The sales team, being on the front line with clients, plays a crucial role in setting project expectations. Coordinating closely with the development team when signing contracts could ensure that all promised deliverables are both feasible and aligned with the development team’s timeline and resources. This collaborative approach would reduce misunderstandings, avoid potential delays, and foster smoother project handoffs. It included presenting student learning data in graphs and summarised statistics. 

They also designed a brochure that summarises the vision of the app and markets the product in a short format.

Throughout the year, we release various new features and content for Aveeno.com and Lubriderm.com. SJ Innovation resources are critical members of our high performing teams in delivery of the outcomes in an agile manner. They lead our QA testing for each sprint as well as automated testing and regression testing.

SJ Innovation was able to accelerate our testing process as well as help to automate various scenarios for quicker regression testing.

The workflow is really good, and the time difference is never an issue. Their resources overlapped US hours to ensure we get the right support that we need.

I think the most impressive thing is their ability cover US hours while still maintaining a competitive pricing.

After working with SJI we are able to deliver design and development for our clients on time and with great work. Feedback has been great from our clients and we have not missed any deadlines on our deliverables.

The SJI project managers lean on the side of overcommunciation which has been fantastic for us. We are always in the loop in the loop on the status of our projects with the correct estimations of scope and cost. We never have any surprises. We know what we are getting and when.

The turnaround times of deliverables have been the most impressive area they excel in. Work that would ahve normally taken 1-2 weeks to get completed with previous contractors we've worked with now only take a number of days to get completed.

I do not currently have any areas of opportunity for the team. They do great work and we look forward to continue working with them as we have new tasks for the clients we work with.
