Authentic storytelling for brands and causes.
Slow Clap believes that authentic storytelling lies at the heart of all great videos, campaigns, and outreach programs. In a web-centric world where viewers have a trillion different choices, it's authentic, entertaining, and meaningful content that drives people to share a story--not a powerpoint slide filled with value propositions masquerading as a story. We create stories that feel so right you actually want to stand up and clap... slowly.

Orientation Video Production Services for Government Entity
“The team was adaptable, flexible, innovative, creative, and open to new ideas and solutions.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior analyst at an administrative agency for a government branch. I’m in charge of our jury improvement program.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Claps Productions?
We hired Slow Clap Productions to produce a new juror orientation video.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Slow Clap Productions produced the video using real people, although it did have some animation that featured the courtroom layout. The team did the storyboarding, scriptwriting, conceptualization, and art production using their own equipment and studio.
What is the team composition?
I mainly worked with 3–4 members of their team, including their CEO, one of their assistant producers, and one of their regular producers. On occasion, somebody helped us master and produce the DVD copies of the video.
How did you come to work with Slow Claps Productions?
As a government agency, we were required to do a competitive solicitation. We sent out an RFP, and Slow Clap Productions was one of the three vendors that sent their proposals. Through the selection process, they were ultimately the team that acquired the contract.
How much have you invested with them?
Originally, the contract cost $200,000, but we bumped it up a little bit for inflation because the project got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, the investment was around $280,000, give or take some extra dollars.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement lasted from December 2019–May 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a soft premiere where I streamed the digital copy of the video to my internal staff and other people from the court system. The wide release was done on our agency’s YouTube channel, which was where a lot of people could stream the video. Our team also sent out DVDs to courts that requested them. We then made digital copies available for them to download directly from our website.
In terms of viewer feedback, we had an overwhelmingly positive response from everybody who watched the video, including our justice partners. I didn’t receive any negative comments about the video at all, so it was universally liked. It was used by all 58 trial courts in the country.
Meanwhile, Slow Clap Productions delivered on all the key things we needed for this contract. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to shoot and do things remotely except for those tasks that they needed to do in person. Ultimately, we got a couple of weeks’ worth of filming done in just about one week, which was truly impressive.
How did Slow Claps Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
Slow Clap Productions met our deadline. We did have to revise it because of the pandemic, however — for instance, we couldn’t do any filming at all in 2020. On top of that, they met our budget, though we had to raise it a little bit because we had to pay for some precautionary measures in 2021 against COVID-19.
In terms of tools, we had a spreadsheet of timelines where we tracked the phases of the project. The phases were color-coded, and key deliverables were listed within each phase. To communicate, we used emails, Outlook, phone calls, Zoom, Google Meet, and in-person interactions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Slow Clap Productions was a small company in the larger scheme of video production companies, but they were fierce. They were good at their job; we did this project during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the team was adaptable, flexible, innovative, creative, and open to new ideas and solutions. On top of that, they took every dollar as fast as it could possibly go. Overall, because they believed in our project so much, they went above and beyond for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In the future, as they work with more government entities, they’ll have to get used to the red tape that occurs in state agencies. We have a lot of red tape and requirements, and they need a lot of documentation work — that’s the nature of how we work.
Slow Clap Productions will have to provide a lot more documentation than may be necessary for their other clients. Specifically, they’ll need more documentation in terms of costs and expense benchmarks to see whether or not those costs are reasonable.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust Slow Clap Productions with the video production aspects of your project. They’re experts at that, and that’s where they truly shine. Tell them what you want, like, or dislike — let them know your vision, and they’ll do their best to execute it.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a content strategist at a national healthcare insurance company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
We needed a company that could help us produce a video that highlighted our new product, which we found a bit more difficult to describe and sell.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve done a number of videos with Slow Clap Productions in the past. They’re in charge of shooting footage, writing the scripts, creating the storyboards, taking photographs, and handling all pre- and post-production efforts.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with two people from Slow Clap Productions.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
Slow Clap Productions has performed well in terms of project management. They usually respond to all of our inquiries very quickly. In fact, their follow-up is better than ours, and we’re already pretty good at that. Not one request or inquiry felt like it was dismissed ever. I also like how whenever we provide them feedback, whether it’s on the creative brief of the videos, they actually take everything in.
We typically communicate through email or phone. We also have Zoom meetings as needed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
With Slow Clap, we feel like we're connecting with people who genuinely understand our project, concerns, feedback, and questions. They make us feel like we’re their only client, and we never have to follow up on anything with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to engage with them and to ask questions. If you're not getting something that you want, say so.

They also applied edits based on client feedback.
What is the team composition?

How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
They were a long-time partner that our company onboarded before I joined.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent more than $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from August–December 2021.

How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated via email and Zoom. Slow Clap Productions remained on top of their project management game throughout the engagement, and they collaborated well with our team to meet our client’s exact requirements.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were most impressed with their top-notch storytelling and logistics skills. Slow Clap Productions had what it took to be a creative and organized provider, which solidified their placement within the industry.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Slow Clap Productions was great from the beginning.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Prepare a creative brief and motivate them to be as innovative and successful as possible.

Promotional Video for PR & Digital Marketing Agency
"Their creative and orderly approach made each phase seamless."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior counselor at Landis Communications Inc., a PR and digital marketing agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
One of our clients in the healthcare industry needed a promotional video for their newly opened specialized health clinics. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, it was integral for them to introduce their new offerings to their market and other employee user groups out of their current range.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially developed the scope with Slow Clap Productions before proceeding with the scriptwriting and storyboarding phases. Once finalized, they made production arrangements and prepared to shoot the video. Our team supervised Slow Clap Productions as they kicked off the production phase, which lasted for an entire afternoon. They shot location stills and interviewed the clinic staff, CEO, and an employer group’s head.
Slow Clap Productions submitted rough cuts of the video for our feedback. After the post-production stage, they helped us devise an online media press kit for journalists and other media personnel involved in the video launch. Apart from being our client’s promotional material, the video also served as an editorial B-roll provided directly to several media outlets.
What is the team composition?
I mainly worked with Daniel (CEO & Creative Director).
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
Apart from being strongly recommended to us by one of our major investors, we chose Slow Clap Productions because of their team’s skill set and industry experience. Additionally, they presented an impressive proposal that addressed all our timeline and budget requirements.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $11,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from September–December 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had to submit all the footage to our client’s team after Slow Clap Productions concluded the project, so there wasn’t any quantitative feedback to record. From our team’s perspective, Slow Clap Productions delivered a high-quality and professional video that mirrored our client’s production requirements. Their creative and orderly approach made each phase seamless, especially our location shooting. Overall, their team met our standards with their cost-efficient and timely deliverables.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated via email and phone calls. Slow Clap Productions was a responsive and timeline-oriented team despite encountering delays from our client’s end, and we liked how they kept us in the loop at all times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Slow Clap Productions had a really good eye at capturing details that encapsulated what we wanted to portray to the audience. I heard about their great services prior to our engagement, but the powerful and imagery-focused video they produced further proved that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There weren’t any issues at all — they managed the project in a straightforward and proactive manner.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared with multiple plans to keep the flow going despite any unforeseen constraints.

Video Production & Marketing for Accounts Payable Platform
“They listened to our creative specifications and turned them into something that worked well for our company.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the content marketing manager at Stampli, an accounts payable platform that automates invoice and payment processes. I handle much of the marketing collateral and content that help promote our brand.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
Our company needed to get better brand recognition and awareness around our attributes not found in our competitors. As a result, we hired Slow Clap for their branding services. We also used them for Google and YouTube ads, so they also provide paid marketing services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The main deliverable was an interview video with our customer success team. We wanted to showcase how special they were and what made them different from others. Working with Slow Clap, we initially did a kickoff call where we talked through our ideas. They then crafted those ideas into a brief, which we reviewed to ensure that everything was achievable, realistic, and on budget.
After the kickoff call, we did a couple of back-and-forth sessions to see if we were all aligned and everyone felt good from both parties. From there, we scheduled the production of the video and figured out what vibe we wanted. Then, we went to the office and filmed it. Slow Clap set up the place and directed everyone involved in the video, guiding us to make sure that the video showed the best representation of our staff. After that, they packed up and broke down the equipment.
Once the production was done, Slow Clap edited the footage and created the video deliverable. When they finalized it, they passed it to us. We went back and forth on revisions and feedback rounds. From there, they delivered the high-resolution assets, along with everything that we needed to upload the video on our channels.
Apart from this three-minute video, they also created additional assets from all the footage they collected. They made six video snippets that we used on our social media and four super short videos for our ads.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Dan (CEO & Creative Director), who was our main point person. We also worked with a production assistant, who helped with coordination and scheduling. When we came on site, we collaborated with additional crew members, namely a camera operator and a set designer.
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
Our company had worked with Slow Clap before, so we decided to use them for this project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $30,000–$49,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project lasted from January–August 2021. For context, the video was officially delivered in June 2021, and we then worked with them from June–August 2021 to create additional video snippets.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we only launched the video recently, we haven’t had any hard numbers for success metrics. However, Slow Clap gave us phenomenal assets that we’d be able to run for years in marketing. We could reuse and repurpose the assets because they were nice and timeless.
Moreover, Slow Clap had a great turnaround time. The team was great at estimating how much time they needed for edits or videos. They also stayed true to their estimates. For instance, their turnaround time for the video snippets was between 1–2 weeks, which was quick since we needed six videos.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
Slow Clap’s project management was excellent, and they were great communicators. Other vendors would overpromise and then go over budget or miss the timeline. By contrast, Slow Clap was on point and highly accurate in everything they quoted. As a result, I felt comfortable working with them. Moreover, if anything changed on our side, the team simply rolled with the punches — they were highly adaptable.
To communicate, we used Slack. They were responsive and provided plenty of updates through it. Meanwhile, our production calendars, schedules, and brief outlines were all in Google Drive. We had some in-person touchpoints, but nearly everything was done remotely through email, chats, and video calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We had an immense amount of trust for Slow Clap; we knew they’d provide quality work. They listened to our creative specifications and turned them into something that worked well for our company. If we had any feedback, they were open to working with us and on our needs. We were a startup, our needs changed fast, and we had a limited resource team. Luckily, Slow Clap was understanding of our situation.
In other words, the partnership was great. Compared with other vendors, Slow Clap stood out — they basically had the gold star. Overall, they were a great vendor that we’d like to work with in the long term.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any. They had it pretty down pat, so it was a pleasure working with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Since Slow Clap is highly responsive, be open to communicating. Give the team contexts and updates as you have them. They can take those updates and adjust to them as needed. Apart from that, check out their works on their website to get a feel of what they can produce. That’s the best place to see examples of their work.

Video Production for No-Code App Technology Company
“Their team doesn’t create videos that are off the shelf. They create something that engages the viewer emotionally.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I do video, education, and some marketing work for Glide. It’s a technology company that lets people create apps without code.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
Our main customer type is medium to large enterprises. However, we also have a large user base of people who are solo or individual makers — people who are interested in making apps for fun. We wanted to communicate the business utility of Glide by showcasing more of our customers. Our team wanted to profile the story of a customer so we brought on Slow Clap Productions to manage the entire preproduction, production, and postproduction process.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created a two-and-a-half-minute customer story video. It’s published on our website and YouTube channel. The video lends weight to the business use of Glide when enterprise customers are evaluating us. The Slow Clap Productions team managed the entire process.
First, they spoke to us about what we hoped to achieve as well as about choosing the right customer. Their team managed a client relationship with that customer throughout the production stages. Slow Clap Productions booked everything and liaised with the customer. Once the footage was back, their team helped us craft it into a good story.
What is the team composition?
Our main points of contact were Dan (Creative Director) and Beijo (Associate Producer). On the day of the video shoot, their crew included a cameraman, editor, and composer. I’m sure there were many others behind the scenes as well.
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
One of our CEO’s contacts recommended Slow Clap Productions to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement was from February–April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
There’s been a great reception with everyone who has seen the video. We are super pleased with the results. They’re a fantastic creative team and are great with clients. I was struck by their professionalism. Slow Clap Productions has clearly done many, many productions, and they thought of the angles we hadn’t thought about.
Not only were they organized, but their team was also sensitive from a creative standpoint. Dan was incredible at thinking creatively about how to present our product. He listened very well and understood us. I felt happy to hand them over to the client and have them manage that relationship. That made us confident, and we plan to work with Slow Clap Productions in the future.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated through Slack, and production schedules were shared on Google Docs. Our teams had some brainstorming ideas in notion, but largely, we had calls and took notes through Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Slow Clap Productions is sensitive in a storytelling way. Their team doesn’t create videos that are off the shelf. They create something that engages the viewer emotionally. They were celebrating the people behind the software in the stories we’d seen. Their team has a breadth for the videos they’ve produced.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything. Everything was fantastic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Develop your own strong vision about what you want, but also trust their expertise to execute that vision. They’ll find the best option to integrate your vision. For us, it was helpful to have a clear idea. But as we engaged with them, they refined our vision and made it more realistic.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a community engagement manager working for a global real estate developer.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
We wanted to make an animated explainer video to help educate our community about our project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had a story that needed to be told and worked with Slow Clap on each aspect of the design process. Slow Clap provided a range of services, including graphic design, animation, creative direction, and storytelling. Their team drafted a script and then we reviewed it. They then developed a storyboard that fit the script. We reviewed the storyboard and provided feedback. Their team ultimately created two three-minute videos for our project.
What is the team composition?
One person directly worked with us and he had a team of people supporting the project.
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
We found a video Slow Clap produced for another project. As we liked the video, we interviewed them and checked their references. We sent the job to a couple of different firms but ultimately selected Slow Clap because of their familiarity with the process.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $41,500 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in September 2020 and finished the project in January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Slow Clap was incredibly professional and presented high-quality deliverables and materials. We were impressed by their work and ability to stick to the schedule.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
We had weekly meetings during the project. We primarily communicated via email but also had check-in calls. If there were any delays, we caused them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Slow Clap was a team of dynamic storytellers and highly skilled writers. They translated our complex project into a narrative that was easy for the community to understand. We were impressed by their ability to conceptualize the project’s requirements.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think there’s anything they should do differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I highly recommend their services.

"Slow Clap Productions’ skill was that they really listened to what we wanted and made that a reality."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of development at Enterprise Community Partners, specifically the Northern California team. Our mission is to create affordable housing that is safe, healthy, and stable for low-income people.
We use this as our foundation for addressing equity and access to opportunities for folks who are often excluded from that.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
We wanted to do a video that could highlight some of our key programs. We wanted to do it in lieu of our annual fundraising event and to showcase our work in a new light. We had limited experience internally, and we also had limited bandwidth to actually manage this new project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We put together an outline of what we wanted to see, and the people that we wanted to be featured. We told them which programs we want to be featured and gave them an idea of why the programs were important to the community.
We gave them a really clear frame of how we wanted to highlight our work, which was that we wanted to partner with our staff, and engaged them in a dialogue that would show the importance of our work from their perspective.
Slow Clap Productions already had a good base knowledge of many of the organizations that were working with us. They came back with a little bit more of a formatted work plan that fit into the work that they did. They took our ideas and brought them to fruition. All the video shoots were on-site and interview style.
Dan (CEO & Creative Director) put together questions or prompts that we edited and modified. We sent the questions to the interviewees in advance, and he then did the interviews. We did three locations in one day and two on the second day. It was one video that was six minutes long, and we have rough cuts of all of the interviews.
What is the team composition?
Dan was our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
We selected Slow Clap Productions after interviewing about 5–6 production companies to do this video. We selected them because they had key experience and really were going to go about the project in a way that that was going to be manageable for us.
They also had really good reviews from our colleagues who had used them. So we had a phone interview that resulted in them sending us the scope of what they could do for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $11,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September–November 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They really made the interviewees comfortable. They were patient and efficient in setting up. Slow Clap Productions provided a lot of good guidance and made suggestions. I leaned on their expertise because they took things into consideration, which was helpful.
They were open to our ideas but pushed back on things they knew would be costly or wouldn’t work. They were really good leaders. We got tons of really great feedback on the video. People said it was a great way to show our programs.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
They had a great timeline. We worked together to make sure that they had all of the information clearly written down. We communicated through Zoom and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Slow Clap Productions was able to do everything we needed. We really wanted to hire a company that was led by a person of color or had a diverse staff. While Slow Clap Productions didn’t meet that, they were diverse in other ways.
They value people of different skill levels and bring them into the field. We also loved that they had experience working with nonprofits.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not that I can think of. They did everything I expected.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Reach out to them, and talk to them about what you want in your project. Slow Clap Productions’ skill was that they really listened to what we wanted and made that a reality.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior brand strategist for Blue Shield of California, a large healthcare corporation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
Slow Clap productions produced a series of videos and animated graphics for an enterprise-wide corporate initiative. For our second project, they did an employee testimonial video.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the start, we came to them with just an idea, and Daniel (CEO & Creative Director) was able to translate our vision into very tactical deliverables. He handled everything from drafting the main components of the brief and scoping out the project to preproduction and postproduction.
The first project was a five-part series of animated videos that communicates what we’re doing to transform the healthcare industry. The second was a two-minute video featuring an employee speaking about her experience. For this part of the project, they shot live-action on location.
What is the team composition?
Daniel was our single point of contact, but he had a team supporting him.
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
They’re a well-established vendor and they’re on our preferred vendor list. Other people on my team have worked with them in the past and it was clear that they were a strong and capable team.
How much have you invested with them?
The employee testimonial cost $30,000 and the other project cost between $70,000–$100,000 (approximately $100,000–$130,000 in total).
What is the status of this engagement?
The first project began in February 2020 and we’ve continued to work with Slow Clap Productions since then on several projects.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Externally, the employee videos are now up on YouTube and they’re performing well, but they’ve also generated a lot of excitement internally.
Internal engagement has gone through the roof. I’ve received a ton of complimentary emails and instant messages. We also posted it on an internal employee blog, and it earned a ton of reviews and likes.
I’ve worked with a lot of other production companies in the past, and Slow Clap Productions outperformed all of them. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re superb.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
They made the entire process easy for us. It was seamless. Once we agreed on the estimate, they handled the rest. Instead of using a project management tool, we just used email. Development milestones were clearly communicated and they did a great job giving us the information we needed to make decisions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a really strong partner, so it’s hard to pick just one. Their creativity was exceptional. Daniel has an unparalleled amount of experience and he is able to take a very simple idea and develop a truly great and creative product.
They were also very collaborative. We came to them with a pretty simple outline of what we wanted but they were able to translate that quickly into a storyboard. Then they finessed the copy and other details as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any areas of improvement for them. They’re very good at what they do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Try to consolidate your own team’s feedback so it’s easy to understand. Contradictory feedback can slow them down, so it’s better if your entire team is on the same page. Even if you don’t think you have the entire idea fleshed out, Slow Clap Productions can help. If you go to them earlier rather than later, they can help you think it out and propose things you haven’t considered.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the project manager for an events production company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Slow Clap Productions?
We worked with them to help create content for an annual user conference.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve worked with them on multiple projects. They create short-form videos to illustrate the benefits of using our clients’ products. We provide them with a brief, and they take it from there. They communicate with us and our clients directly. They take care of everything from scriptwriting to editing the footage. They also source talent for the videos.
What is the team composition?
Our primary point of contact is Dan (Creative Director), but he has a team of editors behind him.
How did you come to work with Slow Clap Productions?
We’d worked with Dan at his old company, and when he left to start his own company, we wanted to continue to support him.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested about $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
I think we started working together around 2013, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
If our clients are happy, then we’re happy. We get good feedback on Slow Clap Productions’ work. Anecdotally, our clients have mentioned Slow Clap Productions’ strong editing and storytelling skills.
How did Slow Clap Productions perform from a project management standpoint?
I think they use AirTable as well as the Google Suite of products. We also communicated via Slack. It worked out really well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a can-do attitude and possess the ability to take on complex projects and tackle problems. They’re responsive to changes in scope and take feedback in stride.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There could be an opportunity to bring more editors in to interface directly with our clients.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re a great company to work with, especially if you need help refining your story.
The company was happy with the final video, which received plenty of positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders. The Slow Clap Productions team worked flexibly and delivered a high-quality video even though they had to complete the project at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
