Rebranding for Polyram, a publicly traded Israeli company, a successful veteran in the field of raw materials for the plastic industry. After a thorough strategic process that involved gaining an understanding of the brand, we developed a brand language and hierarchy for their three divisions, (products) for the automotive industry, food industry and general solutions, that all come together to form the group.

Branding for a lucrative store that markets leading brands of eyewear from around the world. We recognized that the existing name “Optic Center” was problematic as it created a dissonance between the name and desired positioning of the store. The new name that was chosen, WERUBEL, is derived from the names of the owners – Ezra and Rubel. The logo, the brand language, the use of English and marketing materials transmit an international vibe of high quality, fashion and innovation.

Corporate branding for the food brand from the chef Aharoni that provides consumers with unique high-quality products. Each of the products was personally chosen by Aharoni and was matched with his strict demands in order to create a finished product of the highest standard. The branding process began with comprehensive market analysis and development of a marketing and branding strategy that would support the products. The packages were designed so that they would emphasize the chef Aharoni, would broadcast quality without compromise and stand out on the shelf.=

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of a production company in Israel.
What challenge were you trying to address with SIVAN-GROUP?
We needed help building a new website that matched our new branding, so we turned to SIVAN-GROUP.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We wanted our new website to have an approachable feel, to be responsive through a one-click connection, and to be a simple way for our clients to get in touch with us. SIVAN-GROUP designed and developed the site according to those requirements using WordPress.
We’re now in the last stages of development, and the website is currently being hosted on their server.
What is the team composition?
I speak directly with the VP of the company who supervises the project. There’s also a client manager, a developer, a designer, and an animator involved.
How did you come to work with SIVAN-GROUP?
We made a tender for a branding company that could also develop a website for us. We chose SIVAN-GROUP out of the other providers.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent almost $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021 and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thus far, we’ve received the exact unique look that we wanted for our new website. We believe it will be very impressive once it’s all finished. SIVAN-GROUP has done very beautiful work and has proactively executed all of our needs.
How did SIVAN-GROUP perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a regular creative meeting where we discuss the visual appearance of the website. SIVAN-GROUP is very professional and always offers a variety of options for the design. We communicate via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ability to listen and understand the needs of the client is impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I’d have them do differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open-minded to SIVAN-GROUP’s creative ideas. Listen and understand the potential of their options. It was very hard for me to accept during the beginning since I’m not a very technical person, but the team did a great job of explaining the end result to convince me.

I'm the head of marketing. We operates Israel's largest Ice Arena and two sports academies.
For what projects/services did your company hire SIVAN-GROUP, and what were your goals?
We launched our public Ice skating activities and needed a digital agency to manage our digital marketing advertising ongoing campaigns across our digital assets (3 FB accounts, 3 Instagram accounts, google etc.)
Our goals were to raise awareness to the new place, our brand and create interest in potential customers to come and visit the arena. Since Ice Sports have limited awareness our task was to create the will to experience Ice Skating and to chose us as the place to go.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose Sivan based on on the following factors: 1. Relatively small, boutique agency that can provide us the necessary management attention. 2. Creativity & Passion 3. Price

1. Building a digital marketing strategy for the whole group, incl. the Arena, Ice Hockey Academy & Figure Skating academy.
2. Identify audiences and define the messaging.
3. Create and manage campaigns on the various digital platforms.
4. Identify opportunities for spot campaigns around special dates and events .
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with one of the partners, a digital marketer which served as a single point fo contact from strategy to execution.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We measure our success in two ways
1. Marketing metrics (Website users, Social media interactions etc.) - We managed to double the traffic and awareness to our brand in our target audience
2. Sales - We managed to meet our internal goals in ticket sales. It should be noted that during this period we experience the Covid pandemic which presented enormous challenges, including starting and stopping campaigns and actually re-initiating campaigns after mandated lockdowns.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have person-to-person meeting every two weeks, in addition to to ongoing communication via WhatsApp etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Creativity and Flexibility. We've managed to pass the Covid challenges and find ways to keep on marketing activities when we can (in between lockdowns) and still meet the company goals in those periods. We're impressed by their ability to understand where we stand about our business, market, and business strategy. And they accompany us through these challenging times.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As far as we can see for now, we are very satisfied with our business together and i can't think of anything significant. Since we had our brand and graphics already done before our engagement it took some time to align the visual vision and language,
