I was impressed with how much they know about our industry. I have some experience in working with other similar companies and many of them are clueless about deep tech, cloud and networking specifics

We continue to work with Smartbrain and hope they will find other candidates for us as quickly as they did before

I am a human resources manager of VCV - digital recruitment platform. We use different tools such as a video interview or testing to do a fast and effective recruitment

Our company is based on digital processes, so all the work takes place online.We needed to improve the existing site, or to be more precise, we wanted to add a new service in a short time, which would be convenient for our customers.

HypeAuditor is a b2b service, an Instagram and YouTube analytics tool that helps marketers to choose the best influencers for their marketing campaigns, my position in the company is HR Director.

We needed to refine the site and for this we needed to temporarily reinforce the web development team with backend developers.

We had a task - to develop a web app that is going to help us with the sales process automation. SmartBrain.io found Middle and Senior level developers that delivered the application on time and in the best condition.

Then, the SmartBrain.io team organised all the onboarding and document signing with the developers.

The new hires were immersed in the team and work very quickly, and in a couple of months, they built the app.

We have got very professional developers whom we'd be glad to offer full-time permanent work in our team if we'd need them at the moment. SmartBrain.io was very experienced in the industry, which was impressive in the workflow. One can clearly see how easy they are managing all the processes, and have answers to all our questions, even for a cross-border project.

Maybe, the English language fluency for the developers. But as they are very talented and understand clearly all the technical documentation, we didn't have any issues while communicating with them.

We work with helping business' with their B2B lead generation and sales. Based out of both Canada and the US we work with B2B companies offering them lead generation and sales services such as software as a service companies, marketing and retail, IT services, ad-tech and others.

Their goal was to build an American client base, specifically IT companies and startups. The onboarding process with them was clear and easy, and the SmartBrain.io team was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process.
