists.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
What started as a short-term re-brand and evolved into a successful 4-year relationship with a client who has seen 40% revenue growth thanks to our combined and collaborative efforts.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had effective monthly internal team meetings and monthly client meetings to ensure all deadlines were met and expectations were exceeded. We leveraged a joint project management software to keep real-time visibility of all tasks and eliminate redundant emails/meetings.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The efficiency with which they generated consistent/effective content with very little input/direction from the client was impressive. Additionally, their blogs/emails were extremely well researched and impossible to tell that the copywriting was outsourced.
Are there any areas for improvement?
If there were ever any hiccups, they did not last more than one meeting cycle. Having a direct line to ownership and a stellar account manager ensured that any areas of improvement were immediately addressed.
The project started as a short initiative and has since grown into a four-year client relationship for the digital agency. Social Thrive's efforts have helped grow the end cleint's revenue by 40%. The team is collaborative, working well with the agency to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
