Alce Distributors was struggling to effectively run their shipping, logistics & business operations and adequately respond to internal and external environmental factors. They came to us with the following challenge- to streamline their CRM platform and help the company deliver a more efficient shipping experience for their customers.
As a result of our work, they saw immediate results, from day one. Sony Professional Solutions Latin America (PSLA) was struggling with their existing sales processes: approvals were often delayed and cumbersome. Dealer contracts, product pricing and catalogs were difficult to manage. SAP integrations had serious problems and finally, the team lacked the tools they needed to communicate properly with their external consulting team, which led to an overall break down in communication and all around frustration.
Today, Sony can focus on what matters most—boosting sales. Through our newly implemented system, emergencies were reduced by 98% and response time increased by 99%, enabling Sony PSLA to manage sales quickly and effectively. Automating their processes gave the Sales, Marketing and Operation teams the tools and information they needed to do their jobs. And finally through our one-on-one, tailored training program, we encouraged widespread Salesforce, end-user adoption throughout the organization, making it easier for Sony to quickly adapt to their ever-changing environment.

Empowering Employees To Care
Like many of the clients we meet, ChenMed had purchased a standard, out-of-the-box Salesforce solution that didn’t meet their needs. Frustrated with the platform, employees had stopped using Salesforce and reverted to their old systems, creating widespread confusion and lack of operational visibility. Unclear on how to move forward with their investment, ChenMed hired us to help get them back on track.
After a careful evaluation, we proposed to customize their current Salesforce solution, to meet their organization’s various needs which included providing executives with better visibility into daily operations, streamlining reporting, and to provide existing/potential patients with relevant news and event information.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the sales manager of an educational training company.
What challenge were you trying to address with SkyPlanner?
We needed to integrate a CRM.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We collaborated with SkyPlanner to strategize and determine the best way to integrate Salesforce CRM. Based on our specifications, we created a step-by-step workflow.
The first phase of this integration was directly related to our company’s workflow, and SkyPlanner provided Salesforce training for representatives and administrators. Future phases will involve the integration with our website and social media, such as Facebook and Instagram.
What is the team composition?
Yoelys (PMO) was my main point of contact. She was in charge of overseeing her team. I had occasional contact with the owner as well.
How did you come to work with SkyPlanner?
We were introduced to SkyPlanner by a mutual contact. They presented us with the best proposal, which reduced our budget by 10%.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $15,000–$20,000 during the time in which I was working with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2021. SkyPlanner is still working with the company, but I have left.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
SkyPlanner provided an excellent customer experience, making everything they were teaching us easy to understand. They delivered all of what they promised, and we never got stuck — my experience was completely positive.

I am the owner of a large print and sign shop in Miami.
For what projects/services did your company hire SkyPlanner?
Quotes, invoices and statements were sent manually in our company and it was required a good amount of time to complete these repetitive tasks. The system developed by SkyPlanner automates these processes and sends by email all the documents. Each email includes a pdf attached with the invoice, statement or estimate. This pdf has to be generated dynamically or be extracted from an external API.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I reached out to some colleagues and ask for recommendations on a Salesforce partner. SkyPlanner was one of the three references I got, but honestly the only one that was a company, the rest were just 1 man shop. After my initial interview with them I was convinced, they will be a knowledgeable partner.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
SkyPlanner had to develop an automation system that could be configured by the user indicating the schedule and, at the account level, it could disable the automation or indicate to which contact send it. In addition, it needed a logic to establish which contacts to send follow-up to. The system had to create a daily notifications summary, specifying eventual errors and next schedule.

The team consisted of two developers, one QA, one Project Manager, and one Business Analyst
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Skyplanner’s work is saving over 100 staff hours per week when in comes to billing…and customers are paying a lot faster.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Amazing. Their team had standing weekly zoom meetings with team and the communication was great.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
That is wasn’t just one person involved with know-how. I truly felt that I was working with a large company with lots of resources. .
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Zero complaints on my end. As a matter of right right now we are contacting them again to add new features!
