Landing for Tesla Giveaway
Tinkoff is the largest online bank in Russia. In the summer of 2021, the bank held a campaign where they raffled off a Tesla car among their customers. When developing the design for the branding, we worked with the Brand Design System and the Brandbook. The purpose of the branding was to generate leads for the banking product. We needed to create a modern design (target audience 18-28 years old) that would trigger a WOW effect and generate leads.

I am the owner of the private clinic Quirónmed in Tenerife, we treat and diagnose diabetes in children. We have been working since 1989.
For what projects/services did your company hire snipp, and what were your goals?
Our clinic had an old website that we developed in 2008 and barely used it. We took all appointments by phone. Our goal was to develop a modern website that would describe our services and allow patients to make an appointment with one of our doctors online or simply submit a request for a consultation.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The snipp team was recommended to us, my assistants contacted them and were pleasantly surprised by the suggestions and solutions that came from them. They gave a very short time frame in which they could create our website. Snipp gave us a deadline of 1 month. To be honest, we thought it would take much longer. So we decided that we would definitely create our website with Snipp.

We left everything entirely in the hands of the developers. In the initial stages, we expressed our wishes about the design and functionality we wanted to see on the site. We do not have IT specialists in the clinic, so it was important to us that snipp took over everything and explained clearly what we needed to know. We supplied content and 2 weeks later we received a website layout (design). We agreed it straight away and snipp continued with the development. The result of this phase was a fully functional website.

We communicated with Anastasia - she is the Account Manager and twice we spoke with Vitaly - he runs the studio Snipp.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our patients are very happy - now they can make an appointment and view their doctor's schedule at any time without being on hold for 20 minutes like they used to. We have many active patients and have become very well known in the years we have been in business. Our goal is not to get as many new patients as possible, but to take care of our current patients. The patients love it, that's the most important thing to us.

All deadlines were met. The website was fully developed within 1 month. We had 1call via Google Meet, but mostly I asked to write to me via WhatsApp. Project management was great, we went step by step and got a great result.

They also showed us how to change content and everything else ourselves in the future after the website was completed. The website works great and there are no glitches. The design is very nice and everyone likes it.

Flathost is a hosting and cloud leasing company based in Spain. We offer shared hosting services for individuals and brands, and provide capacity for large platforms. My name is Alfonso Ruifernandez and I am the technical director at Flathost.
For what projects/services did your company hire snipp, and what were your goals?
Our company has been on the market since 2014, and until recently we worked with large corporate clients in the B2B space. Now we have changed from a company that only works with b2b clients to one that also caters to the masses and attracts a large number of b2c users. For this reason, we needed to redesign our website to make it look appealing and modern. With this in mind, we turned to snipp Studio, who were tasked with developing a modern website that would be understandable and enjoyable to use for a large number of customers.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose a contractor based on several criteria: Schedule and cost of work, portfolio, project management model, quality and level of understanding of the subject interface design, custom approach instead of templates. During our first call to Google Meet, we studied snipp studio's working scheme, what they pay attention to and what solutions they offer for our task. We were completely satisfied with all the above factors and started working.

The snipp team did a lot of work, both in terms of design, programming and integration with our internal system for selling hosting capacity. The main work steps were: Copywriting and creating the future design concept, gathering information and creating the UX design, system design in Figma and developing clickable UI layouts (mockups) for desktop, mobile and tablet, layout with HTML CSS and JS, integration with our own CMS system using Firebase (js), integration with the payment gateway and internal administration system using php. The snipp team completed all this extensive work in 2 months and delivered everything on time. Right now we still need to integrate the purchase and search for available domain names with global registrars, and I think we will entrust this to the snipp team again.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We communicated with five members of the team: Anastasia - Account Manager (was responsible for managing the project and took care of snipp's reporting and communication), Arseny - CTO (helped us define the brief in the first phase and led the dedicated team of developers, set tasks), Vladimir - FrontEnd Developer (was responsible for the layout of the website), Sergey - BackEnd Developer (was responsible for the integration with our services), Vitaly - Art Director (was responsible for the overall design and led the design team).
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our marketing department is very pleased with the sales figures, ROI and the number of target conversions. Unfortunately, due to trade secrets and our company policy, I can not give exact numbers, but I can say that all of our goals were met. We are very happy with the end result. Our site has been visited for about 2 weeks now and we have a completely blank bug report - that says a lot. Everything is great.

This is definitely one of snipp's strengths. At the end of each work period, we received a comprehensive report on the work done. Snipp worked according to the methodology of SCRUM. We had a clear work plan from phase one. We called Google Meet and discussed the technical points about 5 times. We communicated in English and I would say guys was very good at that too. The management of the project was top notch, as evidenced by the fact that everything was done on time and without a single day's delay.

This is a great studio that we can trust. Everything they promised us on our first call was completely delivered. They are very deep into interface design and have great programmers. I am a business sales manager at the shoe retailer Sneakers Outlet. We sell collectible shoes from famous designer houses as well as mid-range brands for the mass consumer.

We have been a retailer since 2010 and have only operated offline through our branded boutique in London for the last 9 years. We had a good stream of regular customers. We also had an online store which has become redundant in the last 2 years.
When the pandemic hit, we decided that we needed to go online and attract more new customers across Europe, not just London, to avoid losing our business. We approached snipp studio to develop a fully-fledged online store through which we could sell all our products. Our main goal was to get a working and up-to-date online store.

Snipp Studio was recommended to us by our partner who had worked with them before. We outlined our goals to Snipp and they proposed a solution that fully addressed our current needs. We were also completely satisfied with the price of the work.

At the first meeting, after discussing exactly what we wanted, the snipp team asked us to submit a list of all our products in a csv spreadsheet (they also told us how to put it together properly). It should be noted that at the very beginning, we had decided to develop our store using WordPress CMS and WooCommerce extension. We were attracted by the fact that we could manage the store ourselves.
While we were creating the table (which took about 2 weeks), snipp was already preparing a design of 18 screens in Figma and sent it to us for approval. We were thrilled and made no changes to the design. Next, snipp started working on the layout in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and inserted the finished layout into Wordpress via php.
Once the store was connected to WordPress, snipp began uploading products and connecting the payment gateway. The store was then fully tested.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
At the first meeting, I spoke with Vitaly, the co-founder of the company, and talked to him about everything. He was overseeing the entire project and I was in contact with him. I also spoke with Vladimir, the designer, and Alexander - he connected the layout directly to WordPress and was responsible for uploading products and connecting the payment gateway.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Yes, I can. After we launched the online store, our sales increased by about 40%. We now work with customers all over Europe and make about 60 deliveries a week.
We are very happy that we made the right decision and everything went smoothly. At the moment we are managing and promoting the online store ourselves and are seeing increasing sales month on month. We are currently negotiating with suppliers to expand our range.

The project management was top notch. They performed multiple tasks in parallel to reduce development time. While the design team was designing the site in Figma, the backend development team was customizing plugins and working on the CMS side. We communicated via email and in 6 Google Meet conversations.

We really liked the way they worked. As true professionals, they can explain complex processes to the average person in very simple and understandable language. Before we started working on the online store, I had no idea how such projects are created, but I really wanted to control the project and understand what was going on.
And I was impressed with how quickly I was brought up to speed and explained what I was trying to learn using simple examples. Plus, of course, we liked the quality of the work - everything was done right away, nothing had to be redone or rewritten. Next, snipp developed a prototype of the website in Figma, which we immediately agreed with. Since snipp places a high value on interactivity and animation, part of the prototype was animated in After Effects for clarity. Once the design was fully accepted by us, snipp created the layout of the website on Webflow using a CMS (with a dynamic portfolio section) - now we can easily add new projects to the website.

I can give you global numbers: Total traffic for the week is about 40,000 visits, of which 34% are targeted actions and 12% are lead conversions. We are very happy with these figures and can safely say that we have done the right and productive work.

The project was managed using the Scrum methodology and Snipp worked in weekly sprints. I am a freelance graphic designer specializing in the restaurant business in Spain. I provide the restaurant business with services for the creation of graphic design, logos, menu design, brochures and information graphics.

What challenge were you trying to address with snipp?
I wanted to inform people about the benefits of argan oil to start selling it online eventually, so I needed a website to do all that.

They created a website from scratch for me on WordPress. snipp took my ideas and perfected them into a digital version of what I had in mind for a website. At first, we talked about what I wanted, they took note, and the next thing they did was show me a prototype of how it’d look. I then gave them a couple of suggestions and provided a mock-up of the page, which looks beautiful and professional.

I’ve been working with two people throughout our partnership, including Vitaly (Senior User Interface Designer) and Vladimir (Project Manager).

I started seeing the progress of their work after 3–4 days, but for me, the real evidence is when people notice my website. People who land on my page email me with questions about my product, and I’m excited about that because it’s important to talk about its benefits. Introduce your business and what you do there.
I started a language school three years ago where I teach Spanish courses for people in Moscow and Russia, through Zoom. I’m the director and the main instructor, and I have a colleague that assists with the teaching from time to time.
What challenge were you trying to address with snipp?
Up until recently, I didn’t have the need to have a website, but now that I’m getting more business, I reached out to snipp to help me build one.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the start of the project, I told them I needed a landing page to place on Facebook, and show up on search engine results so that people searching for Spanish lessons in Russia would see my business.
snipp then sent over a brief, which included the design and feature-related questions. After that, we had a Zoom meeting to further explain what I wanted and once that was done, they sent over some mockups and my webpage was ready in about a week.
What I originally wanted to be included in my webpage, was a clear and attractive message that would motivate people to stay on my webpage, and eventually sign up for a trial class or buy courses.
The website needed to be fast, and work concisely in a way that would attract clients. They used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the design and development of the webpage, and they also took care of the copywriting.
Additionally, they didn’t use any pre-designed templates, but rather created them from scratch — they also made sure the landing page was secure with an SSL certificate. Currently, we’re talking about getting into marketing more and so far, they’ve only done some Facebook marketing.

I don’t know how many people are involved, but I’m in touch with two: Vladimir (Developer) and Vitaly (Co-Founder).

A colleague of mine recommended them. snipp responded quickly and sent over a brief for me to fill out.

What is the status of this engagement?
I got in touch with them in July 2021, and our partnership is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before the creation of the landing page, I would receive about two or three requests a week. Now, with the website, our requests have grown a lot and have probably doubled. Our conversion rates have also improved and they’re currently at 100%.
How did snipp perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication is perfect. I choose to communicate through email, and they respond to us quickly — they’re also able to hop on a call or Zoom meeting, in case I needed something explained or if they needed to share design previews.
Additionally, they also work very fast. My landing page was delivered in just over a week, and in regards to planning, they send over advanced previews of my requests, which I think is great. All in all, I’m very pleased.

I don’t know how their competition works, because I haven’t really worked with other agencies like this. However, all I can say is that snipp works fast and efficiently. My business has grown a lot compared to how things were before — this used to be more of a hobby for me, but now it’s turning into something that can be my main source of income. Thanks to the website they developed, I get contacted every day by people wanting a trial class.
In addition, they accomplish exactly what I want, right down to the copy of the website — they deliver quality results every time. Vitaly is a very detail-oriented person who made several questions in order to find out what I want. I can really tell that participation is important to them, rather than just creating basic projects — their process is very personalized, and they also offer suggestions for improving the end result.

My advice is to talk to the project manager and ask all the questions you need. In my case, I explained everything I wanted to have on the landing page. Introduce your business and what you do there?
I’m the owner of Ritzy Nails. We sell nail products online.
What challenge were you trying to address with snipp?
We needed a new website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
snipp developed and designed our website from scratch. Initially, I provided the content, such as instructions on how to use our product. Then, they took pictures of our products and helped find a translator to make the site available in English or Spanish.
They currently do social media marketing for our Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, they’ve taught me how to take good pictures and add graphics to the website.

My husband met Vitaly a few years ago. It came up in the conversation that we needed a website, so we started working together.

Vitaly is always available and responsive. In addition, he makes videos to show me how to do certain tasks. Overall, they meet deadlines and stay under budget.
We used to meet in person, but now we communicate via phone, Telegram, and video.

We speak to each other in Russian and English, which is quite helpful for me. Vitaly always works to find the most cost-effective solutions, and they never overcharge for anything.

The project was very straightforward, so the client had nothing specific to highlight. However, snipp managed the project well and completed it very quickly. The partners communicated through email and Google Meet, although communication issues arose because of the language barrier.
