We were looking to hire SkyTech to provide customer support services for all customer inquiries including order status, refunds and exchanges etc. We specifically needed help tackling a high volume of customer inquiries, as we were suddenly receiving an influx of calls, live chats and emails, we wanted to ensure we responded within a certain amount of time. This is where SkyTech came into our attention.

We connected with through a recommendation from one of our employees at Aerofoil LLC. We were looking for a bpo services who can provide wide range of services which includes customer support, order processing, amazon account management and so on.

SkyTech also assists us with tracking and reporting product defects to our product development team as well as handling disputes across a variety of payment gateways to avoid charge-back fees and fight fraud.

Our first reply times have improved, as well as our total resolution times are down now than the past. SkyTech's team has provided super professional services and a great communication with us to create a strong relationship within our customer service department. Thanks to our in-house photographic studio and our team of photographers, we are able to carry out a large number of product photo shoots, mainly aimed at multi-channel commercial publication. I have contacted SkyTech for removing crazy backgrounds from the photos and retouching them for publication.

I have contacted 20 different photo editing companies and send them trial images to check their quality. But SkyTech get back to me within the deadline with final output. The quality of image and price was very good. After all the test, we have made an agreement for long term works.

This is an ongoing project, start from 2014 we have sending them images for clipping and retouching. We send them images every week with detail instruct of what needs to be done and deadline for the work, their designer do the work on the images and send us the final done images through FTP.

I always had communication with 3 peoples; Mike Solomon (Global Marketing Manager and Shahin Rahman (Head of Design). They were very cooperative and follows instruction properly. The team has 25+ members, so they delivered our images within 24 hours.

The outcome is always fantastic. Since we have outsourced this work to them, we don’t have of think about the quality of our images for publication anymore. They have always done a tremendous job within the timeline. We saved a lot our time and can deliver the publication within the deadline too. Their service saved us time and time equal to money.

They are active 24/7. I really don’t have any issues with their team even if there is a time zone difference. They are proactive, timely and responsible. They can work without supervision. So the team synchronization was perfect with SkyTech.

Our project on providing support for our customers was something we had long planned. It was finally put into action after calculating every possible move. We had partnered with SkyTech 6 months after our planning stage. Once the contract was signed, we moved to the long and arduous training phase for all the recruits of SkyTech. We opted on training the staff ourselves since we thought that would be best.
Solar Panel troubleshooting is something we needed to explain to them in detail and this took up most of the time. Once the operations were underway, we would receive a steady flow of reports and feedback from their customer support team who would reach out to us whenever they needed to.

I had been assigned to monitor the progress of the entire project throughout our partnership with SkyTech. We had issues with customers trying to reach out to us prior to this and we wished to address that issue with a team of well trained customer support personnel. The positive feedback from customers have steadily been increasing along with newer prospects who have called us on their own accord to discuss the installation of solar panels. With the addition of the customer support team from SkyTech, we have sped up our sales and we have managed to retain dissatisfied customers.
Our project has seen the expected results and much more. We have also commenced a new project with a new team who have been tasked with receiving prospects and guiding them to appointments alongside the current campaign

Our team has always worked hard in the field or in our office to make sure every order, appointment or repair job gets carried out as soon as possible. This has been made more fluid with the addition of the customer support team who have given us feedback and reports in real time. I had called an important meeting where I emphasized the need for a proper company website which would be optimized to rank on search engines, and designed to be user friendly. We also chose to add web applications that would help us collect names and contact details as leads. We thought this project could only be given to experts who know their way around google.

When I had signed up for their services, SkyTech had given me access to a team of 10 people. It was comprised of web developers, wordpress experts, keyword research experts, content writers, graphic designers as well as an able bodied supervisor overseeing their progress.

The web development team from SkyTech had developed the perfect website for our organization in less than a month complete with content and ranking capabilities. Within a month we started receiving names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses on our website forms and we also had received several phone calls on a daily basis seeking our services. It did not take long for our website to be ranked third and it took us a while to get to second place. The Web Development team from SkyTech now monitors our website on a monthly basis to maintain our position on search engine rankings.
