We had really good feedback from our members and many likes on social media!

I communicated regularly with Mayur, and he kept updating me on the status of the brochure. Very good customer service.

Their customer service was really good and they always try to find solutions to any problem that might arise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked for them to ask us for clarification when they did not understand our requests. Also, to pay more attention to little details.

They demonstrated open and honest communication. Talk to the main person and making sure nothing is lost in translation. We got just what we wanted the first time.

They should have a common platform to track the workflow from start to finish. There was way too much of dependence on emails and file versions.
